Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the cabinet 1 further includes a top cover 15, a left cover 16 and a right cover 17, the top cover 15 covers the top surface of the case unit 10 with the top surface exposed out of the plurality of case units 10, the left cover 16 covers the side portion of the case unit 10 with the left side surface exposed out of the plurality of case units 10, and the right cover 17 covers the side portion of the case unit 10 with the right side surface exposed out of the plurality of case units 10. By installing the top cover plate 15 at the top of the taking cabinet 1 and installing the left side cover plate 16 and the right side cover plate 17 at the left and right sides of the taking cabinet 1, respectively, to cover the exposed part of the taking cabinet 1 with the top cover plate 15, the left side cover plate 16 and the right side cover plate 17, the vertical locking member 13 or the transverse locking member 14 can be covered, and the vertical locking member 13 or the transverse locking member 14 is prevented from being exposed and ejected. In addition, a wire harness is generally connected between the main control box 11 and the storage box 12 of the meal cabinet 1, and the wire harness can be shielded by the top cover plate 15, the left side cover plate 16 and the right side cover plate 17 to prevent the wire harness from being exposed. In specific implementation, the top cover plate 15, the left cover plate 16 and the right cover plate 17 can be fixedly connected to the box unit 10 by screws, and a screw cap 19 can be covered at each screw to prevent the screws from being exposed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a main control board is disposed in the housing of the main control box 11, a display screen 111 electrically connected to the main control board is disposed on the door of the main control box 11, and an electrically controlled lock is disposed between the housing 121 and the door of each storage box 12, and is electrically connected to the main control board through a wire harness.
In specific implementation, the display screen 111 can be used for displaying the two-dimensional codes corresponding to the storage cabinets, and when a distributor scans the codes and opens the door, the electric control lock bounces open and the door is opened; after food is put in, the door is closed manually, so that the electric control lock is closed, a signal is fed back to the control system, the storage box 12 is in a normal stock state, and a customer can open the door to take food by scanning the two-dimensional code on the display screen 111.
Further, in order to facilitate the customer to take meals, an illumination lamp 128 may be disposed in the housing 121 of each storage box 12, and the illumination lamp 128 may be in a normally on state. It should be noted that, under normal conditions, the lighting lamp 128 is not disposed in the case shell of the main control case 11, the door body of the main control case 11 does not perform a door opening motion, and the main control board and other electrical devices are disposed in the case shell of the main control case 11, and are not used for storing and taking food.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the electrically controlled lock includes a lock body 123 and a latch bolt 124 that are engaged, the lock body 123 is disposed on the housing 121 of the storage compartment 12, and the latch bolt 124 is disposed on the door 122 of the storage compartment 12; when the door is opened, the bolt 124 is ejected from the lock body 123, so that the bolt 124 is separated from the lock body 123, and the door opening function is realized; when the door is manually closed, the locking tongue 124 is inserted into the lock body 123, so that the locking tongue 124 is matched with the lock body 123 to realize the door locking function. It should be noted that, as for the specific matching structure of the lock tongue 124 and the lock body 123, a door body electric hook lock structure of the conventional meal cabinet 1 can be adopted, and is not limited in detail here.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, an unlocking lever 125 is further disposed on the housing 121 of the storage box 12, the unlocking lever 125 is rotatably mounted on the housing 121 of the storage box 12, a shift lever 1231 is disposed on the lock body 123, and the unlocking lever 125 is configured to apply a shifting force to the shift lever 1231 to unlock the electric control lock through the shift lever 1231. Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, a mounting through hole through which the unlocking lever 125 passes is formed at a rear portion of the housing 121 of the storage compartment 12, one end of the unlocking lever 125 is located in the housing 121 of the storage compartment 12 and extends to the shift lever 1231, the other end of the unlocking lever 125 is located outside the housing 121 of the storage compartment 12, a locking lever cover plate 126 is disposed at a rear portion of the housing 121 of the storage compartment 12, and the locking lever cover plate 126 is detachably mounted at the mounting through hole. With the arrangement, when manual unlocking is not needed, the lock rod cover plate 126 can be used for covering the unlocking lock rod 125 to prevent the unlocking lock rod 125 from being randomly rotated, so that a safety effect is achieved; unlocking may be performed when manual unlocking is required by removing the lock rod cover plate 126 and rotating the lock release rod 125. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, a mounting groove 103 is formed on at least one of the top surface, the left side surface and the right side surface of each case unit 10, and a wire passing hole 104 for passing a wire harness is opened on a groove wall of the mounting groove 103. By providing the mounting groove 103 on each case unit 10 to provide a mounting space for wiring harnesses and the like, the meal taking compartment of the storage case 12 for placing meals is formed into a completely closed structure, and the sanitation of the internal meals and the safety of the customers for taking meals are ensured.
In specific implementation, the plurality of case units 10 may be divided into a plurality of groups by columns or rows or by modules, all case units 10 in each group may be assembled into a whole, and all case units 10 in each group may be wired together; then, a plurality of sets of box units 10 are assembled, and the wire harnesses of two adjacent sets of box units 10 can be electrically connected in an inserting manner. The connection mode makes the assembly and wiring of a plurality of case units 10 more convenient.
Illustratively, a plurality of box units 10 can be assembled as a set according to a row, all box units 10 that are located in the same row are firstly connected and assembled by adopting transverse locking pieces 14, and a plurality of box units 10 in the same row are wired from the same side, then a second row of box units 10 and a first row of box units 10 are connected and assembled through vertical locking pieces 13, the wiring harness between two rows of box units 10 can be electrically connected in a plugging mode, then a third row of box units 10 is assembled, and so on, and the arrangement of a plurality of boxes according to ranks is realized.
Of course, the specific assembling manner of the multiple box units 10 is not limited to the above specific limitations, and the assembling manner can be reasonably selected and set according to actual requirements, and all of them should be within the protection scope of the present disclosure as long as they do not depart from the design concept of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)
1. A meal taking cabinet is characterized by comprising a plurality of box body units, wherein the box body units are mutually spliced and arranged in rows and columns, one of the box body units is a main control box, the rest box units are storage boxes, and each storage box is provided with at least one meal taking grid opening;
the top surface and/or the bottom surface of each box body unit are/is provided with vertical connecting holes, the vertical connecting holes on the two box body units which are adjacent to each other on the left and the right are correspondingly arranged, and the two box body units which are adjacent to each other on the left and the right are connected through vertical locking pieces inserted in the two corresponding vertical connecting holes;
and transverse connecting holes are formed in the left side surface and/or the right side surface of each box body unit, the transverse connecting holes in the two box body units which are adjacent up and down are correspondingly arranged, and the two box body units which are adjacent up and down are connected through transverse locking pieces which are inserted in the corresponding two transverse connecting holes.
2. The meal cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical connecting holes on each box body unit are provided with a first side opening extending vertically, the first side opening is formed on the left side surface or the right side surface of the box body unit, and the first side openings of the vertical connecting holes on two adjacent box body units are opposite and communicated;
the transverse connecting holes in each box body unit are provided with second side openings extending along the transverse direction, the second side openings are formed in the top surface or the bottom surface of each box body unit, and the second side openings of the transverse connecting holes in two adjacent box body units are opposite and communicated.
3. The meal taking cabinet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the vertical locking member comprises a first inserting part and a second inserting part which are connected with each other, the first inserting part and the second inserting part are respectively inserted into the two corresponding vertical connecting holes, and the first inserting part and the second inserting part are provided with hollow cavities extending vertically;
the transverse locking piece comprises a third inserting portion and a fourth inserting portion which are connected, the third inserting portion and the fourth inserting portion are respectively inserted into the corresponding two transverse connecting holes, and the third inserting portion and the fourth inserting portion are provided with hollow cavities which extend along the transverse direction.
4. The cabinet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein each of the four corners of the top and bottom surfaces of the box unit is provided with one of the vertical connecting holes, each of the four corners of the left and right sides of the box unit is provided with one of the transverse connecting holes, and the vertical connecting holes and the transverse connecting holes of each of the box units are staggered in the front-rear direction of the box unit.
5. The fetching cabinet as defined in claim 4 wherein each of the four corners of the bottom surface of the housing unit is provided with a foot mounting hole disposed adjacent to the vertical connecting hole disposed on the bottom surface of the housing unit;
the meal taking cabinet further comprises a plurality of feet, the feet are correspondingly arranged in the foot mounting holes of the box body units positioned at the bottom layer in the box body units, and at least part of the feet cover the vertical connecting holes.
6. The cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a top cover plate covering the top surface of the box units with their top surfaces exposed, a left side cover plate covering the side portion of the box units with their left sides exposed, and a right side cover plate covering the side portion of the box units with their right sides exposed.
7. The meal cabinet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a main control panel is arranged in the cabinet shell of the main control cabinet, a display screen electrically connected with the main control panel is arranged on the door body of the main control cabinet, and an electrically controlled lock is arranged between the cabinet shell and the door body of each storage cabinet and electrically connected with the main control panel through a wiring harness.
8. The cabinet as claimed in claim 7, wherein the electrically controlled lock comprises a lock body and a lock tongue, the lock body is disposed on the housing of the storage box, and the lock tongue is disposed on the door of the storage box;
the lock body is provided with a driving lever, and the unlocking lock rod is used for applying shifting force to the driving lever so as to unlock the electric control lock through the driving lever.

The meal taking cabinet as claimed in claim 8, wherein the rear part of the box shell of the storage box is provided with an installation through hole for the unlocking lock rod to pass through, one end of the unlocking lock rod is positioned in the box shell of the storage box and extends to the shift rod, the other end of the unlocking lock rod is positioned outside the box shell of the storage box, the rear part of the box shell of the storage box is provided with a lock rod cover plate, and the lock rod cover plate is detachably covered at the installation through hole.
10. The cabinet as claimed in claim 7, wherein at least one of the top, left and right sides of each of the box units has a mounting groove formed thereon, and a wire passing hole for the wire harness to pass through is formed on a wall of the mounting groove.
