the grooved pulley linkage device (25) comprises a transmission belt (251), a driving wheel (252), a driving plate (253), a grooved pulley frame (254) and a push type switch (255), wherein the driving wheel (252) is installed on an output shaft of a rotating shaft motor (232), the driving plate (253) is rotatably arranged on the outer side of a roller shell (21), the driving wheel (252) is connected with the driving plate (253) through the transmission belt (251), the grooved pulley frame (254) is installed at the lower end of the outer side of the roller shell (21), radial grooves are uniformly formed in the grooved pulley frame (254), cylindrical pins corresponding to the positions of the radial grooves are arranged on a crank, the cylindrical pins are connected with the radial grooves in a matched mode, the grooved pulley frame (254) is connected with the push type switch (255) installed on the roller shell (21) in a matched mode, and the push type switch (255) is electrically connected with a discharge hole switch device (24).
