Claims (10)

1. An anti-counterfeiting tracing method for gypsum board products is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, writing anti-counterfeiting information and an anti-counterfeiting key of a gypsum board product into an RFID label by a manufacturer user by using an RFID reader, synchronously uploading the anti-counterfeiting information to an anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud end by the RFID label, and attaching the RFID label written with the anti-counterfeiting information and the anti-counterfeiting key to the surface of the gypsum board product for anti-counterfeiting tracing of the gypsum board product;
s2, when a consumer user scans the RFID label by using the RFID reader, after identity authentication of a password security algorithm of the RFID label, anti-counterfeiting information of the gypsum board product is synchronously acquired, position information of the RFID label is synchronously acquired, written into the RFID label and uploaded to the anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud, transportation intention of the gypsum board product is presumed by the anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud, and the transportation intention is transmitted to the RFID label to feed back the transportation intention to the consumer user;
and S3, the consumer user performs anti-counterfeiting tracing on the gypsum board product according to the anti-counterfeiting information and the transportation intention of the gypsum board product.

The anti-counterfeiting tracing method for gypsum board products according to claim 1, characterized in that: the anti-counterfeiting information of the gypsum board product comprises qualification information of a manufacturer user, a product name, a production date, a production batch and warehousing and ex-warehousing information of the manufacturer user, a distributor and a retailer.

The gypsum board product anti-counterfeiting tracing method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the anti-counterfeiting secret key is set by a manufacturer user and written in the RFID label for sealing and storage, and the authentication password provided by a consumer user is used for identity authentication, wherein each RFID label and the anti-counterfeiting secret key have uniqueness.

The gypsum board product anti-counterfeiting tracing method according to claim 3, characterized in that: consumer user utilizes the RFID read write line to scan the RFID label at every turn, obtains the anti-fake information of gypsum board product after the authentication of the password security algorithm of RFID label in step to and the positional information who obtains the RFID label in step writes into the RFID label and uploads to anti-fake tracing to the source high in the clouds, include:
when a consumer user scans the RFID label by the RFID reader-writer, the RFID label feeds back the unique identification code of the RFID label to the consumer user through the RFID reader-writer;
the consumer user writes an authentication password into the RFID label through the RFID reader-writer according to the unique identification code of the RFID label, and the RFID label performs identity authentication, wherein,
if the authentication password written by the consumer user is consistent with the anti-counterfeiting secret key of the RFID label, the anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud end opens the read-write permission to the consumer user, the consumer user reads the anti-counterfeiting information at the anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud end, and the position information obtained by the positioning module in the RFID reader-writer is used as the position information of the RFID label to be written into the RFID label and uploaded to the anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud end;
if the authentication password written by the consumer user is inconsistent with the anti-counterfeiting secret key of the RFID label, the anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud end does not open the read-write permission to the consumer user, and feedback information of authentication failure is provided for the consumer user through the RFID reader-writer.

respectively taking the position sequence of the model sample and the transportation intention of the model sample as an input item and an output item of a CNN neural network, and carrying out model training on the CNN neural network based on the input item and the output item to obtain a transportation intention prediction model, wherein the model expression of the transportation intention prediction model is as follows:

if the transportation intention of the gypsum board product marked as genuine is unconventional transportation, the RFID reader-writer carries out transportation early warning on a consumer user to prompt transportation risks;
and if the gypsum board product marked as a genuine product is transported in an unconventional manner, the RFID reader-writer does not give a transportation warning to the consumer user.

An anti-counterfeiting tracing system of the gypsum board product anti-counterfeiting tracing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising an RFID anti-counterfeiting system, an anti-counterfeiting tracing cloud and an anti-counterfeiting database, wherein the RFID anti-counterfeiting system comprises: RFID label, RFID read write line, wherein the RFID label is used for realizing writing in and storing of the anti-fake information of gypsum board product, the built-in safety chip of RFID label and encryption algorithm are in order to save the anti-fake secret key that producer user set for, the RFID read write line is used for realizing being connected and communicating with the RFID label, the RFID anti-fake system is used for writing in and reading of anti-fake information, anti-fake traceing back high in the clouds is used for anti-fake information's input, storage to and the discernment of transportation intention, the authentication data that the anti-fake database is used for the gypsum board product that the storage producer user provided.
