The boxing assembly 2 comprises a boxing plate 21, a boxing plate shaft 22, a boxing rotating cylinder 23, a boxing movable seat 24, a boxing base 25 and a movable seat cylinder 26; the boxing plate shaft 22 and the boxing rotary cylinder 23 are arranged beside the front side and the rear side of a box opening to be boxed in pairs, the boxing plate shaft 22 is fixed on the cylinder shaft of the boxing rotary cylinder 23 and is parallel to the front side and the rear side of the box opening to be boxed, the boxing plate 21 is of a plate structure with a wide head and a narrow tail, the wide side is fixedly arranged on the boxing plate shaft 22, the narrow side is shifted along with the rotation of the boxing plate shaft 22, the boxing rotary cylinder 23 is fixedly arranged on the boxing movable seat 24, the boxing movable seat 24 is in sliding connection with the boxing base 25 in the direction perpendicular to the plane direction of the box opening, the movable seat cylinder 26 is connected between the boxing movable seat 24 and the boxing base 25, the telescopic direction of the cylinder is perpendicular to the plane direction of the box opening, and the boxing base 25 is matched and fixedly arranged with an assembly line.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
after the carton is opened from the carton opening equipment, the carton enters the carton loading and sealing equipment through the assembly line.
Firstly, the box closing device 4 of the box closing and sealing assembly 3 on the right side of the front end works, the upper servo cylinder 51 of the upper box closing opening device 33 retracts, the upper box closing plate 50 is opened, and meanwhile, the lower servo cylinder 54 of the lower box closing opening device 34 retracts, and the lower box closing plate 53 is opened; the front box closing plate 41 and the rear box closing plate 47 of the front box closing opening device 31 and the rear box closing opening device 32 are closed simultaneously under the control of the front rotating cylinder 46 and the rear rotating cylinder 49, and the front side rocking cover and the rear side rocking cover of the carton are closed firstly under the driving of the front box closing plate 41 and the rear box closing plate 47; at this time, the rear box closing plate 47 is opened, and the front box closing plate 41 continues to translate backwards while pressing the front flap and the rear flap of the carton tightly; then, the upper box closing plate 50 and the lower box closing plate 53 are closed to drive the upper side rocking cover and the lower side rocking cover of the carton to be closed, and meanwhile, the front box closing plate 41 is pulled out in a forward translation mode; finally, the upper box closing plate 50 and the lower box closing plate 53 are opened, meanwhile, the front box closing plate 41 is translated backwards, meanwhile, the upper side rocking cover and the lower side rocking cover of the carton are pressed tightly, and the carton enters a carton sealing link under the driving of the production line.
Then, the carton sealing device 5 of the carton closing and sealing assembly 3 on the right side of the front end works, a carton with a closed opening enters the inner side of the carton sealing device 5 under the compression of the front carton closing plate 41, at the moment, the rear side of the carton opening of the carton is pressed on the front adhesive tape pressing wheel 61 and is adhered to an adhesive tape on the front adhesive tape pressing wheel 61, the front adhesive tape pressing wheel 61 overcomes the elastic force of the pressing wheel spring 72 to move backwards under the pushing of the carton and moves outwards under the driving of the front pressing wheel arm 69, the adhesive tape is adhered to the side surface on the rear side of the carton opening and is compressed by the front pressing wheel arm 69, the front adhesive tape pressing wheel 61 moves outwards to the rear end of a gap between the upper and lower rocking covers of the carton, the front adhesive tape pressing wheel spring 72 presses downwards to the rear end of the gap between the upper and lower rocking covers of the carton, and the rear adhesive tape pressing wheel 62 also moves outwards to the plane of the carton opening under the action of the pressing wheel elastic transmission structure 66; the carton continues to translate backwards under the drive of the assembly line, the adhesive tape is pulled to bond the gap between the upper and lower rocking covers of the carton from back to front, and the adhesive tape is tightly pressed and firmly bonded under the action of the front adhesive tape pressing wheel 61 and the rear adhesive tape pressing wheel 62.
Meanwhile, when the carton is pushed from front to back through the pushing baffle plate close to the carton arm 85 and the blade close to the carton arm 81, the baffle plate is pushed back through the carton arm 85 to drive the blade baffle plate 84 to be opened, the blade is exposed, the blade is pushed to the outer side of the carton through the carton arm 81, the blade 65 is retracted in the carton sealing base 60 and does not pop out, after the carton moves, the blade is popped out through the pressure loss of the carton through the carton arm 81, and the blade 65 pops out under the elastic force of the blade spring 80 to cut off the adhesive tape.
After the blade 65 cuts off the adhesive tape, the carton continues to translate from front to back, when the rear adhesive tape pressing wheel 62 loses the pressure of the carton and rebounds, the rear adhesive tape pressing wheel 62 slides through the front side surface of the box opening, and the adhesive tape is tightly pressed and adhered from the front side surface of the box opening; meanwhile, the front adhesive tape pressing wheel 61 rebounds, the adhesive plate base 13 leaves the adhesive plate clamping shaft 14, the adhesive plate base 13 rebounds outwards under the elastic force of the spring in the hinging position, and the adhesive tape adhesive plate 12 moves outwards to enable the adhesive tape to be adhered to the adhesive tape adhesive plate 8.
After the right side of the carton is sealed, the boxing component 2 on the left side of the front end works, the movable seat cylinder 26 drives the boxing movable seat 24 to extend into the inner carton, then the boxing rotary cylinder 23 rotates, the boxing plate 21 is driven by the boxing plate shaft 22 to be pulled open from the center of the carton opening to the periphery, the carton opening on the right side of the carton is completely opened, and then the mattress rolled into a cylinder shape is pushed by the filling component to push the carton and is tightly flapped;
then, the box closing device 4 of the box closing and sealing assembly 3 on the left side of the rear end works to close the box opening;
and finally, the box sealing device 5 of the box closing and sealing assembly 3 on the left side of the rear end performs box sealing work and flows out of a box filling and sealing assembly line, and full-automatic box filling and sealing are completed.
