In summary, first, according to the specification, the first motor 7, the second motor 17, the third motor 28, the water pump 22, the first suction pump 33 and the second suction pump 35 are correctly installed, when the purification treatment device for the synthesis gas washing tower is used, synthesis gas is introduced from the gas inlet pipe 4, the synthesis gas enters the venturi washing tank 2, as the synthesis gas is continuously introduced, the flow velocity of the synthesis gas increases when the synthesis gas passes through the narrow part of the venturi washing tank 2, the water pump 22 is started, the water pump 22 pumps clean water in the standing tank 12 out and pumps the clean water into the water injection ring 3 and the spray pipe 6, the water injection ring 3 injects water into the venturi washing tank 2, the synthesis gas contacts with the water droplets, the solid dust particles in the synthesis gas are adsorbed by the water droplets, the water droplets of the synthesis gas carrier enter the spray tank 5, the clean synthesis gas sprayed from top to bottom from the spray pipe 6 washes out the water droplets carrying the solid dust particles in the synthesis gas, the cleaned synthesis gas is led out of the spraying box 5 through the gas outlet pipe 11, the sewage washed out solid dust particles falls on the flow guide triangular plate 47 and flows to the middle position along the gradient of the flow guide triangular plate 47, the first motor 7 is started, the first motor 7 drives the threaded rod 8 to rotate, the moving plate 9 connected with the threaded rod 8 in a threaded mode moves rightwards, the moving plate 9 drives the cleaning trapezoidal plate 10 to move rightwards, the sewage gathered in the middle is pushed rightwards to enter the conveying pipe 32 and flow into the stirring barrel 25 along the conveying pipe 32, flocculent medicines such as a coagulant and the like are introduced into the medicine feeding pipe 31, the medicines flow into the medicine storage box 30, the size of a communication caliber between the medicine storage box 30 and the stirring barrel 25 can be controlled so as to control adding and metering, after the medicines flow into the stirring barrel 25, the third motor 28 is started, the third motor 28 drives the stirring shaft 27 to rotate, the stirring shaft 27 drives the stirring rod 29 to rotate, the stirring rod 29 stirs the sewage and the medicine to be fully mixed, after the stirring is completed, the first sucking pump 33 is started, the first sucking pump 33 pumps the mixed sewage out and pumps the sewage into the transfer pipe 34, the sewage flows into the standing tank 12 along the transfer pipe 34, when one standing tank 12 is full, the air cylinder 19 is started, the output end of the air cylinder 19 extends out and upwards pushes the rotary strip 20, the rotary strip 20 drives the sealing cover 21 to move upwards, the second motor 17 is started, the second motor 17 drives the gear 18 to rotate, the gear 18 is meshed with the gear ring 16 to rotate, the gear ring 16 drives the supporting column 15 to rotate, the supporting column 15 drives the second rotating seat 14 to rotate on the first rotating seat 13, the supporting column 15 drives the air cylinder 19 to rotate, the air cylinder 19 drives the rotary strip 20 to rotate, the rotary strip 20 drives the sealing cover 21 to rotate, the two sealing covers 21 mutually rotate for one hundred eighty degrees and an exchange position, the transfer pipe 34 rotates on the sealing cover 21, and damage after the transfer pipe 34 rotates and tensions along with the sealing cover 21 is avoided, the standing tank 12 can be replaced for continuous use after the positions of the sealing covers 21 are exchanged, the second material suction pump 35 is started, the position of the input end of the second material suction pump 35 communicated with the standing tank 12 is lower, flocculent precipitate deposited at the bottom of the standing tank 12 is sucked and pumped into the filter box 36, the flocculent precipitate enters the filter box 36 and is filtered by the filter screen in the filter drawer 37, the residual wastewater is accumulated in the filter box 36, when the wastewater needs to be discharged, the switch valve 40 on the wastewater pipe 39 is opened to discharge the wastewater, after the deposited flocculent precipitate in the standing tank 12 is sucked, the communication position of the transmission pipe 23 and the standing tank 12 is more centered, the filter screen and other filters can be added in the transmission pipe 23, therefore, the risk of sucking the precipitate cannot be generated, purified water flows into the transfer box 24 through the transmission pipe 23 and is sucked by the water pump 22 again and pumped into the water injection ring 3 and the spray pipe 6, the circulation of the use water is completed.
In the invention, two input ends of the second suction pump 35 can be independently controlled, so that flocculent precipitate in the standing tank 12 after standing and precipitating is finished can be sucked out, and the second suction pump 35 is prevented from sucking out sewage in the standing tank 12 in use.
