When the device is used, a mixture is sprayed out of the discharging pipe 40, the spraying device 43 is taken out of the clamp 42, the bottom end of the external rubber pipe is locked with the top end of the discharging pipe 40, the other end of the rubber pipe is locked with the spraying device 43, equipment starts to spray materials, the flowing pressure and the flowing speed of the conical cylinder 44 are increased in the flowing process of the mixture, the floating ball 45 pushes the movable rod 46 to move upwards under the impact action of the mixed materials, the movable rod 46 is rotationally clamped, the floating ball 45 is prevented from spraying, when the equipment stops spraying materials, the impact force at the bottom of the floating ball 45 is reduced, under the action of gravity, the floating ball 45 falls to block the upper surface of the conical cylinder 44, and excessive materials are prevented from flowing back into the equipment, so that the normal use of the inside of the equipment is affected.
The screw barrel 50 is locked with an external rubber tube, the nozzle 51 is held, the injection angle is adjusted, in the process of injecting mixed materials, the materials flow along the screw grooves on the outer surface of the rotating block 53, the rotating block 53 moves downwards and then rotates, the fixed block 52 prevents the rotating block 53 from deviating, the materials flow from a gap outside the rotating block 53 to the bushing 54 and are then sprayed out through the dividing strip 55, under the action of the rotating block 53, the materials spirally flow, the flow speed and the pressure are increased, before being sprayed out, the materials contact with the bushing 54 and the outer surface of the dividing strip 55, the materials impact and crush, the fluid materials are atomized, the particles are reduced, the contact effect of the sprayed materials and the railing can be increased by improving the atomization rate, and the materials are prevented from collecting and dripping, so that the resource waste is caused.
The whole equipment is driven to move by manual pushing of the mobile platform 1, the air injection device 2 compresses external air and pushes the compressed air to the inside of the mixing device 3, the materials are pressurized and mixed in the inside of the mixing device 3 and then are sprayed out of the discharging device 4, the spraying device 43 adopts a detachable design in the inside of the discharging device 4, after spraying operation is completed, the nozzle 51 can be independently taken out and cleaned, and as the heating resistor 26 is fixedly installed in the equipment, the mixed materials can be ensured to always flow in the equipment, and blockage is prevented.
