The connection manner of the connecting member 44 and the driving member 43 is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention, for example, in some embodiments where the pulling wire 45 includes a housing 451 and a steel wire 452, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, one end of the steel wire 452 may be provided with a connecting column 4521, for example, the connecting column 4521 may be a cylinder. And, one end of the driving member 43 may be provided with a connecting groove 431, and a space surrounded by a groove wall of the connecting groove 431 is adapted to the connecting column 4521. In addition, the connecting groove 431 may be provided with a notch at a middle portion of the groove wall near the steel wire 452, through which the steel wire 452 may pass, and the connecting column 4521 may be disposed in the connecting groove 431. Therefore, the groove wall of the connecting groove 431 can limit the connecting column 4521, the connecting effect of the connecting piece 44 and the driving piece 43 is achieved, the connecting effect is stable, and the working reliability is high.
In addition, in some embodiments in which the pull wire 45 includes a housing 451 and a steel wire 452, as shown in fig. 3 and 11, a fixing slot 4511 may be disposed on the housing 451 at an end of the pull wire 45 close to the driving member 43, and a fixing protrusion 15 may be disposed on the bottom wall 13 of the mounting seat 10, so that the fixing effect of the pull wire 45 and the mounting seat 10 can be achieved through the cooperation of the fixing slot 4511 and the fixing protrusion 15, and the situation that the end portion of the pull wire 45 connected to the driving member 43 shakes during the kinetic energy transfer to affect the quick detachment of the storage box 20 is avoided.
The specific configurations of the locking portions 31 and the lock engagement portions 33 are not particularly limited in the embodiment of the invention. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the locking portion 31 may be a locking bar 32, and the locking mating portion 33 is a locking hole 34. In the application process, the lock rod 32 can move, the lock rod 32 can be inserted into the lock hole 34, and the hole wall of the lock hole 34 can limit the lock rod 32, so that the locking effect of the storage box 20 is realized, and the storage box 20 is prevented from being separated from the installation space 101. And the locking effect achieved by the lock lever 32 and the lock hole 34 is stable and reliable.
In addition, when the storage box 20 needs to be taken out of the installation space 101, the lock rod 32 can be driven by the driving assembly 40 to move out of the lock hole 34 to realize unlocking. For example, the driving member 43 of the driving assembly 40 is in transmission connection with the lock rod 32 to transmit kinetic energy, so that the lock rod 32 moves out of the lock hole 34 to detach the storage box 20.
Therefore, the dismounting process of the storage box 20 does not need to use tools, the dismounting effect is not needed to be achieved through a refitting shop, a user can operate the dismounting process by himself to finish the dismounting of the storage box 20, the whole dismounting process is very convenient and fast, the personalized requirements of the user on the interior decoration of the automobile body are favorably met, and the product development of the storage box 20 and related industries in the market is favorably promoted.
In order to make the driving connection between the driving member 43 and the locking assembly 30 more stable and reliable, the locking assembly 30 and the driving member 43 may be connected by a gear transmission. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the locking assembly 30 may further include a drive gear 35, and the lock lever 32 may be provided with a serration that engages the drive gear 35. Also, the driving member 43 may be engaged with the transmission gear 35.
For example, the lock lever 32 and the driving member 43 are arranged in a staggered manner in the axial direction of the transmission gear 35, so that the transmission gear 35 and the lock lever 32 can be engaged with the driving member 43 respectively, and the space occupied by the transmission gear 35 in the radial direction can be reduced and the structural interference can be avoided. For another example, the lock lever 32 and the driving member 43 may be respectively located on both sides of the axis of the transmission gear 35 to reduce the size of the overall structure in the axial direction of the transmission gear 35.
In a specific operation, the driving member 43 may drive the transmission gear 35 to rotate, and the transmission gear 35 rotates to drive the lock lever 32 to move, for example, to drive the lock lever 32 to move away from the lock hole 34. The locking bar 32 can thus be moved out of the locking hole 34 to achieve the unlocking effect.
In some embodiments, in which the operating element 41 is a buckle 42 and the connecting element 44 is a pull wire 45, when the user needs to detach the storage box 20, the buckle 42 can be rotated by applying an external force to the buckle 42, and after the buckle 42 is rotated, the pull wire 45 can be driven to move, and meanwhile, the pull wire 45 drives the driving element 43 to move. The driving piece 43 moves to enable the transmission gear 35 meshed with the driving piece to rotate, the transmission gear 35 rotates and drives the lock rod 32 to move towards the direction far away from the lock hole 34, the lock rod 32 is enabled to be separated from the lock hole 34, a user can take out the storage box 20 from the installation space 101 and replace other storage boxes 20, for example, the storage boxes 20 of other styles are replaced, new storage boxes 20 are replaced, and the personalized aesthetic requirements are met. The dismounting process of the storage box 20 does not need tools, and is very convenient and fast.
In some embodiments, the lock bar 32 may be one, which may lock the storage box 20. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, two lock levers 32 may be provided, and the two lock levers 32 may be spaced apart, so that a locking point may be added to improve the locking reliability of the storage box 20, and the two lock levers 32 may be prevented from being structurally interfered. For example, the two lock levers 32 may be arranged at intervals in the width direction of the mount base 10 (the front-rear direction as shown in fig. 2). And two locking holes 34 may be provided to cooperate with the two locking levers 32. Further, the opposite sides of the two lock levers 32 to each other may be provided with insections, the transmission gear 35 may be provided between the two lock levers 32 and the transmission gear 35 may be engaged with the two lock levers 32.
Thus, when the transmission gear 35 is rotated, the two lock levers 32 can be moved in opposite directions. For example, the two lock levers 32 may be moved in a direction to approach each other or in a direction to move away from each other. Through setting up two locking levers 32 and lockhole 34 cooperations, be favorable to making the installation effect of storing box 20 more stable, the operational reliability is higher. Through the matching of one transmission gear 35 and two lock rods 32, the transmission between the same driving component 40 and the two lock rods 32 is realized conveniently, the number of parts is reduced, and the integral structure is simplified.
In some embodiments, in which the locking action is initiated by the handle 42, two locking holes 34 may be formed in the mounting seat 10, and the two locking rods 32 may move toward each other through kinetic energy transmission, so that both the locking rods 32 can be disengaged from the locking holes 34, and the storage box 20 can be taken out of the mounting space 101 to replace the personalized storage box 20.
It should be noted that the specific configuration of the lock lever 32 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, two locking holes 34 are provided at the bottom end of the storage box 20 and are spaced apart along the length direction (the left-right direction shown in fig. 6) of the storage box 20. Both the lock levers 32 may be constructed in a Z-shaped structure by being bent, and the two lock levers 32 are arranged in parallel on both sides of the transmission gear 35.
Thus, the portions of the two lock levers 32 protruding into the lock holes 34 can each extend in the length direction of the mount base 10, i.e., the protruding portions of the two lock levers 32 are parallel to each other. For example, the portions of the two lock levers 32 protruding into the lock holes 34 may be located at the middle positions in the width direction of the mount base 10, and the two lock holes 34 may be located at the middle positions in the width direction (the front-rear direction as shown in fig. 6) of the storage box 20. From this can make two locking levers 32 stretch into lockhole 34 after, be favorable to making the storing box 20 left and right sides atress even, and both sides atress is even around the storing box 20, and then makes the mounted state of storing box 20 more stable, is favorable to promoting user's use and experiences.
In some embodiments, the locking rod 32 may be configured with a groove structure extending along the length of the locking rod 32 for weight reduction. For example, in some embodiments where the lock lever 32 is configured in a Z-shaped configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, the lock lever 32 may be configured with a Z-shaped groove configuration rather than a solid configuration, thereby reducing the weight of the storage compartment assembly 100.
In some embodiments where the locking bar 32 is configured with a groove structure, as shown in FIG. 1, the notch of the groove structure may face the driving member 43. Also, the locking bar 32 may have a thinned region having a thickness less than the thickness of the other regions of the locking bar 32. Specifically, the groove wall thickness of the groove structure of the thinned region is smaller than that of the groove of the non-thinned region. During application, the driver 43 engages the thinned area and the bottom wall 13 of the mount 10 engages the non-thinned area. Therefore, on one hand, the structural interference between the lock rod 32 and the driving piece 43 in the transmission process can be avoided by arranging the thinning area, so that the arrangement of the driving piece 43 and the lock rod 32 is more compact; on the other hand, the bottom wall 13 of the mounting seat 10 can play a role of limiting and supporting the structure of the lock rod 32 in the non-thinned region, which is beneficial to enabling the lock rod 32 to smoothly realize the unlocking effect.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the driving member 43 is movable in a first direction to drive the locking assembly 30 to unlock, for example, to disengage the locking bar 32 of the locking assembly 30 from the locking hole 34. In order to facilitate the assembling and disassembling operation of the storage box 20, for example, the storage box 20 can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and the storage box 20 can also be quickly disassembled. The drive assembly 40 may also include a reset member 46, by which reset member 46 a quick locking effect of the locking assembly 30 may be achieved.
Specifically, the reset element 46 may be disposed between the mounting base 10 and the driving element 43, and the reset element 46 may be used to drive the driving element 43 to move in the second direction, so as to lock the locking assembly 30. And, the first direction is opposite to the second direction. For example, in some embodiments in which the first direction is a forward direction in the direction of the vehicle body X, the second direction may be a rearward direction in the direction of the vehicle body X.
Therefore, the driving member 43 can be driven to move along the first direction by applying an external force to the operating member 41, so that the locking assembly 30 is unlocked, and the storage box 20 can be taken out of the installation space 101. Then, the external force applied to the operating element 41 is released, and under the action of the resetting element 46, the driving element 43 can move along the second direction, and the locking assembly 30 can be locked again, so that the storage box 20 is installed. Therefore, tools are not needed in the disassembly and the assembly of the storage box 20, and the operation is very convenient and fast.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention does not specially limit the specific configuration of the restoring member 46, and in some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 13 and fig. 14, the restoring member 46 may be a spring, which has good elasticity and is simple in structure and reliable in operation. For example, one end of the spring may be connected to the mounting base 10, and the other end of the spring may be connected to the driving member 43 through a fixing member 47, for example, the fixing member 47 may be a screw, the end of the driving member 43 connected to the spring may be configured as a U-shaped structure, a fixing hole may be provided on a side wall of the U-shaped structure, and the spring may extend into the U-shaped structure and be fixed by the screw penetrating into the fixing hole. From this, can realize the stable installation of spring, avoid influencing the effect that resets of spring, be favorable to realizing the quick installation of storing box 20.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting base 10 may be provided with a mounting cavity 102, and the locking assembly 30 and the driving member 43 may be mounted in the mounting cavity 102. Therefore, the cavity wall of the installation cavity 102 can shield and limit the locking assembly 30 and the driving piece 43, the storage box 20 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the storage box 20 is installed in place and directly contacts the locking assembly 30 and the driving piece 43, and the structural design of the storage box assembly 100 is more reasonable.
In some embodiments, the mounting cavity 102 may be defined by the stationary base 16 and the cover 17. As shown in fig. 7, the fixing base 16 may have a recess, and the locking portion 31 may be provided to the fixing base 16. Also, the groove side wall of the groove may be provided with a through hole 161, and the locking part 31 may pass out of the fixing base 16 through the through hole 161 to facilitate insertion into the locking hole 34 and avoid structural interference with the fixing base 16. Furthermore, the fixing base 16 may be mounted to the bottom wall 13 of the mounting base 10 or integrally formed to the bottom wall 13 of the mounting base 10. The cover 17 can cover the fixing base 16 to form a mounting cavity 102. After the storage box 20 is mounted in place, the upper surface of the cover 17 may be contacted by the lower surface of the storage box 20.
In some embodiments in which a mounting cavity 102 is provided in the mounting base 10, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a first guide portion 14 and a second guide portion may be provided in the mounting cavity 102. The first guiding portion 14 may be located on at least one side of the locking portion 31 perpendicular to the moving direction, so as to achieve a guiding effect on the locking portion 31, enable the locking portion 31 to move along a predetermined track, and ensure that the lock lever 32 and the lock hole 34 can be accurately abutted. For example, the first guide portion 14 may be provided to the fixing base 16.
The number of the first guide portions 14 provided is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the first guiding portion 14 may be a guiding post disposed on the fixing base 16, and two guiding posts are disposed on two sides perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking portion 31, so that the guiding effect achieved by the four guiding posts is more stable, which is beneficial to achieve the quick detachment of the storage box 20.
Moreover, the second guiding portion may be located on at least one side of the driving element 43 perpendicular to the moving direction, for example, the second guiding portion may be located on one side of the driving element 43, or the second guiding portions may be located on both sides of the driving element 43, which are within the scope of the present invention. Through setting up the second guide part, can realize spacing effect to driving piece 43, ensure that driving piece 43 can follow established orbit and remove, guarantee driving piece 43 to the reliable transmission of lock lever 32 to guarantee the sensitivity and the operability of storing box 20 dismouting. And in some specific embodiments, the second guiding portion may be provided on a wall surface of the cover 17 facing the fixing base 16.
For example, in some embodiments in which the driving element 43 and the locking assembly 30 are driven by the transmission gear 35, the second guiding portion can ensure that the driving element 43 and the transmission gear 35 are kept engaged, which is beneficial to realizing the transmission of kinetic energy of each component in the storage box assembly 100, and further beneficial to realizing the quick detachment of the storage box 20, and meets the personalized use requirement of the user.
The vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the storage box assembly 100 of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention. Since the storage box assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned beneficial technical effects, according to the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention, the locking portion 31 is disposed on the mounting seat 10, and the locking engagement portion 33 is disposed on the storage box 20, so that the locking portion 31 and the locking engagement portion 33 can be unlocked after the unlocking action of the driving assembly 40 is initiated, and the storage box 20 can be detached from the mounting seat 10, thereby realizing the detachment operation of the storage box 20. Claims (10)

1. A storage compartment assembly for a vehicle, comprising:
a mounting seat having a mounting space;
the storage box is detachably arranged in the mounting space;
the locking assembly comprises a locking part arranged on the mounting seat and a locking matching part arranged on the storage box, and the locking part is suitable for being matched with the locking matching part to lock the storage box;
the driving assembly is connected with the locking assembly and used for driving the locking part and the locking matching part to be disengaged so as to unlock.
2. The vehicle storage compartment assembly of claim 1, wherein the drive assembly comprises:
the operating piece is mounted on the outer side wall of the mounting seat;
the driving piece is in transmission connection with the locking assembly to drive the locking assembly to unlock;
the connecting piece is connected with the operating piece and the driving piece, and the operating piece can move so as to drive the driving piece to move through the connecting piece.
3. The vehicle storage compartment assembly of claim 2, wherein the operating member is a handle and the connecting member is a cable, and wherein the handle is rotatable to pull the cable and move the driving member in a first direction.

The vehicle storage box assembly of claim 2, wherein the locking portion is a locking bar, the locking mating portion is a locking hole, the locking bar is movable and adapted to be inserted into the locking hole to lock the storage box, and the driving assembly is configured to drive the locking bar to move out of the locking hole to unlock the storage box.

The storage box assembly of a vehicle of claim 4, wherein the locking assembly further comprises a transmission gear, the locking rod is provided with insections meshed with the transmission gear, the driving member is meshed with the transmission gear to drive the transmission gear to rotate, and the transmission gear rotates to drive the locking rod to move.
6. The vehicle storage box assembly according to claim 5, wherein the two locking bars are arranged at intervals, the opposite sides of the two locking bars are respectively provided with the insections, and the transmission gear is arranged between the two locking bars and meshed with the two locking bars.
7. The vehicle storage compartment assembly of claim 2, wherein the actuator is movable in a first direction to actuate the unlocking of the locking assembly, the actuation assembly further comprising:
the resetting piece is arranged between the mounting seat and the driving piece and used for driving the driving piece to move along a second direction so as to lock the locking assembly, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
