In addition, the notch 114a can also provide a limit for the supporting band 20 in the first direction X and the direction opposite to the light emitting direction of the flexible screen 200, so as to ensure the supporting effect of the supporting band 20 on the flexible screen 200.
In some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first winding unit 11 further includes a first housing 115, the first housing 115 is connected to the first support 111, the first housing 115 is annular and has a first opening 115a in a self-encircling direction, and the flexible screen 200 can be penetrated by the first opening 115a and connected to the first winding shaft 112.
Alternatively, one end of the first housing 115 in the axial direction Y of the first reel 112 may be connected to one of the paired first holders 111 and the other end is connected to the other of the paired first holders 111. The length of the first break 115a is greater than the length of the flexible screen 200 in the axial direction Y, alternatively, the first break 115a may be provided through the first housing 115 in the axial direction Y.
The winding support assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present application can protect the first reel 112 and the flexible screen 200 wound on the first reel 112 by providing the first housing 115 and providing the first opening 115a on the first housing 115, and when the first guide shaft 113 is included, the first guide shaft 113 may be located in the first housing 115 and disposed near the first opening 115 a.

Alternatively, when the second holders 121 are provided in pairs, one end of the second guide shaft 123 is connected to one of the second holders 121 provided in pairs and the other end is connected to the other of the second holders 121 provided in pairs.
Alternatively, the second guide shaft 123 may be directly rotatably connected to the second support 121 via a bearing or the like, and of course, this is an alternative embodiment, and in some embodiments, the second guide shaft 123 may also include two parts coaxially disposed and rotatably fitted, one of which is fixedly connected to the second support 121 and the other of which is in rolling contact with the support belt 20.

In some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the present embodiment further includes a second housing 124 and a third housing 125, each disposed around the second reel 122, the second housing 124 and the third housing 125 are connected to the second support 121, respectively, the second housing 124 is located between the second reel 122 and the third housing 125, the second housing 124 has a second opening 124a in a self-encircling direction, the third housing 125 has a third opening 125a disposed opposite to the second opening 124a in the self-encircling direction, the support band 20 passes through the third opening 125a, the second opening 124a, and is connected to the second reel 122, and the flexible screen 200 can pass through the third opening 125a and cover the outer circumference of the second housing 124 to be fixed to the second housing 124.
Alternatively, the second case 124 and the third case 125 may each employ a cylindrical structure.
Alternatively, one end of the second housing 124 and the third housing 125 in the axial direction Y of the second reel 122 may be connected to one of the paired second holders 121 and the other end to the other of the paired second holders 121. The length of the second opening 124a is greater than the length of the flexible screen 200 and the support band 20 along the axial direction Y, alternatively, the second opening 124a may be disposed through the second housing 124 along the axial direction Y, and the length of the third opening 125a is greater than the length of the flexible screen 200 and the support band 20, alternatively, the third opening 125a may be disposed through the third housing 125 along the axial direction Y.
Optionally, the radial dimension of the second casing 124 is smaller than the radial dimension of the third casing 125, an annular cavity is formed between the second casing and the third casing, the flexible screen 200 may extend into the annular cavity formed between the second casing 124 and the third casing 125 through the third section opening and be disposed around the second casing 124, and may be fixedly connected with the second casing 124 by using an adhesive or the like and cover the outer periphery of the second casing 124, so that the flexible screen 200 may be fixed to the second casing 124.
According to the winding support assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the second shell 124 and the third shell 125 are arranged, the second opening 124a is arranged on the second shell 124, the third opening 125a is arranged on the third shell 125, the protection of the second scroll 122 and the support band 20 wound on the second scroll 122 can be realized through the second shell 124 and the third shell 125, and meanwhile, the fixation of one end of the flexible screen 200, which is far away from the first winding unit 11, is facilitated.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, as an alternative embodiment, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may have the same structure of the driving member 14 included in the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12, and in some alternative embodiments, the driving member 14 includes a driving shaft 141, a coil spring 142 and a mounting sleeve 143, the driving shaft 141 is inserted into the mounting sleeve 143 and is in rotation fit with the mounting sleeve 143, the coil spring 142 is sleeved on the driving shaft 141 and is located between the driving shaft 141 and the mounting sleeve 143, and the driving shaft 141 is connected to one of the first winding shaft 112 and the second winding shaft 122 so as to drive the corresponding first winding shaft 112 and the second winding shaft 122 to rotate through the coil spring 142.
Alternatively, the drive shaft 141 is inserted into the mounting sleeve 143 and can be rotatably connected to the mounting sleeve 143 via a first bearing 145.
Alternatively, the driving member 14 of the first winding unit 11 may be coupled to the first support 111, the driving shaft 141 thereof may be coupled to the first winding shaft 112, and the repulsive force of the coil spring 142 may be transmitted to the first winding shaft 112 through the driving shaft 141 to drive the first winding shaft 112 to rotate with respect to the first support 111, thereby achieving winding or releasing of the flexible screen 200.
Alternatively, the driving member 14 of the second winding unit 12 may be coupled to the second support 121 with the mounting sleeve 143 thereof and the driving shaft 141 thereof may be coupled to the second winding shaft 122, and the repulsive force of the coil spring 142 may be transmitted to the second winding shaft 122 through the driving shaft 141 to drive the second winding shaft 122 to rotate with respect to the second support 121, thereby achieving winding or releasing of the support band 20.
In some alternative embodiments, the mounting sleeve 143 includes a sleeve body 143a and an end cap 143b, the drive shaft 141 is inserted into the end cap 143b and rotatably coupled to the end cap 143b by a first bearing 145, the sleeve body 143a is disposed about the drive shaft 141, and the coil spring 142 is disposed between the sleeve body 143a and the drive shaft 141.
Alternatively, an end cap 143b is provided at one end of the sleeve body 143a in the axial direction Y, a mounting hole extending in the axial direction Y is provided on the end cap 143b, and the first bearing 145 may be positioned in the mounting hole, with an outer ring connected to the end cap 143b and an inner ring connected to the driving shaft 141.
Alternatively, the sleeve body 143a and the end cap 143b may be an integral structure, which is advantageous for molding and has high connection strength.
The winding support assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the installation sleeve 143 adopts the structural form, so that the requirement of rotational connection with the driving shaft 141 and the installation of the coil spring 142 can be ensured, the driving of the driving shaft 141 is facilitated, and the driving requirements of the first scroll 112 and the second scroll 122 are further ensured.
In some alternative embodiments, the driver 14 further includes a cover 144, the cover 144 being wrapped around the mounting sleeve 143.
Alternatively, the cover 144 may be connected to the corresponding first support 111 and second support 121, and by providing the cover 144, protection of the mounting sleeve 143 and the coil spring 142 can be achieved by the cover 144.
As an alternative embodiment, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first winding shaft 112 is connected with the driving members 14 at both ends of the own axial direction Y, respectively, and the mounting sleeve 143 of each driving member 14 may be connected with one of the first seats 111 provided in pairs. In some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the above embodiments of the present application includes a plurality of support plates 21 along the first direction X, the plurality of support plates 21 being disposed one after the other along the first direction X, and the adjacent two support plates 21 having a rotational degree of freedom therebetween.
According to the winding support assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the support belt 20 adopts the above-mentioned form, so that the winding requirement of the second winding unit 12 in the winding state can be ensured, and meanwhile, the support belt 20 has certain rigidity by the arrangement mode of the section-by-section support plate 21, so that the support strength requirement of the flexible screen 200 is ensured, and the support effect and the protection effect are optimized.
In some alternative embodiments, the telescopic members 13 are arranged in pairs and spaced apart along a second direction, each telescopic member 13 comprising more than two sliding rails 131 distributed along a first direction X, adjacent two sliding rails 131 being slidingly connected to each other, in the first direction X, one of the two sliding rails 131 located at the outermost side is connected to the first winding unit 11 and the other is connected to the second winding unit 12, the second direction intersecting the first direction X, alternatively the second direction may be understood as the axial direction Y of the first reel 112.
Alternatively, the number of sliding rails 131 included in each telescopic member 13 may be two, or of course, more than two, for example, three, four or even more, and may be specifically set according to the length of each sliding rail 131 and the length requirement of the winding support assembly 100 in the extended state.
Optionally, there is a sliding degree of freedom between two adjacent sliding rails 131, and when switching from the rolled state to the extended state, the sliding rails 131 are pulled apart step by step in the first direction X to accommodate the distance change between the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12.
Alternatively, one of the two slide rails 131 located at the outermost side may be connected with the corresponding first support 111 and the other one may be connected with the corresponding second support 121.
According to the winding support assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the telescopic members 13 are arranged in pairs, so that the stability of connection between the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12 can be ensured, the multi-stage sliding rail 131 is adopted to adapt to the distance change between the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12, and in the process of switching the winding support assembly 100 between a winding state and an extending state, each sliding rail 131 has certain rigidity, so that the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12 are horizontally arranged with each other, the collapse phenomenon of the flexible screen 200 and the supporting belt 20 is avoided, and the portable handheld requirement of the display device can be met when the winding support assembly is used for the display device.
Optionally, in two adjacent sliding rails 131 of the same telescopic member 13, a sliding block is disposed on one sliding rail 131 and a sliding groove is disposed in the other sliding rail 131, the sliding groove extends along the first direction X, and the sliding block is disposed in the sliding groove and is slidably connected with the sliding groove.
Optionally, a limiting protrusion may be disposed on the sliding rail 131 with the sliding groove to limit the sliding block from being separated from the sliding groove in the second direction.
In some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the present embodiment, the telescopic member 13 further includes a locking member 132, one of the two adjacent sliding rails 131 is provided with the locking member 132 and the other is provided with a plurality of locking holes 133 engaged with the locking member 132, and in the winding state and the stretching state, the locking member 132 is engaged with one of the locking holes 133.
Alternatively, the number of the locking holes 133 included in one of the two adjacent sliding rails 131 may be two, and of course, when the number of the locking members 132 disposed on one sliding rail 131 is more than one, the number of the locking holes 133 disposed on the sliding rail 131 may be more than two, so long as the locking members 132 can be locked and engaged with one of the locking holes 133 in the rolling state and the stretching state respectively, so as to achieve the locking requirements in both states.
According to the winding support assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the locking component 132 is arranged, so that the winding support assembly 100 is in the winding state and the stretching state, the locking component 132 is respectively in locking fit with one of the locking holes 133, the position locking in the winding state and the stretching state is realized, the handheld requirement is ensured, and the stability under different states is met.
Alternatively, the locking member 132 may be electronically controlled, for example, using a telescoping cylinder locking arrangement that is actuatable to retract, such as a pneumatic locking pin, an electric locking pin, or the like. Of course, an adaptive architecture is also possible.
Illustratively, in some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 provided by the present embodiment, the locking member 132 includes a locking pin and an elastic member connected between the locking pin and the sliding rail 131, and in the rolled state and the extended state, the elastic member pushes the locking pin into locking engagement with one of the locking holes 133, respectively.
The locking part 132 adopts the above-mentioned structural form, and can pull the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12 through external force, the locking pin compresses the elastic member to retract, realizes the separation of the locking pin and the corresponding locking hole 133, and satisfies unlocking to ensure that the winding support assembly 100 is switched between the winding state and the stretching state. When the sliding rail 131 is switched to a preset state, the locking pins are opposite to the corresponding locking holes 133, and under the action of the elastic piece, the locking pins are pushed into the corresponding locking holes 133, so that the sliding rails 131 are locked in relative positions. Alternatively, the elastic member may employ a spring, a spring pad, or the like.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, as an alternative implementation, the winding support assembly 100 provided in the above embodiments of the present application further includes a mounting bin 30, and the mounting bin 30 is connected with one of the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12.
Illustratively, the mounting bin 30 may be connected to the second winding unit 12. By providing the mounting bin 30, it can be used to mount corresponding auxiliary components, such as the battery 40, the control board, etc.
Alternatively, the mounting bin 30 may have a plate-like structure having a certain receiving space, and the mounting bin 30 may be coupled to the first support 111 of the first winding unit 11 or the second support 121 of the second winding unit 12.
In some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 provided by embodiments of the present application further includes a battery 40, the battery 40 being disposed in the mounting compartment 30 and configured to provide electrical power to the flexible screen 200 to ensure electrical power requirements of the flexible screen 200.
In some alternative embodiments, the winding support assembly 100 further includes a controller 50, the controller 50 being disposed in the mounting bin 30 and configured to control the flexible screen 200. By providing the controller 50, control of the flexible screen 200 is facilitated.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the present application further provides a display device, which includes the winding support assembly 100 and the flexible screen 200 provided in the above embodiments, wherein the flexible screen 200 is supported on the support band 20, and one end of the flexible screen 200 is connected to the first winding unit 11 and the other end is connected to the second winding unit 12.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the application includes the winding support assembly 100 provided by the above embodiments, when the winding support assembly 100 is in the winding state, the flexible screen 200 may be wound on the first winding unit 11 for a plurality of turns, the support band 20 is wound on the second winding unit 12 for a plurality of turns, and the telescopic member 13 is in the contracted state, when the winding support assembly 100 is switched from the winding state to the extended state, the force can be applied to at least one of the first winding unit 11 and the second winding unit 12, so that the first winding unit 11 releases the flexible screen 200 and the second winding unit 12 releases the support band 20, and the telescopic member 13 is extended accordingly, that is, the support band 20 can be extended along with the extension of the flexible screen 200, so that the winding support assembly 100 can support and protect the flexible screen 200 when the flexible screen 200 is wound or extended, the display effect is optimized, and the safety is improved, and the requirements of the handheld terminal are met.
While the application has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the application. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the respective embodiments may be combined in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict. Claims (19)

1. A roll support assembly for roll supporting a flexible screen, the roll support assembly comprising:
the winding part comprises a first winding unit, a second winding unit and a telescopic piece, wherein the first winding unit, the second winding unit and the telescopic piece are arranged at intervals along a first direction and are opposite to each other, the length of the telescopic piece in the first direction is adjustable, the first winding unit can be at least partially connected and rotated with one end of the flexible screen, and the other end of the flexible screen can be connected and fixed with the second winding unit;
the second winding unit is at least partially connected with one end of the supporting belt and rotates, and the other end of the supporting belt is connected and fixed with the first winding unit;
The winding support assembly can be switched between a winding state and an extension state, in the winding state, the telescopic piece is contracted along the first direction, the first winding unit winds the flexible screen, and the second winding unit winds the support band; in the extended state, the telescoping member is extended in the first direction, the first winding unit releases the flexible screen, and the second winding unit releases the support tape;
the first winding unit comprises a first support and a first scroll, the first support is connected with the telescopic piece, the first scroll is arranged on the first support and is in running fit with the first support, the first winding unit further comprises a first guide shaft, the first guide shaft is connected with the first support in a running mode and is positioned on one side, close to the second winding unit, of the first scroll, and the first guide shaft is in rolling contact with the flexible screen; the first winding unit further comprises a first pressing strip, the first pressing strip is located on one side, away from the first scroll shaft, of the first guide shaft in the first direction, the first pressing strip is arranged on the first support, and the supporting belt is connected with the first pressing strip.
2. The roll support assembly of claim 1, wherein the first roll unit includes a drive member coupled to the first roll shaft and configured to drive the first roll shaft to rotate relative to the first mount to roll or release the flexible screen.
3. The winding support assembly of claim 2, wherein the first bead is provided with a notch, and wherein one end of the support strap extends into the notch and is adhesively attached to the first bead.
4. A winding support assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first winding unit further comprises a first housing connected to the first support, the first housing being annular and having a first break in its own circumferential direction, the flexible screen being able to be passed through by the first break and connected to the first reel.
5. The winding support assembly of claim 1, wherein the second winding unit comprises a second support, a second reel and a driving member, the second support is connected with the telescopic member, the second reel is disposed on the second support and is in running fit with the second support, and the driving member is connected with the second reel and is used for driving the second reel to rotate relative to the second support so as to wind or release the supporting belt.
6. The winding support assembly of claim 5, wherein the second winding unit further comprises a second guide shaft rotatably coupled to the second mount and positioned on a side of the second spool adjacent the first winding unit, the second guide shaft in rolling contact with the support tape.
7. The winding support assembly according to claim 6, wherein the second winding unit further includes a second case and a third case each provided around the second reel, the second case and the third case being connected to the second stand, respectively, the second case being located between the second reel and the third case, the second case having a second break opening in a self-surrounding direction, the third case having a third break opening provided opposite to the second break opening in a self-surrounding direction, the support tape passing through the third break opening, the second break opening and being connected to the second reel, the flexible screen being capable of passing through the third break opening and wrapping an outer circumference of the second case to be fixed to the second case.
8. The winding support assembly of any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the drive member comprises a drive shaft, a wrap spring and a mounting sleeve, the drive shaft being inserted into and in rotational engagement with the mounting sleeve, the wrap spring being disposed about the drive shaft between the drive shaft and the mounting sleeve, the drive shaft being coupled to one of the first and second spools for rotation thereof by the wrap spring.
9. The winding support assembly according to claim 8, wherein the first reel is connected with the driving members at both ends in an axial direction thereof, respectively; the second reel is respectively connected with the driving piece at two ends of the second reel in the axial direction.
10. The winding support assembly of claim 8, wherein the mounting sleeve comprises a sleeve body and an end cap, the drive shaft is inserted into the end cap and rotatably coupled to the end cap by a first bearing, the sleeve body is disposed about the drive shaft, and the coil spring is disposed between the sleeve body and the drive shaft.
11. The winding support assembly of claim 10, wherein the drive member further comprises a housing that is wrapped around the mounting sleeve.
12. The winding support assembly of claim 1, wherein said support band comprises a plurality of support plates disposed one after the other in said first direction with rotational freedom between adjacent two of said support plates.
13. The winding support assembly according to claim 1, wherein said telescoping members are arranged in pairs and spaced apart along a second direction, each of said telescoping members comprising two or more slide rails spaced apart along a first direction, adjacent two of said slide rails being slidably connected to each other, one of said two slide rails located outermost in said first direction being connected to said first winding unit and the other being connected to said second winding unit, said second direction intersecting said first direction.
14. The winding support assembly of claim 13, wherein the telescoping member further comprises a locking member disposed on one of the adjacent two of the sliding rails and a plurality of locking apertures disposed on the other for engagement with the locking member, the locking member being in locking engagement with one of the locking apertures in the rolled state and the extended state, respectively.
15. The winding support assembly of claim 14, wherein the locking member includes a locking pin and an elastic member coupled to the locking pin, the elastic member pushing the locking pin into locking engagement with one of the locking holes in the wound state and the extended state, respectively.
16. The winding support assembly of claim 1, further comprising a mounting bin connected with one of the first winding unit and the second winding unit.
17. The winding support assembly of claim 16, further comprising a battery disposed in the mounting bin for providing electrical power to the flexible screen.
18. The roll support assembly of claim 17, further comprising a controller disposed in the mounting bin for controlling the flexible screen.
19. A display device, comprising:
a winding support assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 18;
the flexible screen is supported by the supporting belt, one end of the flexible screen is connected with the first winding unit, and the other end of the flexible screen is connected with the second winding unit.
