Abstract
An electronic control device and a control method of an inflatable life jacket relate to the technical field of inflation control of the life jacket and solve the technical problems of misoperation and failure of the traditional life jacket, and the control device comprises a plug-and-socket switch, a control unit, an electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head and a life jacket lamp; the control unit is respectively and electrically connected with the eye-splice type switch, the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head and the life jacket lamp; the control unit comprises a single chip microcomputer, a positioner, a pressure sensor, a battery, a first water sensor, a second water sensor and a ten-pin connector which are integrally installed in the shell; the singlechip is respectively and electrically connected with the positioner, the pressure sensor, the battery, the first water immersion sensor, the second water immersion sensor and the ten-pin connector; the shell is provided with a mounting lug connected with the life jacket body; and a standby state indicator lamp and a charging state indicator lamp provided on the case. The device is beneficial to remote rescue, and people falling into water can be quickly searched and rescued.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of inflation control of life jackets, in particular to an electronic control device and a control method of an inflatable life jacket.
Background
The life jacket is an article closely related to daily life and rescue and disaster relief, and is widely applied.
When the traditional tablet type or water test paper is soaked by water or is wetted, the traditional tablet type or water test paper can malfunction or fail. May endanger the life safety of people. Therefore, the development of a novel and reliable inflation control device for life jackets is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an electronic control device and a control method of an inflatable life jacket, which aim to solve the technical problems of misoperation and failure of the traditional life jacket.
The electronic control device of the inflatable life jacket comprises a buckle type switch, a control unit, an electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head and a life jacket lamp;
the control unit is respectively and electrically connected with the eye-splice type switch, the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head and the lifejacket lamp;
the control unit comprises a single chip microcomputer, a positioner, a pressure sensor, a battery, a first water sensor, a second water sensor, a magnetic type charging contact and a ten-pin connector which are integrally installed in the shell; the single chip microcomputer is respectively and electrically connected with the positioner, the pressure sensor, the battery, the first water sensor, the second water sensor, the magnetic type charging contact and the ten-pin connector;
the shell is provided with an installation hanging lug connected with the life jacket body; the magnetic attraction type charging contact, the contact of the water sensor, the standby state indicator lamp and the charging state indicator lamp are arranged on the shell;
and the standby state indicator lamp and the charging state indicator lamp are connected with the singlechip.
The invention also provides an electronic control method of the inflatable life jacket, which comprises the following specific processes:
when the plug buckle is inserted, the control device is automatically started, the single chip microcomputer is initialized, then the pressure sensor is in communication self-checking, the micro gas generator of the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head is in self-checking, and the green light of the standby state indicator light is on; entering a standby state;
when the water sensor identifies that water exists, the control unit enters a water immersion alarm state, the pressure sensor starts to read data once every 10 milliseconds, and when 50 data are continuously read and are all more than 1KPa, the single chip microcomputer controls the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head to output an inflation starting signal;
the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head receives the starting signal and starts to generate gas to release the gas to inflate the life jacket.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the control device, two water immersion sensors are arranged, so that failure of one of the sensors in the application process or error prompt information caused by misoperation can be prevented.
The life jacket lamp is arranged in the device, so that nearby people can be prompted to fall into the water, and the people falling into the water can be rescued in time.
Be equipped with the locator in this device, send personnel positional information in real time through the locator, be favorable to long-range rescue, obtain search and rescue fast.
The control unit of the method has a detection self-checking function, and the life jacket is ensured to be in an emergency standby state.

Detailed Description
First embodiment, the present embodiment is described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, and an electronic control device for inflating a life jacket includes a buckle switch 1, a control unit 2, an electric/manual dual-purpose inflation head 3 and a life jacket lamp 4;
the control unit 2 is respectively and electrically connected with the eye-splice type switch 1, the electric and manual dual-purpose inflating head 3 and the lifejacket lamp 4;
the control unit 2 comprises a single chip microcomputer 2-10, a positioner 2-11, a pressure sensor 2-5, a battery 2-1, a first water sensor 2-3, a second water sensor 2-4, a magnetic type charging contact 2-7 and a ten-pin connector 2-9 which are integrally installed in a shell; the single chip microcomputer 2-10 is electrically connected with the positioner 2-11, the pressure sensor 2-5, the battery 2-1, the first water sensor 2-3, the second water sensor 2-4, the magnetic attraction type charging contact 2-7 and the ten-pin connector 2-9 respectively;
the shell is provided with a mounting lug 2-2 connected with the life jacket body; the magnetic attraction type charging contact 2-7, the contact 2-12 of the first water sensor, the contact two 2-13 of the second water sensor, the standby state indicator lamp 2-6 and the charging state indicator lamp 2-8 are arranged on the shell;
and the standby state indicator lamps 2-6 and the charging state indicator lamps 2-8 are connected with the single chip microcomputer 2-10.
In this embodiment, the electric and manual dual-purpose type inflation head model is: 9002-3, the manual function is also provided due to the execution of the inflation command of the controller.
The life jacket lamp 4 is used for asking for help at a short distance. Including waterproof shell, hi-lite lamp, circuit board and relevant connection pencil.
In this embodiment, the buckle is a necessary part of the life jacket, the buckle is inserted when the life jacket is worn, the system switch is installed in the buckle, and the device is automatically started to enter a standby state when the buckle is inserted. When the life jacket is taken off, the inserting buckle is pulled out, and the device is automatically shut down. The setting can avoid starting up and furthest's saving electric quantity like this.
The eye-splice type switch comprises a male end with a permanent magnet, a female end with a reed switch and a related wiring harness connecting device.
Second embodiment, the present embodiment is described with reference to fig. 1 to 4, and is implemented by using the electronic control device of the inflatable life jacket according to the first embodiment, and the control unit 2 is the core of the whole device. As shown in fig. 2, the control unit mainly comprises a self-test of the life jacket controller, an inflation control part and a positioning part.
The self-checking function mainly checks the reliability of the connection of the pressure sensors 2-5, the inflation head starting assembly and the related wiring harness. The specific process is as follows:
when the plug buckle is plugged, the device is automatically started up, self-checking is started, as shown in fig. 4, the single chip microcomputer starts initialization, then communication self-checking of the pressure sensor is started, after the self-checking, the micro gas generator of the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head starts self-checking, and after the self-checking is successful, a green light is turned on, and the display device can be used; if there is a problem, the red light will report a fault, and the display device is not available. When the standby indicator light of the device is turned on green, the controller simultaneously enters a sleep state (power saving mode).
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the first water sensor 2-3 and the second water sensor 2-4 identify water, the singlechip 2-10 wakes up immediately and enters a water immersion alarm state. The pressure sensors 2-5 start to read data once every 10 milliseconds, and when the pressure change is larger than 1KPa and 50 continuous data are larger than 1KPa, an inflation starting signal is immediately output to the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head.
The electric and manual dual-purpose inflating head receives a starting signal, immediately starts to generate gas, pushes a firing pin with a piston, and the firing pin punctures a sealing diaphragm of the CO2 steel cylinder to release the gas to inflate the life jacket.
The electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head also has a manual function. When other accidents happen and manual inflation is needed, the manual function can be used, and the pull rope is used for inflation.
The controller outputs a lighting signal of the life jacket lamp while outputting the inflation starting signal, and simultaneously starts to send the position information of asking for help.
The life jacket lamp is used for prompting nearby rescuers that someone falls into water. The rescue workers can clearly observe the positions of the people falling into the water in the dark weather or at night.
In the embodiment, the control unit has a positioning function and starts sending distress information when falling into water. The short message can be sent to the mobile phone in a form of short message, and people fall into water in east longitude X degrees, north latitude X degrees; the specific position of the person falling into the water can also be displayed on a display screen at the background or a mobile phone of the rescue worker through the network.

the control unit comprises a single chip microcomputer, a positioner, a pressure sensor, a battery, a first water sensor, a second water sensor, a magnetic type charging contact and a ten-pin connector which are integrally installed in the shell; the single chip microcomputer is respectively and electrically connected with the positioner, the pressure sensor, the battery, the first water sensor, the second water sensor, the magnetic type charging contact and the ten-pin connector;
the shell is provided with an installation hanging lug connected with the life jacket body; the magnetic attraction type charging contact, the contacts of the two water immersion sensors, the standby state indicator lamp and the charging state indicator lamp are arranged on the shell;
and the standby state indicator lamp and the charging state indicator lamp are connected with the singlechip.
2. An electronic control device of an inflatable lifejacket according to claim 1 wherein: the battery is a rechargeable battery.
3. A method of controlling an electronic control unit for an inflatable lifejacket according to claim 1 or 2 wherein: the control method is realized by the following steps:
when the plug buckle is plugged, the control device is automatically started, the single chip microcomputer is initialized, then the pressure sensor performs communication self-checking, the micro gas generator of the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head performs self-checking, and the green light of the standby state indicator light is turned on; entering a standby state;
when the water sensor identifies that water exists, the control unit enters a water immersion alarm state, the pressure sensor starts to read data once every 10 milliseconds, and when 50 data are continuously read and are all more than 1KPa, the single chip microcomputer controls the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head to output an inflation starting signal;
the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head receives the starting signal, starts to generate gas and releases the gas to inflate the life jacket.
4. An electronic control method of an inflatable lifejacket according to claim 3 wherein: the control unit outputs a lighting signal of the life jacket lamp while outputting the inflation starting signal, and simultaneously sends the position information of asking for help through the positioner.

An electronic control method of an inflatable lifejacket according to claim 3 wherein: the manual function of the electric and manual dual-purpose inflation head is used for performing manual function when other unexpected conditions occur and manual inflation is needed, and the pull rope is used for inflating.
