Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a pair of briefs type sanitary napkins conforming to ergonomics and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The panties type sanitary napkin for menstrual period generally comprises an absorbent layer and an outer clothing layer, wherein the absorbent layer comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, an absorbent core and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom. The coat layer comprises an outer coat layer, a spandex elastic material layer and an inner coat layer which are sequentially laminated from outside to inside. The coat layer is divided into a front piece and a rear piece by taking the narrowest part of the coat layer (the narrowest part of the O-shaped ring) as a boundary, and the front piece and the rear piece are provided with corresponding left ends and right ends.
When a human body moves (walks, squats, lifts legs and the like), the legs move forwards and upwards, and basically pull the trousers forwards and upwards, so that in order to adapt to ergonomics, the design of underpants and menstrual briefs follows the principle that the front piece is repaired to the full without clamping legs and the rear piece is wrapped with more elastic force, the front piece is designed to cover the triangular area but not exceed the leg lifting line of the triangular area so as to influence the daily actions of lifting legs and walking, and the rear piece can wrap the buttocks to the hip smile line as much as possible so as to reduce the problems of displacement of an absorption body and leakage after side leakage.
Referring to fig. 1, the widths of the front and rear sheets of the conventional pant-type sanitary napkin are the same, when the front and rear sheets are sealed and worn, the sealing line 1' is located at the rear positions of the left and right ends of the human body, the front sheet is pulled to the rear position to limit the movement of the wearer during movement, which is commonly called as "leg jamming", and the rear sheet cannot be wrapped forward and has insufficient tension, so that the overall wrapping performance is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an ergonomic panties-type sanitary napkin and a method for manufacturing the same, which solves the problems of the prior art that the sanitary napkin is easy to have "leg-locking" and poor in wrapping performance due to the structural design defect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a pair of briefs type sanitary napkins conforming to human engineering comprises an absorber and a coat layer arranged outside the absorber, wherein the absorber is defined to have a longitudinal direction along a length direction and a transverse direction along a width direction, the coat layer is divided into a front piece and a rear piece by taking a narrowest line of a crotch as a boundary, the transverse width of the rear piece is larger than that of the front piece, the transverse sides of the front piece and the rear piece are fixedly welded to form a left sealing line and a right sealing line, the transverse distance between the left sealing line and the right sealing line and a salient point at the foremost end of a hip bone of a human body is 5-50mm, the longitudinal length of the rear piece is larger than that of the front piece, the coat layer is provided with leg surrounding elastic material layers arranged at the left leg surrounding position and the right leg surrounding elastic material layer, and the width of the leg surrounding elastic material layers is not less than 3mm.
Further: the long fiber is added in the absorber and is cotton fiber, fluff pulp fiber, viscose fiber or ES fiber.
Further: when worn, the angle of the back piece wrapping the human body is more than 195 degrees.
Further: the longitudinal dimension of the back panel is greater than the longitudinal dimension of the front panel by more than 10%.
Further: the absorber is formed by mixing fluff pulp, high-molecular water-absorbing resin and long fibers.
Further: the fluff pulp comprises the following components: high molecular water-absorbent resin: long fibers in weight ratio =10:1-3:0.5-2.
and further: the outer layer non-woven fabric is provided with a pattern printing layer.
Further: the leg surrounding elastic material layers are composed of two groups of elastic materials, namely a first group of elastic materials and a second group of elastic materials, the first group of elastic materials extend from the left upper area of the front piece to the left middle area and then extend to the right upper area from the right middle area to the last, and the second group of elastic materials extend from the left lower area of the back piece to the left middle area and then extend to the right lower area from the right middle area to the last; or, the first group of elastic materials extends along the upper left region of the front panel to the middle left region and then extends to the middle right region and finally extends to the lower right region of the back panel, and the second group of elastic materials extends from the upper right region of the front panel to the middle right region and then extends to the middle left region and then extends to the lower left region of the back panel; or, the first group of elastic materials extends along the upper left area of the front panel to the middle left area and then extends to the middle left area of the back panel and finally extends to the lower left area of the back panel, and the second group of elastic materials extends from the upper right area of the front panel to the middle right area and then extends to the middle right area of the back panel and finally extends to the lower right area of the back panel;
