Compared with the prior art, in the embodiment of the application, the information of the payment user is determined according to the acquired payment information, the payment reminding information is generated according to the payment information and used for performing payment reminding on the payment user, when the payment reminding of the payment user is detected, but the payment user does not perform payment within a preset time period, the application information is acquired, the payment reminding information is generated according to the application information and updated based on the payment reminding information, the updated payment reminding information is the final payment reminding information, finally the associated payment user is reminded based on the final payment reminding information, and the patent payment overdue rate during the payment period is reduced by performing payment reminding on the payment user and the associated payment user.
