电测技术中消除或减小测量电路中的温漂,零漂,失调和偏置误差等.实施方法:用时分割技术,在被测信号处理的同一回路,输入已知信号,根据已知信号的输出推算出电路此时的处理误差,并及时对被测信号的输出直接进行补偿。如图,当A在1位采样时,G输出Y′=K(X+Z)+F(T′)+H,在2位采样时,G输出Y″=KZ+F(T″)+H[H为失调,偏置等因素引起的误差.F(T)为温度T引起的误差,T′=T″]、Y=KX无误差。

      2.工业电子技术,模拟信号处理电路。目    的:减小模拟信号的测量误差。内    容:用时分割技术,在被测信号处理的同一回路,输入已知信号,根据已知信号的输出推算出电路此时的处理误差,并及时对被测信号的输出直接进行补偿。
先设信号处理环节G为线性,输入为X的理想输出应为Y=KX(K为常数),如图1。
在实际电路中,输出为Y=KX+F(T)+H其中F为温度T的函数,包括温漂,零漂等;H为失调,偏置等因素引起的误差。如图2,采用模拟开关或多路选择器A,引入0和Z输入,增加控制环节和减法运算环节,对G进行时分割补偿。
当A在1位采样时,G输出Y′=K(X+Z)+F(T′)+H
当A在2位采样时,G输出Y″=KZ+F(T″)+H
选择适当的采样周期,使T′→T″F(T′)-F (T″)=ΔF(T)→0
选择适当的Z,使Y″>0,便于计算处理。
此时,Y=Y′-Y″=KX+ΔF(T)→KX,即为理想结果,G的信号处理误差被消除或减小。
如果G为非线性环节,根据Y′,Y″和Z的关系也能推算出电路的处理误差,并给予补偿。与现有误差补偿方法相比:
对温漂,零漂的补偿,现有方法一般用热敏电阻,为了进行有效的补偿,必须了解温漂曲线,再选取适当的补偿电阻。补偿效果难以令人满意,对失调,偏置误差可以通过电位器进行调整。
时分割补偿法,则无须了解温漂曲线,可对多个模拟信号处理环节因温漂,零漂,失调,偏置等因素引起的误差进行统一补偿。补偿效果好,且使电路调试简单化,对元件要求也可降低。

1.电测技术中,用时分割技术,在被测信号处理的同一回路,输入已知信号,根据已知信号的输出推算出电路此时的处理误差,并及时对被测信号的输出直接进行补偿的方法。
