Working principle: firstly, the material is put into the tank body through the feed inlet, the second driving component drives the rotary steel pipe to rotate, meanwhile, the square pipe and the rotary table can also rotate along with the rotary steel pipe, further, the material in the tank body is stirred through the stirring plate, the strip holes, the second rotating shaft and the stirring fan blades which are arranged on the stirring plate are matched, the material stirring is more fully and uniformly realized, meanwhile, the arc scraping block arranged on the stirring plate can scrape out the sticky material on the inner wall of the tank body, the first driving component can drive the rotary stirring component to be in three different states, three different stirring modes are realized, the stirring and mixing effects of the material are improved according to the state (different states such as solid state, liquid state and sticky state) of the actual material, the specific selection of parameters such as size and density, the scraping bottom plate is used for scraping the material on the inner surface of the bottom of the tank body, the pushing plate matched with the upper part is used for preventing the material from being deposited on the inner surface of the bottom of the tank body 1, so that the phenomenon that the material is insufficiently uniform in stirring is caused, meanwhile, the arc scraping plate can scrape the sticky material on the inner wall of the tank body on one side, then the situation of internal stirring is checked at any time through the observation window, in the process of material mixing and stirring, generated vibration is generated, when the tank body shakes, the material mixing and stirring are completed, the force transmitted to the limiting plate 1502 through vibration plays a role in buffering the limiting plate 1502 through the hydraulic buffer 1507, the phenomenon that the material is inclined even can occur due to the fact that the larger vibration is avoided, the stability in the working process of the tank body and the safety of the whole device are guaranteed, and the material is discharged through the discharge port after the material stirring and the mixing are completed.
