Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a training ball return device according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a supporting unit 1, a ball return unit 2, and a limiting unit 3.
The supporting unit 1 comprises two supports 11 extending along a first axis Z direction and spaced apart along a second axis X direction, and a base 12 connected to one end of the supports 11 and adapted to stand on a court (not shown). Each of the brackets 11 has a plurality of through holes 111 arranged in the Z direction of the first axis. The second axis X is substantially perpendicular to the first axis Z.
The ball returning unit 2 is pivoted between the brackets 11 and forms a first included angle θ 1 with the first axis Z, can swing around the second axis X relative to the brackets 11, and includes a plate 21 having elasticity and plasticity and adapted to bounce a ball 4 (see fig. 6), and a frame 22 surrounding the periphery of the plate 21. In this embodiment, the plate member 21 has a supporting layer 211, and an elastic layer 212 stacked on the supporting layer 211. The support layer 211 may be wood or reinforced glass for supporting the elastic layer 212. The elastic layer 212 is made of high hardness foam. The bezel 22 has two screw holes 221 formed at both sides. The first included angle theta 1 is smaller than 90 degrees.
The limiting unit 3 is installed between the supporting unit 1 and the ball returning unit 2 and comprises two first bolts 31. Each of the first bolts 31 has a threaded rod 311 and a head 312 opposite to the threaded rod 311. The screws 311 are rotatably inserted through the through holes 111 corresponding to the respective brackets 11 and screwed into the respective screw holes 221 of the frame 22. The heads 312 are forced against the respective brackets 11.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, when the first included angle θ 1 of the ball returning unit 2 is adjusted and zoomed, the first bolt 31 is only required to be rotated back, and the ball returning unit 2 is pulled to a required angle, and then the first bolt 31 is rotated in, so that the screw 311 of the first bolt 31 is screwed into the screw hole 221 of the frame 22, and the bolt head 312 is forced to abut against the bracket 11 to lock the frame 22, so that the ball returning unit 2 can be stabilized at the default first included angle θ 1.
When the height of the ball returning unit 2 is adjusted, the ball returning unit 2 can be fixed at the default height only by detaching the first bolt 31, adjusting the ball returning unit 2 to the predetermined height along the first axis Z direction to make the screw hole 221 of the frame 22 aligned with the through hole 111 corresponding to the bracket 11, and then screwing the first bolt 31 in to make the screw 311 of the first bolt 31 pass through the through hole 111 of the bracket 11 and screwed into the screw hole 221 of the frame 22.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, taking the ball 4 as an example of a badminton, when training, the invention is only placed in front of the player, so that when the player hits the ball 4 to the elastic layer 212 of the plate 21, the ball 4 is rebounded through the elasticity and plasticity of the elastic layer 212, and then the player can receive the ball 4 rebounded from the plate 21 and hit the ball 4 to the elastic layer 212 of the plate 21 again. This is repeated until the player misses the ball 4 and the ball 4 falls to the ground.
Since the first included angle θ 1 between the plate 21 and the first axis Z determines the rebound height of the ball 4, the player can adjust the plate 21 to a proper angle according to the training requirement, for example, as shown in fig. 6, when the first included angle θ 1 is larger, the rebound height of the ball 4 is higher, and the flight path of the ball 4 is lifted upwards by the plate 21, thereby the training for killing the ball can be repeated, as shown in fig. 7, when the first included angle θ 1 is smaller, the rebound height of the ball 4 is lower, and the flight path of the ball 4 is closer to a straight line, thereby the training for drawing the ball and playing the ball in a forward or reverse bat can be repeated.
In addition, because the angle and the strength of the ball 4 hitting the plate 21 affect the rebound angle and rebound distance of the ball 4, the rebound angle and the rebound distance of the ball 4 are different, and the rebound angle and the rebound force of the ball 4 are different, so that the drop point of the ball 4 can be changed, and the ball can train the skills of the ball receiving and the on-site reaction of the ball.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, when the ball returning device of the present invention is to be stored, only by adjusting the first included angle θ 1 of the ball returning unit 2 to be 0 degree, the ball returning unit 2 can be parallel to the support 11, so as to reduce the space occupied by the whole ball returning unit and improve the space efficiency during storage.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a second embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and also includes the supporting unit 1, the ball returning unit 2, and the limiting unit 3, with the difference that:
the limiting unit 3 further includes two swing arms 32 pivotally mounted on the bracket 11, and two second bolts 33 mounted on the frame 22 and spaced apart from each other along the second axis X. Each of the swing arms 32 extends along a length direction L and has a plurality of through holes 321 arranged along the length direction L. Each of the second bolts 33 is detachably inserted into the corresponding through hole 321 of the respective swing arm 32.
Therefore, after the ball returning unit 2 is stabilized at the default first included angle θ 1, the swing arm 32 can be rotated until the through hole 321 corresponding to the swing arm 32 is aligned with the second bolt 33 fixed on the frame 22, the ball returning unit 2 can be supported by the swing arm 32, and the angle of the ball returning unit 2 is limited by the second bolt 33. Therefore, the first included angle θ 1 of the plate 21 is maintained during the process of hitting the ball by the player, and the ball 4 (not shown) does not have an angular deviation due to the excessive force of hitting the plate 21.
It should be noted that, since the swing arm 32 has a limiting function, the first bolt 31 is not limited to be a bolt, and may be a bolt in other variations of the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, a third embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and also includes the supporting unit 1, the ball returning unit 2, and the limiting unit 3, with the difference that:
the support unit 1 further comprises two compressible elastic groups 13. Each of the brackets 11 has a first sleeve 112 and a second sleeve 113 movably sleeved on the first sleeve 112 along the first axis Z. The first sleeve 112 has a plurality of positioning holes 114 arranged along the first axis Z direction, and the second sleeve 113 is inserted into the first sleeve 112 and has a screw hole 115 formed at one end and a broken hole 116. Each elastic set 13 is installed in the second sleeve member 113, and has an engaging portion 131 penetrating through the hole 116 and elastically engaging with the corresponding positioning hole 114.
The ball returning unit 2 further includes a back frame 23 connected to the plate 21, and two linking members 24 connected to the back frame 23 and pivotally connected to the support 11. Each of the linkages 24 has a connecting section 241 connected to the back frame 23, and two ear seats 243 opposite to the connecting section 241 and defining a groove 242. The grooves 242 are provided for the respective holder 11 to pass through.
The screw 311 of each first bolt 31 of the limiting unit 3 can rotatably pass through the ear seat 243 of the corresponding linkage 24 along the second axis X direction and is screwed into the screw hole 115 of the corresponding bracket 11, and the bolt head 312 of each first bolt 31 is forced to abut against the corresponding ear seat 243.
Therefore, when the first included angle θ 1 of the ball returning unit 2 is adjusted, the first bolt 31 is also rotated back, the ball returning unit 2 is pulled to drive the back frame 23 and the linkage member 24, the required first included angle θ 1 can be rotated around the second axis X, and then the first bolt 31 is rotated in, so that the screw 311 of the first bolt 31 is screwed in the screw hole 115 of the bracket 11, and the bolt head 312 is pressed against the ear seat 243 to lock the linkage member 24, so that the ball returning unit 2 can be stabilized at the default first included angle θ 1.
When the height of the ball returning unit 2 is adjusted, the second sleeve 113 can be extended and retracted by only pressing the clamping portion 131 of the elastic group 13 to disengage from the positioning hole 114 of the first sleeve 112 of the bracket 11, and the ball returning unit 2 is driven to rise and fall to a predetermined height along the first axis Z direction, and then the elastic group 13 is released, so that the clamping portion 131 of the elastic group 13 is clamped to the corresponding positioning hole 114, and the ball returning unit 2 can be fixed at a default height.
It should be noted that the height adjustment of the ball returning unit 2 is not limited to the way of extending and contracting the second sleeve 113, but in other variations of the present embodiment, the height of the support 11 may be changed by hydraulic pressure, pneumatic pressure, electric power, or the like, and therefore, a person skilled in the art can deduce the details of the expansion according to the above description, and therefore, the description is not repeated.
Referring to fig. 15, 16 and 17, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and also includes the supporting unit 1, the ball returning unit 2, and the limiting unit 3, with the difference that:
the supporting unit 1 further includes a connecting member 16 connected to the other end of the bracket 11 and extending along the second axis X, and a rotating assembly 17.
The rotating group 17 has a first direction-changing member 171 pivotally connected to the bracket 11 and swinging left and right about the first axis Z, and two second direction-changing members 172 installed on the ball-returning unit 2 and spaced apart from each other along the second axis X. The first direction-changing member 171 and the connecting member 16 form a second angle θ 2 capable of being scaled. The second direction-changing member 172 is pivotally connected to the first direction-changing member 171, swings relative to the first direction-changing member 171 with the second axis X as a center, and forms the first included angle θ 1 with the first axis Z.
The limiting unit 3 includes two pitch limiting groups 35 mounted on the first direction-changing member 171 and spaced apart along the second axis X, and a yaw limiting group 36 mounted on the first direction-changing member 171 and adjacent to one of the pitch limiting groups 35.
Each of the pitch limiting groups 35 is used for zooming the first included angle θ 1, and has a first linking member 351 connected to the respective second direction-changing member 172 and extending and retracting along a third axis Y. Each of the pitch limiting groups 35 can be powered by hydraulic pressure, or pneumatic pressure or electric power, and in this embodiment, each of the pitch limiting groups 35 is an electric motor, which is a product sold in general cities and is not described herein. The third axis Y is substantially perpendicular to the first axis Z, the second axis X.
The deflection limiting group 36 is used for zooming the second included angle θ 2, and has a second linking member 361 connected to the connecting member 16 and extending and contracting along the third axis Y. The deflection limiting group 36 can be powered by hydraulic pressure, or pneumatic pressure or electric power, and in this embodiment, the deflection limiting group 36 is an electric motor, which is not described herein since it is a product sold in general cities.
Therefore, when the first included angle θ 1 of the ball returning unit 2 is adjusted, the first linking member 351 of the pitching limiting group 35 is controlled to stretch and retract only by a switch (not shown), so that the ball returning unit 2 can be pushed to rotate around the second axis X by the pivot connection between the second direction changing member 172 and the first direction changing member 171, and after the ball returning unit 2 rotates to the required first included angle θ 1, the ball returning unit 2 is stabilized at the default first included angle θ 1 by abutting against the pitching limiting group 35 between the second direction changing member 172 and the first direction changing member 171.
In addition, in addition to the first included angle θ 1 of the ball returning unit 2, in this embodiment, the second included angle θ 2 of the ball returning unit 2 can be adjusted, when adjusting, the first reversing element 171, the second reversing element 172, and the ball returning unit 2 can be pushed to rotate around the first axis Z through the pivot connection between the first reversing element 171 and the connecting element 16 by controlling the second linking element 361 of the deflection limiting group 36 to stretch through a switch (not shown), and after rotating to the required second included angle θ 2, the ball returning unit 2 is stabilized at the default second included angle θ 2 by abutting against the deflection limiting group 36 between the first reversing element 171 and the connecting element 16.
It should be noted that the pitch limit group 35 and the yaw limit group 36 are not limited to be controlled by switches, and in other variations of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, the limit unit 3 may further include a remote controller 37. Therefore, the remote controller 37 can control the pitching limiting group 35 to drive the ball returning unit 2 or control the deflection limiting group 36 to drive the ball returning unit 2 in a wireless remote control mode.
Referring to fig. 19, a fifth embodiment of the present invention includes the supporting unit 1, the ball returning unit 2, and the limiting unit 3, which are the same as the first embodiment, and the difference is that:
the support unit 1 comprises a back frame 14 adapted to be mounted to a wall 5, and a bracket 15 connected to the back frame 14 and forming a third angle θ 3 with the back frame 14. The support 15 extends in a first axis Z. Preferably, the third included angle θ 3 is substantially 90 degrees, and certainly, different third included angles θ 3 can be used according to the field or the use requirement.
The limiting unit 3 comprises a plurality of limiting members 34 connected to the bracket 15. The limiting members 34 are spaced apart along the first axis Z and extend along a second axis (not shown). In this embodiment, the stopper 34 is a pyramid.
When the ball returning device is used, the ball returning unit 2 can be stabilized between the back frame 14 and the support 15 only by abutting the ball returning unit 2 between the back frame 14 and the support 15 and blocking and limiting the ball returning unit 2 through one limiting piece 34. When one end of the ball returning unit 2 abuts against the limiting piece 34 which is closer to the back frame 14, the other end of the ball returning unit 2 is farther away from the support 15, the first included angle θ 1 between the ball returning unit 2 and the support 15 is larger, and conversely, when the one end of the ball returning unit 2 abuts against the limiting piece 34 which is farther away from the back frame 14, the other end of the ball returning unit 2 is closer to the support 15, and the first included angle θ 1 between the ball returning unit 2 and the support 15 is smaller. Thereby, the first included angle θ 1 of the ball returning unit 2 can be maintained during the hitting of the player.
It should be noted that the ball returning unit 2 is not limited to abutting against the back frame 14, and in other variations of the present embodiment, the ball returning unit may abut against the wall surface 5 when the back frame 14 is short or only one connecting medium. In addition, the back frame 14 is not limited to the back frame 14 connected to the wall surface 5, and in another modification of the present embodiment, the back plate 14 may be omitted, and the ball returning unit 2 may be stabilized between the wall surface 5 and the bracket 15 as shown in fig. 20.
It should be noted that the ball 4 is not limited to a badminton, but may be a table tennis, a tennis ball, a soccer ball \8230, etc. in other variations of the present embodiment, but not limited thereto.
Through the above description, the advantages of the foregoing embodiments can be summarized as follows:
1. the invention has high maneuverability, can simulate training by oneself without limiting the use time and needing an opponent, and further improves the convenience and practicability in use.
2. And importantly, the angle and the height of the ball returning unit 2 can be adjusted at will according to the training requirements, so that the rebounded ball piece 4 can have different ball path changes, and the ball piece 4 can be hit back continuously as long as the ball piece 4 does not fall to the ground.
3. Besides, the player can continuously receive the rebounded ball element 4, and can train the real-time reaction, the ball control force and the return stroke angle when receiving the ball under the condition that the rebounding angle and the rebounding distance of the ball element 4 are not fixed, so that the diversity effect of the training is improved, and the effects comprise agility, muscle endurance, stability, the hand feeling of ball control and the simulation degree of playing the ball.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.
