Claims (8)

1. An electrostatic spraying device for the inner wall of a pipe fitting, which is characterized by comprising:
the pipe fitting is fixed, and the two three-jaw chucks and the rotating motor are used for driving the pipe fitting to rotate;
the spraying pipe penetrates through the middle of the two three-jaw chucks, and the positioning mechanism is used for positioning the spraying pipe;
positioning mechanism include with the fore-end face cooperation joint of spray tube the fore-end face cooperation joint with the cover locate the atress cover in the fore-end outside, be equipped with at least three locating component between fore-end and the atress cover, when fore-end and atress cover relative movement, locating component along the pipe fitting is radially flexible.

The electrostatic spraying device for the inner wall of the pipe fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side surfaces of the two dust removing discs are provided with a plurality of dust removing holes, the dust removing discs are internally provided with dust removing spaces, the dust removing holes are communicated with the dust removing spaces, and the outer peripheral surfaces of the dust removing discs are provided with dust removing gaps communicated with the dust removing spaces.

The electrostatic spraying device for the inner wall of a pipe fitting as claimed in claim 2, wherein the spraying pipe is provided with three passages inside, the three passages are respectively two dust removing passages communicated with the dust removing spaces inside the two dust removing discs and a feeding passage for feeding the electrostatic spraying head, and the three passages are not communicated with each other.

The electrostatic spraying device for the inner wall of the pipe fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein a tapered groove is formed in the front end face of the spraying pipe, a tapered protrusion corresponding to the tapered groove is formed in the front end of the top pillar, and the tapered groove and the tapered protrusion are matched with each other to position the top pillar and the spraying pipe on the same axis.

The electrostatic spraying device for the inner wall of a pipe fitting as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the top post is provided with a first mounting flange, one end of the force-bearing sleeve adjacent to the first mounting flange is provided with a second mounting flange, the positioning assembly comprises a first supporting rod hinged to the first mounting flange at one end and a second supporting rod hinged to the second mounting flange at one end, the other ends of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are hinged to the same positioning post, and a ball is arranged on the outer side of the positioning post.

The electrostatic spraying device for the inner wall of a pipe fitting as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the first mounting flange and the second mounting flange are close to each other, the first support bar and the second support bar cooperate to move the positioning post away from the top post; when the first mounting flange and the second mounting flange are far away from each other, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are matched to enable the positioning column to be close to the top column.
