In the member rights synchronization apparatus shown in fig. 1, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for data communication with the network server; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for data interaction with a user; the processor 1001 and the memory 1005 in the member rights synchronization apparatus of the present invention may be provided in the member rights synchronization apparatus which calls the member rights synchronization program stored in the memory 1005 through the processor 1001 and performs the member rights synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for synchronizing member rights, referring to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the method for synchronizing member rights according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the member rights synchronization method includes the following steps:
step S10: when the member rights synchronization fails, performing synchronous retry;
it should be understood that the member rights and interests synchronization includes an operation performed by a user according to a member rights and interests opening service on a user interface, and in a specific implementation, the user selects a corresponding member rights and interests service on a mobile terminal and pays a corresponding fee, the mobile terminal sends member rights and interests data to a background server, the background server sends corresponding synchronization data to the mobile terminal according to the member rights and interests data, so that the mobile terminal provides the corresponding member rights and interests service for the user according to the synchronization data, the member rights and interests data may include account information for opening the member rights and interests and the fee payment information, and correspondingly, the member rights and interests synchronization failure may be that the background server receives an error in the member rights and interests data sent by the mobile terminal or the background server fails to send the corresponding synchronization data.
It should be understood that, after the above synchronization retry, i.e. after the above background server detects the above membership rights synchronization failure, the above procedure of membership rights synchronization is repeated again, so as to avoid the failure of membership rights synchronization caused by accidental errors.
Step S20: recording the retry times of the synchronous retry, and storing synchronous abnormal data in the synchronous retry process to an abnormal synchronous list when the retry times reach the preset times;
it should be understood that the retry number is recorded by a counter corresponding to the background every time the background server performs a synchronization retry, where the preset number is a counter threshold preset in the background server, and when the retry number recorded by the counter reaches the preset number, the synchronization abnormal data is stored in the abnormal synchronization list, and in a specific implementation, the preset number may be 5.
It should be understood that the synchronization abnormal data includes the member rights data, the synchronization data, the time for performing the member rights synchronization and the number of times of the member rights synchronization; the abnormal synchronization list may be an excel list, and when the retry number reaches the preset number, the abnormal synchronization list is refreshed to store the synchronization abnormal data.
Step S30: and traversing the synchronous abnormal data stored in the abnormal synchronous list, and performing compensation synchronization of the membership rights according to the traversed current synchronous abnormal data.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned compensation synchronization is a method for performing membership right synchronization again on the abnormal synchronization data in the above-mentioned abnormal synchronization list.
The embodiment relates to a member interest synchronization method, a device, equipment and a storage medium, wherein the member interest synchronization method comprises the following steps: when the member rights synchronization fails, synchronous retry is carried out; recording the retry times of the synchronous retry, and storing synchronous abnormal data in the synchronous retry process to an abnormal synchronous list when the retry times reach the preset times; and traversing the synchronous abnormal data stored in the abnormal synchronous list, and performing compensation synchronization of membership rights according to the traversed current synchronous abnormal data. In the embodiment, the synchronous abnormal data with the retry number reaching the preset threshold value is stored in the abnormal synchronous list, the synchronous abnormal data in the abnormal synchronous list is traversed every time, and the traversed synchronous abnormal data is compensated and synchronized, so that the influence of server failure or network instability on membership rights and interests synchronization at a certain moment is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a membership rights synchronization method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment described above, in the present embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S31: traversing the synchronous abnormal data stored in the abnormal synchronous list every other preset compensation time by adopting an asynchronous operation mechanism, and judging whether the traversed current synchronous abnormal data is successfully synchronized;
it should be understood that, the asynchronous operation mechanism is a method for processing synchronous abnormal data in the abnormal synchronous list at the same time, and it can be understood that, when the traversed current synchronous abnormal data is judged, corresponding operation needs to be performed with the judgment result, and the asynchronous operation mechanism can be used for processing a plurality of synchronous abnormal data in the abnormal synchronous list respectively, so as to avoid that the processing time consumption of the plurality of synchronous abnormal data under the synchronous operation mechanism is too long.
It should be understood that the compensation synchronization proposed in this embodiment is a method for solving the problem of member rights and interests synchronization failure caused by an accidental fault at a certain time, so that the preset compensation duration needs to be set when performing the compensation synchronization, and a preset compensation duration exists between every two compensation synchronizations, so as to avoid that the background server repeatedly performs the compensation synchronization when the accidental fault is not repaired at the current time, which wastes system resources.
It should be understood that, in step S31, the synchronization field of data stored in the abnormal compensation list is traversed, and it is determined whether the traversed current synchronization abnormal data is successfully synchronized, that is, it is determined whether the abnormal synchronization data is synchronized before the compensation synchronization is performed, so as to avoid performing the compensation synchronization again when the abnormal synchronization data that has been synchronized is not deleted due to a fault.
Step S32: if yes, deleting the current synchronization abnormal data from the abnormal synchronization list;
it should be understood that, after traversing the abnormal synchronization data in the abnormal synchronization list in step S31, it is determined whether the traversed current abnormal synchronization data is synchronized successfully, and after detecting that the synchronization of the current abnormal synchronization data is completed, it may be determined that the group of abnormal synchronization data loses meaning, so as to delete the abnormal synchronization data and avoid interference.
Step S33: and if not, performing compensation synchronization of the membership rights according to the current synchronization abnormal data.
Further, the step S33 further includes:
step S331: performing member rights and interests synchronization on the member users corresponding to the current synchronization abnormal data;
it should be understood that the abnormal synchronization data includes account information for activating a membership right, and the background server may obtain a mobile terminal corresponding to the account information according to the account information, and send the synchronization data to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal provides a corresponding membership right service for a user according to the synchronization data.
Step S332: when the membership rights synchronization is successful, deleting the current synchronization abnormal data in the abnormal synchronization list;
step S333: updating a retry count of the membership equity synchronization of the current synchronization exception data when the membership equity synchronization is unsuccessful.
It should be understood that the retry count is a data for recording the number of synchronizations performed to compensate for the determination of the monitoring alarm. The retry count is calculated separately from the retry count, and when the retry count reaches a corresponding preset number, synchronous retry is performed; and when the retry count reaches a preset threshold value, monitoring and alarming.
In the embodiment, an asynchronous operation mechanism is adopted to traverse the synchronous abnormal data stored in the abnormal synchronous list every preset compensation time length, the compensation synchronization is carried out when the traversed current synchronous abnormal data is in synchronization failure, the corresponding synchronous abnormal data in the abnormal synchronous list is deleted when the compensation synchronization is successful, the retry count is updated when the compensation synchronization is failed, and the method for synchronizing the membership rights and interests according to conditions and further supplementing the membership rights and interests when the synchronization of the membership rights and interests cannot be realized by synchronous retry is realized.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a member rights synchronization method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and based on the above embodiments, after the step S30, the method further includes:
step S40: obtaining retry counts corresponding to each synchronous abnormal data stored in the abnormal synchronous list;
it should be understood that, there is a monitoring warning time interval between two times of acquiring the synchronous abnormal data stored in the abnormal synchronization list, that is, every monitoring warning time interval, the backend server acquires the abnormal synchronous data, and in a specific implementation, the monitoring warning time interval may be 12 hours or 24 hours, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S50: and when the retry count is detected to reach a preset threshold value, monitoring and warning the membership rights according to the synchronous abnormal data corresponding to the retry count.
In a specific implementation, the preset threshold is a value used for determining whether the retry count reaches a value that needs to be monitored and warned, and may be three times or five times, which is not limited in this embodiment;
the step S50 further includes:
step S51: when the retry count is detected to reach a preset threshold value, judging whether the synchronization abnormal data of which the retry count reaches the preset threshold value is successfully synchronized;
step S52: if yes, deleting the current synchronization abnormal data from the abnormal synchronization list;
step S53: and if not, monitoring and warning the membership rights according to the current synchronous abnormal data.
The step S53 further includes:
step S531: judging whether monitoring warning information is sent or not according to the current synchronous abnormal data;
it should be understood that the monitoring warning information includes the retry number corresponding to the current abnormal data and the reason of the synchronization failure.
Step S532: when the monitoring warning is detected to be sent, acquiring an operation instruction of a maintenance worker, and carrying out corresponding processing on the current synchronous abnormal data according to the operation instruction of the maintenance worker;
it should be understood that the operation instruction of the maintenance worker includes a method for the maintenance worker to process the current synchronous abnormal data, specifically includes deleting the current synchronous abnormal data or performing a receipt processing on the current synchronous abnormal data, and correspondingly, the current synchronous abnormal data is correspondingly processed according to the operation instruction of the maintenance worker, that is, the current synchronous abnormal data is deleted or the receipt processing is performed on the current synchronous abnormal data according to the operation instruction of the maintenance worker.
Further, after step S532, the method further includes:
step S5321: when detecting that the monitoring warning is sent and the operation instruction of the maintenance personnel fails to be obtained, judging whether to perform order rejection processing according to the synchronous abnormal data and the retry count;
it should be understood that, when the operation instruction obtained by the maintenance person fails, the system may fail to receive the operation instruction of the maintenance person, or after the monitoring alarm is sent to the target maintenance person, the maintenance person does not send the operation instruction within a certain time, where the certain time may be one hour or two hours.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned determining whether to perform the order rejection processing according to the synchronization exception data and the retry count includes: when the retry count reaches a certain threshold value, the system sends a refund processing command, terminates the membership interest command to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the account information of the membership interest in the synchronous abnormal data, and refunds the user according to the fee payment information.
Step S5322: and when the retry count reaches a destage processing threshold value, performing the destage processing.
Step S533: and when the sending of the monitoring warning is not detected, sending the monitoring warning to a target maintenance person.
In the embodiment, monitoring warning processing is performed when the retry count reaches a certain threshold, so that a warning is given to monitoring personnel, the operating instruction of maintenance personnel is received, and whether order return processing is performed or not is judged according to the operating instruction of the maintenance personnel, so that the technical problem of long-time membership interest synchronization failure caused by long-time server failure or network instability is solved.
