Abstract

一种图像编码、解码方法及装置、编解码器,方法包括:获取当前帧的图像的视觉显著性热图,并利用当前帧的图像的视觉显著性热图对当前帧的图像进行滤波处理得到目标图像;利用目标图像和下一帧输入图像获取运动估计矢量和下一帧输入图像的目标预测图像;对下一帧输入图像与目标预测图像的差分图像和运动估计矢量进行编码。提升获取到目标预测图像的精度,以及提升编码精度。
