Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the tunable filter 300 provided by the present invention includes a cavity 150 having one end opened, a resonating post 200 installed into the cavity 150, a cover plate 280 installed to the open end of the cavity 150, and a tuning assembly 100.

The tuning assembly 100 includes a tuning screw 3 and a tuning member 6. The tuning screw 3 comprises a first threaded section 30 and a fitting mounting section 35. The tuning screw 3 is provided with an inner hole at the center of the end portion remote from the accessory mounting section 35, the inner hole extending in the axial direction of the tuning screw 3, the inner hole being formed with a structure that can be fitted with a screwdriver so that the screwdriver rotates the first screw section 30 relative to the screw thread of the through hole of the cover plate 280 through the structure of the inner hole, and tuning of the frequency index is performed.
Further, the tunable filter 300 further includes a locking member 290 for locking the threaded connection between the first threaded section 30 and the through hole of the cover plate 280 in a stable state with a set frequency index, so as to further enhance tuning stability of the frequency index. In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the locking member 290 is a nut that is threaded onto the first threaded section 30, the nut and tuning member 6 being located on opposite sides of the cover plate 280.
The present invention particularly improves the first thread segments 30 where the impact of stability of the tuning of the frequency index is most critical. Specifically, the first thread segment 30 is a combination of a metal piece and a plastic piece, and the combination is formed with the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30. The first thread 301 is the thread of the tuning screw 3 which is screwed with the cover plate 280. Thus, the metal piece increases the mechanical strength of the first thread segment 30, and the first thread segment 30 is not easy to break when the first thread 301 is in threaded connection with the through hole of the cover plate 280; the metal piece is not deformed under the temperature difference of high and low temperature compared with the plastic piece; thereby ensuring that the first thread segments 30 are stably threadedly coupled to the cover plate 280 to meet the stability requirements of frequency index tuning.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tuning screw 3 includes a rod 32 and a ring-shaped packing 31, the rod 32 is rod-shaped, the ring-shaped packing 31 is ring-shaped, and the ring-shaped packing 31 is fitted around the outer periphery of the rod 32. The outer wall of the ladle 31 is provided with a second thread 311 and the inner wall thereof is provided with a third thread 312. The second thread 311 serves as the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30.
In one version, the rod 32 is a plastic member, the ring wrap 31 is a metal member, and the first thread segment 30 is a gold-clad plastic structure. Preferably, the rod 32 may have a thread 321 engaged with the pack 31 at a position corresponding to the pack 31, and the thread 321 is engaged with the third thread 312 of the inner wall of the pack 31, thereby reinforcing the connection therebetween. In this embodiment, the rod-shaped member 32 made of plastic material is matched with the ring-shaped member 31 made of metal material, so that the production cost of the tuning screw 3 is reduced, the tuning screw 3 and the tunable filter 300 are lighter, and the problem that the tuning index of the filter is unstable due to insufficient plastic strength and deformation of the conventional tuning screw is solved.
The tuning screw 3 further comprises a stop collar 39. A stop collar 39 is disposed between the first threaded section 30 and the fitting mounting section 35. The stop collar 39 has an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of the fitting mounting section 35 for defining the position of the tuning member 6. Further, when the tuning piece 6 is mounted on the fitting mounting section 35, the tuning piece 6 can also abut against the limiting ring 39, and the tuning piece 6 is respectively connected with the fitting mounting section 35 and the limiting ring 39 through adhesive. In this way, the stop ring 39 also enhances the stability of the connection of the tuning piece 6 to the tuning screw 3.
Preferably, the stop ring 39 is integrally formed with the rod 32 of plastic material, and is an insulator, so as to ensure that the tuning element 6, against which it is connected, is insulated from the cover plate 280 and the cavity 150.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the metal ring 31 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the other portions of the plastic rod 32, so that the rod body of the tuning screw 3 has substantially the same outer diameter as a whole. The rod 32 is provided with a second thread section 37 at the end remote from the fitting mounting section 35, the second thread section 37 being adjacent to the first thread section 30 and having the same outer diameter, and the threads of the second thread section 37 being identical in texture and being matingly connected to the first thread 301.
In the case where the ladle 31 is a metal piece, the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30 may be formed entirely of the ladle 31. In the alternative, the ladle 31 has a through hole, from which a portion of the stem 32 comes out, in which case the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30 may be formed entirely by the stem 32 or by the ladle 31 together with the stem 32.
In another alternative, the rod 32 is a metal piece, the ring wrap 31 is a plastic piece, and the first thread segment 30 is a plastic-clad metal structure. It will be appreciated that the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30 may be formed entirely of the annular wrapper 31. More preferably, however, the collar 31 has a through-hole from which a portion of the stem 32 protrudes outwardly, and the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30 may be formed by the collar 31, the stem 32 together.
In the above scheme, between the rod 32 and the hoop 31, the rod 32 is reinforced by the screw 321 engaged with the hoop 31. In other embodiments, in order to improve the stability of the connection between the ring packing member 31 and the rod member 32, when the rod member 32 is made of metal, the rod member 32 may be a rectangular plate, a cross-shaped member, a Y-shaped member, a triangular prism shape or a polygonal prism shape at the first threaded section 30, so that the ring packing member 31 and the rod member 32 are not easy to move relatively during the rotation of the tuning screw 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the main difference from the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2 is that in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the tuning screw 3 is formed entirely by a rod member 32, with the exception of the addition of a collar 31 to the first threaded section 30. Whereas in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4 the tuning screw 3 is formed entirely by the collar 31, the rod 32 is embedded within the collar 31. The ring pack 31 has peripheral threads 315. Rod 32 still has threads 321 that engage with the ladle 31. Preferably, the rod 32 is a metal member, and the rod 32 is in a shape of a straight line, a cross, a Y, a triangular prism or a polygonal prism at the first thread segment 30 to strengthen the connection of the ladle 31 and the rod 32.
Similarly, the ring member 31 may have a hollow corresponding to the rod member 32, which may be a plurality of discrete holes or elongated slots, and a portion of the rod member 32 extends outwardly from the hollow, and the ring member 31 and the rod member 32 together form the first thread 301 of the first thread segment 30.
For example: referring to fig. 3 and 4, the cross-shaped rod 32 exposes a threaded portion of the hollow elongated slot of the ring package 31, which is, for example, four symmetrically distributed letters I, as a part of the threads 321. Thus, the portions of the rod 32, such as the four symmetrical letter I threads 321, cooperate with the peripheral threads 315 of the ring pack 31 to form the first threads 301 of the first thread segments 30. However, the shape of the rod 32 is not limited to the cross shape, and may be a straight line shape, a Y shape, a triangular prism shape, a polygonal prism shape, or the like.
