Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a uterus warming patch and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological diseases of women. Modern medicine believes that dysmenorrhea occurs in association with vegetative nerve functional disturbance and prostaglandin release. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the disease location of dysmenorrhea is in uterus and Chong and ren meridians, and the main pathogenesis is 'obstruction leading to pain' or 'failing to nourish leading to pain'. Clinically, abdominal pain during menstruation is mostly due to cold syndrome and blood stasis, and this disease is treated by warming meridians to dispel cold, activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and alleviating pain. Modern pharmacological studies prove that the lower abdomen stasis removing soup can obviously relieve the uterine swelling of a rat caused by a plastic tube, and has a relatively obvious inhibiting effect on subcutaneous granuloma of the rat caused by a cotton ball, which indicates that the soup has an anti-inflammatory effect. In clinical application, aiming at different symptoms of dysmenorrheal, the medicines are increased and decreased according to symptoms, are flexibly tailored, and are combined to play the effects of warming channels and expelling cold, activating blood and dissolving stasis, and promoting qi circulation and relieving pain, so that cold people can be warmed, stasis people can be dissolved, the pathogeny is removed, channels and collaterals and qi and blood are smooth, thoroughfare and conception vessels and uterus blood are harmonized, and the circulation is not painful, and the symptoms are not repeated periodically along with menstruation.
At present, the lower abdomen stasis removing decoction evolves except traditional Chinese medicine decoction, granules, pills, capsules and plaster preparations are available on the market. The decoction can be added or subtracted according to symptoms, can fully exert the comprehensive curative effect and characteristics of various components of the prescription medicine, has quick effect, but needs to be prepared and taken at the same time, is easy to mildew after long-term storage, has poor taste, is complicated to decoct and is inconvenient to carry. The granule maintains the traditional decoction basis, overcomes the difficulty in decocting the traditional Chinese medicines, is more convenient to carry, store and take compared with a liquid preparation, but has the advantages of high price, easy deliquescence, poor mixing performance during the dissolution, easy layering, frequent taking and poor taste. The pill has the advantages of slow dissolution and drug release, prolonged drug effect, reduced toxicity and irritation, reduced adverse reaction, portability, inconvenient administration, easy dissolution and slow disintegration due to improper production and operation, poor taste, and difficulty in swallowing. The capsule can cover up the special smell of the medicine and improve the stability of the medicine, has relatively low price, quick response and portability, but has the phenomena of difficult swallowing and more times of taking.
