In the embodiments of the present description the pre-stitching lines extend through the overlap region.
And 5: the airbag is pressed into the airbag housing.
Specifically, step 5 includes: the folded region of the airbag, which is the region in which the airbag is folded, and the unfolded region of the airbag, which is the region in which the airbag is not folded, are pressed into the airbag housing.
Wherein the height of the non-folded region is determined according to the size of the airbag housing.
Embodiments of the present specification also provide an airbag device, including: an air bag, a gas generator and an air bag housing; the air bag comprises a windshield protection area, a head and neck protection area, a chest and abdomen protection area and a flank part, the air bag is folded by adopting the safety air bag folding method and is extruded into the air bag shell, and the gas generator is used for inflating the safety air bag.
Wherein, at air bag expansion in-process, gas generator aerifys windscreen protection area earlier, drive neck portion protection area, throw away chest abdomen protection area before not expanding flank portion, expand chest abdomen protection area and flank portion when crossing the car display screen, the suture runs through in air bag expansion in-process in advance, to windscreen protection area, hierarchical the expansion is carried out in neck portion protection area and chest abdomen protection area, the gasbag shape of final expansion, the lower part is equipped with the concave part, can avoid the car display screen.
The airbag folding method provided by the embodiment of the specification can ensure the safety of the airbag in the unfolding process and cross a display screen arranged on a passenger side.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments can be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the product embodiments described later, since they correspond to the method, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the system embodiments.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered within the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
