Various specific embodiments of the present application are described in sufficient detail below to enable those skilled in the art to practice the teachings of the present application. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural, logical or electrical changes may be made to the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a recruitment information search method according to one embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, when a job hunting user searches for job position recruitment information of a psychographic enterprise, a general direct operation manner is to input an enterprise name as a search word in a recruitment platform, receive the enterprise name search word input by the job hunting user in the recruitment platform, search for a recruitment position of the psychographic enterprise for the job hunting user by using a search engine, and present the position to the job hunting user. The method specifically comprises the following processing steps:
step S1, determining recruitment enterprises based on enterprise name search words input by job hunting users. And a plurality of recruitment enterprises and the post information released by the recruitment enterprises are stored and maintained in the database of the recruitment platform. In one embodiment, the database stores a recruitment enterprise list, a recruitment enterprise name and its synonym correspondence table, a group/head office and its subordinate enterprise/branch correspondence table, etc. in the form of a list.
And S2, acquiring the position information released by the recruitment enterprise. In one embodiment, the database stores a position list and the like released by a recruitment enterprise in a list form, and when the recruitment enterprise is determined, all position information released by the enterprise can be obtained by inquiring the position list through the name of the recruitment enterprise.
And S3, sequencing the acquired positions according to the sequencing conditions. An enterprise, particularly a relatively large enterprise, typically publishes a plurality of job information, and in some embodiments, when job conditions are entered by a job hunting user, the captured jobs are ranked according to a degree of match with the job conditions. In other embodiments, when the job hunting user does not input any job condition, the acquired jobs are ranked according to the recruitment number, the delivery number of the last week and the like as ranking conditions.
And S4, providing the sorted position information to the job hunting user. And the recruitment platform provides the sequenced job information as a result to the job hunting users.
In the step S1, determining the recruitment enterprise is a key step of searching accurate position information for the job hunting user. The invention provides a method for accurately searching for recruitment enterprises, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for searching for recruitment enterprises according to an embodiment of the invention, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
and step S11, acquiring enterprise name search words provided by job hunting users. In order to avoid a search matching failure caused by an input error, which may occur when a job-seeking user inputs a business name search term, for example, some characters, wrongly written characters, etc., the method further includes the following steps when receiving the business name search term provided by the job-seeking user: firstly, cleaning the enterprise name search word in a data format, and filtering out non-character characters from the enterprise name search word, wherein the non-character characters are punctuation marks such as ",": "," & ","! "and spaces, etc. And then, performing semantic analysis on the enterprise name search word, for example, performing word segmentation, determining whether the segmented participle has semantics, determining and deleting abnormal words/words therein according to the semantics, or adding corresponding words/words. In one embodiment, the abnormal word/word is, for example, a repeated word such as a word "letter" obviously more than one in the "xx letter information technology company" business name search word input by the job-seeking user, which may be caused by an input error of the job-seeking user. For example, a search word of the name of an enterprise, such as "AlibaChina" input by a job-seeking user obviously loses a word of "Ba", so that the search word needs to be supplemented with a word of "Ba", and the word is changed into the word of "AlibaChina", and the like.
And S12, matching the recruitment enterprise name in the database for the enterprise name search word. In one embodiment of the invention, in order to accurately provide the recruitment enterprise name, an accurate matching strategy is adopted, namely during matching, the matching is determined to be successful only when the enterprise name search word is completely consistent with the recruitment enterprise name in the database, otherwise, the matching is determined to be failed.
And S13, judging whether the recruitment enterprise name is matched, namely judging whether the matching is successful, if so, taking the matched recruitment enterprise name as a search result and finishing the enterprise search process in step S14. If no match is found, step S15 is performed. For example, when the job-seeking user inputs the enterprise name search word "alisba limited", the recruitment enterprise names recorded in the database are "alisba (china) network technology limited" and "alisba (china) limited", and it is determined that the matching fails because the enterprise name search word "alisba limited" input by the job-seeking user is not identical to the recruitment enterprise names in the two databases, and then step S15 should be performed. For another example, when the job hunting user inputs the enterprise name search term "biddi car ltd", which is identical to the recruitment enterprise name "biddi car ltd" in the database, and it is determined that the matching is successful, the job hunting user takes "biddi car ltd" as the search result in step S14, and ends the enterprise search process.
And S15, identifying and removing interference words in the enterprise name search words. The term of interference is, for example, "limited", "stock", "responsibility", "headquarters", "head office", "subsidiary", "parent", "branch", "company", "group", "international", etc. In this step, the aforementioned words in the business name search word input by the job-seeking user are removed as the interfering words, for example, when the business name search word input by the job-seeking user is "Ali Barba Limited", the interfering words "Limited" and "company" are removed to obtain "Ali Barba".
And S16, matching corresponding recruitment enterprise name synonyms for the enterprise name search words in the recruitment enterprise name synonym group. In one embodiment, the database stores the names of the recruitment enterprises and the corresponding table of synonyms thereof, wherein one of the names of the recruitment enterprises corresponds to one or more synonyms of alternative names, acronyms, brand names, colloquials and the like of the enterprise. And the recruitment enterprise names in the corresponding table are the recruitment enterprise names in the recruitment enterprise list in the database. In order to improve the matching precision, in one embodiment of the invention, an accurate matching strategy is adopted to match the recruitment enterprise name synonym, namely the enterprise name synonym is determined to be successfully matched only when the enterprise name search term is completely the same as the recruitment enterprise name synonym, otherwise the matching is considered to be failed. For example, for the business name "alibaba (china limited)" in the database recruitment business list, the corresponding synonyms include "alibaba", "ali", "ari institute", "naobao", "paypal", "tiancat supermarket", "1688", "global tolls", "alioxpress", and so on. In the foregoing embodiment, when the enterprise name search word input by the job-seeking user is "arizaba limited", the interference word is removed in step S15 to obtain the enterprise name search word "arizaba", and the match between the enterprise name search word and the enterprise name synonym in the enterprise name synonym group can be known to be completely the same as the synonym "arizaba" of "arizaba (china) limited", and at this time, the match is confirmed to be successful.
And S17, judging whether the recruitment enterprise name synonym corresponding to the enterprise name search word is matched, if so, executing the step S18, and if not, executing the step S19.
And S18, inquiring the corresponding table of the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name to obtain a corresponding recruitment enterprise name, taking the acquired recruitment enterprise name as a search result, and ending the enterprise search process. In the embodiment that the enterprise name search word input by the job hunting user is "arbiba limited", when it is determined that the synonym is successfully matched, the corresponding table of the enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name is queried, so that the recruitment enterprise name "arbiba (china) limited" in the database recruitment enterprise list can be obtained.
And S19, carrying out fuzzy matching on the enterprise name search word and the recruitment enterprise name in the database, taking the recruitment enterprise name with the highest matching degree as a search result, and ending the enterprise search process. The fuzzy matching is used for calculating the similarity between the enterprise name search Word and the recruitment enterprise name in the database, for example, one of the trained Word2Vec models is used for calculating the enterprise name search Word vector and the recruitment enterprise name vector respectively, and then the difference between the two is calculated. And when the difference between the two is smaller, the matching degree is higher, so that the one or more recruitment enterprise names with the highest matching degree rank are used as the search result according to the sorting of the matching degree after the calculation of the vector difference. The Word2Vec model is, for example, a statistical language model, an N-gram model, a neural probabilistic language model, a Skip-gram model, or the like.
In the enterprise name searching and matching process, the recruitment enterprise name synonym is set, so that the recruitment enterprise names in the database can be accurately matched even if the recruitment enterprise name search terms input by the job hunting users are not the formal names of the recruitment enterprises recorded in the database, and the matching efficiency and the matching accuracy are high.
When it is determined in the step S17 that the recruitment enterprise name synonym corresponding to the enterprise name search term is not currently matched, further identifying whether city information exists in the enterprise name search term used in the current matching, and if city information exists in the enterprise name search term used currently, deleting the city information in the enterprise name search term to obtain a second search term; and then returning to the step S16 to match the corresponding recruitment enterprise name synonym for the second search term in the recruitment enterprise name synonym group. In one embodiment, when the database of the recruitment platform includes a plurality of databases, for example, the databases are divided into different recruitment platform sub-databases according to cities, when the enterprise name search term includes city information, matching is preferentially performed in the recruitment platform sub-database of the same city, and if the enterprise name search term does not match the city information in the recruitment platform sub-database of the same city, the matching is performed in other sub-databases after the city information in the enterprise name search term is deleted.
In one embodiment, the enterprise name synonym group includes two types of synonyms, one type is a single enterprise name synonym group, that is, a plurality of synonyms are set for a single enterprise name, and correspondingly, the correspondence table between the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name is a correspondence table between the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the single recruitment enterprise name, which is referred to as a first correspondence table for short; the other type is an enterprise group name synonym phrase, namely, a plurality of synonyms are set for an enterprise group/general company name, correspondingly, the correspondence table of the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name is a correspondence table of the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise group/general company name, which is referred to as a second correspondence table for short, and at this time, the correspondence table further comprises a third correspondence table, namely, a correspondence table of the recruitment enterprise group/general company name and the subordinate enterprise/subsidiary company name.
In the step S18, when the correspondence table between the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name is queried, and when the current recruitment enterprise name synonym is located in the first correspondence table, a recruitment enterprise name is obtained through query. And if the synonym of the current recruitment enterprise name is positioned in the second corresponding table, inquiring to obtain the name of the enterprise group/general company, and further inquiring the third corresponding table at the moment to obtain the names of all subordinate companies/subsidiaries of the enterprise group/general company.
For example, the synonymous phrase "byte jitter" for the enterprise group name is "jittering sound, tiktok, today's headline, jittering group, bytedace, byte jitter, watermelon short video, toutiao, know car emperor, suzhou today's view culture media", etc., the enterprise group name "byte jitter" and its synonymous phrase constitute the second correspondence table, and the enterprise group name "byte jitter" and its subordinate company "beijing jittering sound information service limited company" and "jittering view (beijing) limited company" constitute the third correspondence table. When the job-seeking user inputs a business name search word of 'tremble', the synonym 'tremble' is matched in the second correspondence table, so that the business group name is determined: the byte is jumped, and then a third corresponding table is inquired to obtain two subordinate companies, namely a Beijing tremble information service company and a tremble view boundary (Beijing) company, which serve as search results and are provided for the step S2 to obtain position information released by the two enterprises.
In order to improve the matching accuracy, the recruitment enterprise name synonym phrase needs to be continuously updated and supplemented. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for obtaining synonym phrases of names of recruiting enterprises according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following steps:
and S51, collecting the behavior data of enterprise search performed by the job hunting users. For example, when a job hunting user searches on a recruitment platform, the search terms and the corresponding search results used by the job hunting user are recorded, where the search results include job position information and corresponding recruitment enterprises, and the behavior operations of the user on the search results, such as browsing, viewing job position information, delivering resumes and other behavior data, certainly also include the occurrence time of the behaviors. In one embodiment, data is collected for enterprise searching by job-seeking users over a fixed period of time, such as a month or week of data.
And S52, extracting enterprise name search words input by the user and enterprise names determined by the user from the behavior data. For example, the job hunting user analyzes a search word used by the job hunting user and determines whether the search word is a business name, in one embodiment, the recruitment platform provides various types of search fields, such as a job title, a business name, a place and the like, and the job hunting user selects or inputs the search word in the corresponding field when searching. And the recruitment platform determines whether the search term is the enterprise name according to the field name or the category of the search term. In another embodiment, the recruitment platform provides a trained business name prediction model to predict search terms entered by job hunting users to determine whether the search terms are business names. And obtaining the corresponding recruitment enterprise name according to operations of job information viewing, resume delivery and the like of the job hunting user on the search result. Further, in one embodiment, the similarity between the enterprise name input by the user and the recruitment enterprise name is calculated, when the similarity is greater than a threshold value, it is determined that the currently obtained recruitment enterprise name is consistent with the input enterprise name, and it is determined that valid data is extracted, otherwise, it is determined that the currently obtained recruitment enterprise name is consistent with the input enterprise name, and thus the data extraction result is discarded.
And step S53, generating a synonym pair by the enterprise name search word and the enterprise name determined by the user. And when the effective data is extracted, generating a synonym pair by the enterprise name search word and the enterprise name determined by the user. The synonym pair may be obtained by processing the data item by item through step S52 and step S53 after the data in a fixed time period is collected, or may be obtained by performing step S52 and step S53 every time a new behavior data is collected during the collection process.
In step S54, the number of occurrences of a synonym pair in a predetermined time is counted. When all the data of one fixed period are processed according to step S52 and step S53, the number of times one synonym pair appears in the fixed period is counted, that is, the word frequency of the synonym pair is calculated.
And S55, judging whether the occurrence frequency of the synonym pair in the statistical period is greater than or equal to a threshold value, if so, adding the synonym pair to a corresponding table of the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name in S56. If not, the synonym pair is discarded at step S57. When the word frequency of a synonym pair is greater than the threshold value, the expression that the enterprise name search word used by the job hunting user is familiar to the standard name of the recruitment enterprise is expressed by most users, so that the synonym can be used as the synonym of the standard name of the recruitment enterprise.
And step S58, judging whether the non-counted synonym pair exists, if so, returning to the step S54, and if not, ending.
The aforementioned processing procedure for obtaining the synonym group of the recruitment enterprise name can be performed periodically, for example, once every month, and when the processing procedure is performed, the determined synonym pair is removed from the synonym pairs obtained in the current period, for example, when the synonym pair added to the synonym group is obtained in the current period, the processing procedure does not need to be repeated, and the synonym pair is deleted from the synonym pair to be currently processed, so that the data processing amount is reduced.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a recruitment enterprise search system, as shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic block diagram of a recruitment enterprise search system according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the system 100 includes a search term obtaining module 1, a first matching module 2, a second matching module 3, a query module 4 and a search result output module 5. The search term obtaining module 1 is configured to obtain an enterprise name search term provided by a job hunting user, and send the enterprise name search term to the first matching module 2 after obtaining the enterprise name search term provided by the job hunting user. The first matching module 2 is connected to the search term obtaining module 1, and when receiving the enterprise name search term sent by the search term obtaining module 1, matches the recruitment enterprise name in the database 200 according to the enterprise name search term. And when the recruitment enterprise name is matched, sending the recruitment enterprise name to the search result output module 5, and when the recruitment enterprise name is not matched, sending a notification to the second matching module 3. The second matching module 3 is connected with the search term obtaining module 1 and the first matching module 2, and when receiving a notification from the first matching module 2 that the enterprise name search term is not matched with the recruitment enterprise name, obtains the enterprise name search term from the search term obtaining module 1, matches a corresponding recruitment enterprise name synonym for the enterprise name search term in the recruitment enterprise name synonym group, and sends a notification to the query module 4 if the matching is successful, that is, the same synonym is matched. The query module 4 is connected with the second matching module 3, and when receiving the notification sent by the second matching module 3, queries the corresponding table of the recruitment enterprise name synonym and the recruitment enterprise name according to the recruitment enterprise name synonym corresponding to the enterprise name search term in the notification to obtain a corresponding recruitment enterprise name, and sends the recruitment enterprise name to the search result output module 5. The search result output module 5 is respectively connected with the first matching module 2 and the query module 4, and takes the recruitment enterprise name obtained when the first matching module is successfully matched or the recruitment enterprise name obtained by the query of the query module as a search result.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the search term acquisition module 1 includes a receiving unit 11, a format cleansing unit 12, and a content cleansing unit 13. The receiving unit 11 is configured to receive an enterprise name search word provided by a job-seeking user, for example, determine that a current search word is an enterprise name search word according to a field name when the user inputs the search word, or predict the search word input by the job-seeking user through a trained enterprise name prediction model to determine whether the search word is an enterprise name. After the receiving unit 11 obtains the enterprise name search term, it sends it to the format cleaning unit 12. The format cleaning unit 12 is connected to the receiving unit 11, and is configured to perform data format cleaning on the enterprise name search term, filter out non-text characters from the enterprise name search term, and send the enterprise name search term with the filtered non-text characters to the content cleaning unit 13.
