The production of furfuryl alcohol mainly comprises two types of furfural high-pressure liquid-phase hydrogenation and normal-pressure gas-phase hydrogenation, and high-pressure liquid-phase hydrogenation is mostly adopted in China, namely furfural reacts after fully contacting with furfural under the conditions of certain reaction temperature and reaction pressure in the presence of a catalyst. The production process includes pumping furfural into a furfural elevated tank, mixing furfural with certain amount of catalyst in a stirring tank, feeding the mixture into a jacketed pipe reactor with 7-9MPa pressure via a metering pump, preheating the preheated mixture with hydrogen compressed to 7-9MPa in a hydrogen compressor, mixing the preheated mixture at the inlet of the reactor at 210-230 deg.c to produce coarse furfuryl alcohol, and decompression distilling to obtain refined furfuryl alcohol.
Furfuryl alcohol need be through mixing process in process of production, and current device only possesses single puddler stirring mixing function, and mixing efficiency is low and speed is slow, is unfavorable for going on of high-efficient production, treats further improvement.
