when the locking assembly is assembled, the locking frame body 221 is placed on the lifting frame body 21, the spring 222 and the ball 223 are installed in the locking frame body 221, the ball 223 penetrates through the through hole of the locking frame body 221 partially and abuts against the locking groove 234 in the middle of the two ends of the annular sliding groove 233, the other end of the spring 222 abuts against the limiting baffle, after the position of the locking frame body 221 is adjusted, the locking frame body 221 is fixedly installed on the lifting frame body 21 through bolts, and the whole rotating mechanism assembly 2 is assembled conveniently and quickly.
