Abstract
The invention relates to a wiring device of vehicle wires, which is arranged on a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body comprises a head pipe and a front fork vertical pipe, and the wiring device of the vehicle wires comprises a head bowl assembly and a cover body. The cover body is arranged on the head bowl assembly, a channel is formed between the cover body and the head bowl assembly, the channel comprises a first end and a second end, the first end is communicated with a space between the head tube and the front fork vertical tube, and the second end is an opening which is not opened upwards. The invention can effectively perform wiring of the lead and achieve the waterproof function.

Technical Field

Background

The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, which illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wiring device for vehicle wires of the present invention is provided for a vehicle body 9, the vehicle body 9 includes a head tube 91 and a front fork stem 92 extending along an axial direction, the wiring device for vehicle wires includes a head bowl assembly 1 and a cover 2, in this embodiment, the vehicle body 9 is a bicycle.
The head bowl assembly 1 is provided to fit around the front fork stem 92.
The cover 2 is disposed on the head-bowl assembly 1, a channel 3 is formed between the cover 2 and the head-bowl assembly 1, the channel 3 includes a first end 31 and a second end 32, the first end 31 is for communicating with a space between the head tube 91 and the front fork stem 92, the second end 32 is a non-upward opening, and the channel 3 is for at least one wire 95 to extend.
Therefore, since the first end 31 is used for communicating with the space between the head tube 91 and the front fork stem 92, the at least one wire 95 passing through the head bowl assembly 1 can extend into the first end 31, and extend out of the cover 2 through the second end 32, and since the second end 32 is an opening that is not open upward, in the present embodiment, the second end 32 is an opening that is open obliquely downward, the second end 32 can effectively achieve waterproof functions of water prevention, rain prevention, and the like, so as to prevent liquid from flowing into the head bowl assembly 1 through the cover 2, and the channel 3 can provide more wiring options for the at least one wire 95, and in the present embodiment, the number of the at least one wire 95 is plural, so as to still effectively perform wiring when increasing the number of the wires 95.

Wherein, the plate body 21 is further provided with at least one wire guiding hole 24 (plural in this embodiment), a waterproof ring 241 is disposed at the hole edge of each wire guiding hole 24 to prevent the liquid from flowing into the head-bowl assembly 1 from the wire guiding holes 24, each wire guiding hole 24 is provided for a wire 95 to pass through, so that the wires 95 extend into the handle vertical tube (not shown) through the cover body 2, and preferably, each wire guiding hole 24 corresponds to one penetrating portion 11 along the axial direction to prevent the wires 95 from being bent excessively.
Further, the head-bowl assembly 1 includes at least one through-hole 11 disposed along the axial direction, the through-hole 11 corresponds to one of the channels 3 and is used for the wires 95 to pass through (as shown in fig. 4), and the number of the through-hole 11 is two in this embodiment.
In detail, the head-bowl assembly 1 includes a cushion body 4, the cushion body 4 is provided with a first trepanning 41, the first trepanning 41 is provided to be sleeved on the front fork vertical tube 92, the cover body 2 is covered on the cushion body 4 and the cushion body 4 is provided to be covered on one end of the head tube 91, each penetrating portion 11 includes at least one first through hole 42 provided on the cushion body 4, the number of the at least one first through hole 42 is two in this embodiment, the two first through holes 42 are provided for the wires 95 to penetrate, and each first through hole 42 is communicated with the first trepanning 41 in this embodiment. Preferably, the head-bowl assembly 1 further comprises a gasket 6, and the gasket 6 is clamped between the head tube 91 and the cushion body 4 to achieve the waterproof function.
In addition, the head and bowl assembly 1 further includes a packing member 5, the packing member 5 includes a second set of holes 51 opened along the axial direction and a radial opened split groove 52, the second set of holes 51 is for being sleeved on the front fork stem 92 and being accommodated in the head tube 91, the cushion body 4 is covered on the packing member 5 and the packing member 5 is for abutting against a reinforcement forest 93 in the head tube 91, each of the penetrating portions 11 includes at least one second through hole 53 provided in the packing member 5, each of the first through holes 42 corresponds to one of the second through holes 53 and is provided at the outer periphery of the packing member 5, in this embodiment, the number of the at least one second through holes 53 is two, the two second through holes 53 are provided for the wires 95 to penetrate, when the cushion body 4 is covered on the packing member 5, because the packing member 5 has the split groove 52, the radial dimension of the packing member 5 can be reduced and be abutted against the front fork stem 92, so that the packing member 2, the packing member 4 and the front fork stem 5 and the inclined plane of the cover body 5 can effectively abut against the inclined plane of the reinforcement forest 5, and the inclined plane of the packing member 93 can be abutted against the inclined plane 55.
In this embodiment, the cover body 2 is provided with a first flange 25 protruding toward the pad body 4, the pad body 4 is provided with a second flange 43 protruding toward the cover body 2, the second flange 43 surrounds the hole edge of the first sleeve hole 41, the first flange 25 abuts against the second flange 43, the first flange 25 is provided with a plurality of first ribs 251 in the radial direction, the second flange 43 is provided with a plurality of second ribs 431 in the radial direction, each first rib 251 abuts against one second rib 431, and the structures of the plurality of first ribs 251 and the plurality of second ribs 431 are used to increase the contact area between the first flange 25 and the second flange 43, so that the cover body 2 is effectively covered on the pad body 4, and the deformation caused by the excessive thickness of the first flange 25 and the second flange 43 during the injection molding manufacturing can be avoided. Preferably, one of the first flange 25 and the second flange 43 is provided with at least two first protrusions 252, the other is provided with at least two first recesses 432 (in the embodiment, the first flange 25 is provided with two first protrusions 252, the second flange 43 is provided with two first recesses 432), and each first protrusion 252 is inserted into one first recess 432, so that not only the cover 2 and the cushion 4 can be aligned smoothly, but also the cover 2 and the cushion 4 can rotate synchronously.
Also preferably, one of the cushion body 4 and the packing member 5 is provided with at least two second protrusions 44, and the other is provided with at least two second recesses 54, in the embodiment, the cushion body 4 is provided with a plurality of second protrusions 44, the packing member 5 is provided with a plurality of second recesses 54, each second protrusion 44 is inserted into one second recess 54, and the cushion body 4 and the packing member 5 can be aligned smoothly and the cushion body 4 and the packing member 5 can rotate simultaneously.

Claims (10)
1. A wiring device for vehicle wires, which is provided to a vehicle body including a head pipe and a front fork stem extending in an axial direction, comprising:
a head bowl component for sleeving the front fork vertical tube;
the cover body is arranged on the head bowl assembly, a channel is formed between the cover body and the head bowl assembly and comprises a first end and a second end, the first end is communicated with a space between the head tube and the front fork vertical tube, the second end is an opening which is not opened upwards, and at least one conducting wire extends through the channel.

3. The vehicular wire harness device according to claim 2, wherein the plate body is further provided with at least one wire guide hole, a waterproof ring is received in an edge of each wire guide hole, and each wire guide hole is provided for a wire to pass through.
4. The wiring device of claim 1, wherein the head-bowl assembly includes at least one through-hole portion disposed along the axial direction, the through-hole portion corresponding to the channel and allowing at least one of the wires to pass therethrough.
5. The wire distribution device according to claim 4, wherein the head-cup assembly comprises a pad body, the pad body has a first hole for receiving the front fork stem, the cover is disposed on the pad body and the pad body is disposed on an end of the head tube, each of the through-holes comprises at least one first through-hole disposed on the pad body.

The wire distribution device according to claim 5, wherein the head bowl assembly further comprises a packing member, the packing member comprises a second hole and a radial slot, the second hole is disposed in the head tube for being sleeved on the front fork stem, the pad is covered on the packing member and the packing member is disposed in the head tube for abutting against a bearing, each of the through holes comprises at least one second through hole disposed in the packing member, and each of the first through holes corresponds to one of the second through holes and is disposed at an outer periphery of the packing member.
7. The wire distribution device according to claim 5, wherein the cover has a first flange protruding toward the pad, the pad has a second flange protruding toward the cover, the second flange surrounds the hole edge of the first sleeve hole, the first flange abuts against the second flange, the first flange has a plurality of first ribs radially, the second flange has a plurality of second ribs radially, and each first rib abuts against one second rib.
8. The vehicular wire distributing device according to claim 7, wherein one of the first flange and the second flange has at least two first engaging protrusions, and the other flange has at least two first engaging recesses, each of the first engaging protrusions being inserted into one of the first engaging recesses.
9. The vehicular wire harness device according to claim 6, wherein one of the pad and the packing member is provided with at least two second protrusions, and the other is provided with at least two second recesses, each of the second protrusions being inserted into one of the second recesses.
