generating additional receiving information based on the application information;
updating the payment reminding information according to the additional payment information to generate final payment reminding information;
and reminding the associated payment user based on the final payment reminding information.
2. The intellectual property payment reminding method of claim 1, wherein the payment reminding for the payment user based on the payment reminding information comprises:
determining a plurality of contact ways of the payment user according to the information to be paid;
determining a contact type of each contact way according to a plurality of contact ways, wherein the contact type comprises a short message and an email;
and editing the payment reminding information according to the contact type, and carrying out payment reminding on the payment user.
3. The intellectual property payment reminding method of claim 1, before acquiring the application information, further comprising:
acquiring a current date;
determining the difference days between the current date and the expiration date of the optimal payment period based on the current date;
determining the urgency of payment according to the number of days of the phase difference and a preset grade rule;
and determining a pushing frequency according to the payment urgency degree, and performing payment reminding on a payment user according to the pushing frequency.
4. The intellectual property payment reminding method of claim 3, wherein the generating of the additional information based on the application information comprises:
determining the full amount of the due fee according to the application information;
determining a charging proportion according to the current date;
and determining the charging information based on the full amount due fee and the charging proportion.
5. The intellectual property payment reminding method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a patent state time axis according to the application information, wherein the patent state time axis comprises a plurality of stages for applying for a patent and a state corresponding to each stage;
and acquiring each notification message, updating the patent state time axis according to each notification message, and generating time axis information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the updating the patent state timeline according to each notification message comprises:
generating keyword information based on a plurality of stages in the patent state timeline;
traversing the notification information, and judging whether the keyword information is contained;
if yes, marking the corresponding stage in the patent state time axis so as to update the patent state time axis.
7. The intellectual property payment reminding method of claim 5, further comprising:
after a triggering instruction of a user on a patent state time axis is received, determining query information according to a triggering area;
extracting similar patents from a patent database according to the query information, and acquiring similar patent information;
and determining the predicted payment time of the next stage according to the similar patent information.
