The working principle is as follows; after the size of leather shoes is input into the control panel, the leather shoes matched with the foot mould 2 are sleeved on the foot mould 2, the foot mould 2 is spliced with the splicing part 5, one end of the toe of each leather shoe faces the head face polishing mechanism, and then a polishing program is started, a controller (PLC) controls the driving mechanism, so that after the head face polishing box 6 moves to a head face polishing station matched with the leather shoes, the polishing motor 8 of the head face polishing mechanism is controlled to rotate, the polishing wheel 22 rotates around an oil pipe 23 matched with the polishing wheel 22, and each time the bulge part 26 is contacted with a sealing block 34 protruding out of the oil outlet 32, the sealing block 34 is extruded, gaps are formed between the sealing block 34 and the oil outlet 32, shoe polish in the oil pipe 23 is adsorbed by the polishing wheel 22 under the pressure of the shoe polish in the oil tank 3, and the shoe polish after overflowing is intermittently supplied to the shoe polish wheel 22 of the head face polishing mechanism; then the driving mechanism is controlled to drive the head polish box 6 to move towards the direction of the leather shoes, so that the leather shoes head passes through the opening 21 and penetrates out of the head polish box 6, meanwhile, the polishing wheel 22 positioned in the bottom side of the head polish box 6 is in rolling contact with the surfaces of the leather shoes head, and meanwhile, under the action of the spring tube, the leather shoes force the head polish box 6 to move up and down, namely, the polishing wheel 22 moves up and down according to the gradient of the leather shoes head, the hard contact between the polishing wheel 22 and the leather shoes is reduced, the damage to the leather shoes is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the polishing of the whole leather shoes head is realized; after the shoe top is polished, the controller controls the driving mechanism to drive the head oil box 6 to be far away from the leather shoes, so that the head oil box 6 is reset, meanwhile, the polishing motor 8 of the head oil polishing mechanism is closed, the other driving mechanism is controlled to move the side oil box 7 to the side polishing station, so that the polishing wheel 22 of the side polishing mechanism is contacted with the shoe heels of the leather shoes, the polishing motor 8 of the side polishing mechanism is controlled to be started, the polishing wheel 22 of the side polishing mechanism is intermittently used for supplying shoe polish, the speed reducing motor 4 is controlled to drive the leather shoes to slowly rotate, meanwhile, the driving mechanism is controlled to enable the side oil box 7 to move left and right along with the distance between the side of the leather shoes and the polishing wheel 22, and meanwhile, the polishing wheel 22 of the side polishing mechanism is kept in contact with the side of the leather shoes through the action of the spring tube, so that the whole shoe upper is polished, the surface of the leather shoes is effectively improved, and the polishing effect of the leather shoes is improved; after the oil is wiped, the controller controls the driving mechanism again, moves and resets the side oil box 7, and closes the oil wiping motor 8 of the side oil wiping mechanism.
The device firstly polishes the toe cap surface of the leather shoes through the polishing wheel 22 of the head-surface polishing mechanism, then slowly rotates the leather shoes, keeps the polishing wheel 22 of the side polishing mechanism always contacted with the side contact of the leather shoes, and realizes polishing the whole side of the leather shoes, thereby realizing polishing the whole vamp of the leather shoes, effectively improving the coverage of polishing, and further improving the polishing effect of the leather shoes.
