The distance sensor 14 may be disposed on a side of the housing 11 facing the object to be blown, and is configured to detect a distance between the object to be blown and the housing 11. The distance sensor 14 may be one of an ultrasonic ranging sensor, a laser ranging sensor, an infrared ranging sensor, and a radar ranging sensor. In the present embodiment, the distance sensor 14 is an infrared distance measuring sensor, which can measure the distance between the housing 11 and the object to be blown, and particularly, through programming, can measure the minimum distance between the housing 11 and the object to be blown in a period of time. The control module 15 controls the operating state of the energized electric heating module 12 according to the measured minimum distance. Specifically, the distance sensor 14 may be disposed on the outlet 111, so as to more conveniently measure the minimum distance between the housing 11 and the object to be blown.
It is only significant that the control module 15 is operated when the electric heating device 12 is switched on, i.e. the electric heating device 12 is energized. Since the hot air is blown out from the outlet 111 of the housing 11, when the distance between the outlet 111 and the object to be blown is too small, the hot air is too close to the outlet 111, which may cause a high temperature of the hot air, thereby causing burning or damage to the object to be blown, such as hair. When the hair dryer is used, the distance between the air outlet 111 and the object to be blown cannot be constant, and the distance can be changed within a range. Therefore, by setting a distance threshold range, that is, when the distance between the air outlet 111 and the blown object falls within the range, it is considered that the distance is too close, the blown object may be scalded or damaged due to too high hot air temperature. The distance threshold may range from 0 to 40mm, preferably from 4 to 30mm, more preferably from 8 to 15mm. That is, as long as the distance between the air inlet 111 and the object to be blown falls within 8 to 15mm, the control module 15 controls the working state of the electric heating device 12 to prevent the blown air from scalding or damaging the object to be blown. Alternatively, when the clothes are to be dried, the temperature of the blower is increased while the blower is close to the clothes, so that the output power of the electric heating module 12 is increased to increase the temperature of the electric wires, thereby increasing the temperature of the blown air. How to control the temperature increase or decrease will be described in detail below.
The determining module 152 is configured to determine whether the minimum distance measured by the distance sensor 14 is within the distance threshold range. Specifically, the determining module 152 compares the minimum distance measured by the distance sensor 14 with the maximum distance within the threshold range to obtain a result of whether the air outlet 111 is too close to the blown object.
The using state switching module 153 is used for switching the using state of the electric heating device 12. The use states include a temperature rise and a temperature fall, and only one of the temperature rise and the temperature fall is performed at the same time. The usage state switching module 153 may include a switch for switching the usage state of the blower, such as heating or cooling. The switch may be a button that, when pressed, causes the hair dryer to operate for a warming operation. When popped up, the blower will perform a cooling operation. Thus, when the electric heating device 12 is turned on, only one use state is performed.
The output power conversion module 154 is configured to increase or decrease the output power of the electro-thermal device 12 when the minimum distance is within the distance threshold range.
