In some embodiments, before the step of verifying compliance of the current transportation service based on the basic transportation information for the network freight invoice declaration, the apparatus further comprises a construction module for constructing a historical record database of the capital flow based on the capital flow record verified by the invoicing; constructing an index for the single number and the transportation contract of each invoiced and verified fund flow record; the fund flow record comprises basic information, attribute information and invoicing amount information.
In some embodiments, before the step of checking the consistency of the trajectory information corresponding to the current transportation service according to the electronic toll collection information, the checking module is further specifically configured to verify the compliance of the current transportation service according to the basic transportation information used for declaring the invoice.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes an updating module, configured to update the historical fund flow record database after applying for a network shipping invoice corresponding to the current transportation service, or according to a preset time period.
In some embodiments, the application module is further specifically configured to verify the eligibility of the fund flow for the network freight invoice declaration according to the network freight platform payment serial number and the network platform name; and verifying the integrity and consistency of the information of the Unionpay system based on the fund flow historical record database.
In some embodiments, the application module is further specifically configured to query the fund flow history record database according to the network freight platform payment serial number and the network platform name; and determining the qualification of the fund flow for the declaration of the network freight invoice based on the invoicing records in the fund flow historical record database or the invoiced balance in the fund flow.

Claims (10)

1. A method for detecting network freight invoice declaration based on multidimensional information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
verifying the compliance of the current transportation business according to the basic transportation information for the declaration of the network freight invoice;
inquiring the electronic toll collection information and the qualification and track information of people, vehicles and users corresponding to the current transportation business from a road network central platform;
according to the electronic toll collection information, checking the consistency of the track information corresponding to the current transportation business;
and if the network freight invoice is consistent with the network freight invoice, applying for the network freight invoice corresponding to the current transport service under the condition that the fund flow water used for the network freight invoice declaration and the information of the Unionpay system are qualified.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of checking the consistency of the track information corresponding to the current transportation service according to the ETC information comprises:
traversing the electronic toll collection information according to a time sequence, and determining the sum of the mileage between all adjacent counties;
inquiring the planned path distance from the starting point region to the end point region in the track information;
and comparing the planned path distance from the starting point region county to the end point region county, and if the sum of the mileage between all adjacent region counties meets the Manhattan distance constraint, determining the consistency of the track information corresponding to the current transportation service.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of verifying compliance with current shipping services based on the base shipping information for network shipping invoice presentment, the method further comprises:
constructing a fund flow history record database according to the fund flow records which are invoiced and verified;
constructing an index for the single number and the transportation contract of each invoiced and verified fund flow record; the fund flow record comprises basic information, attribute information and invoicing amount information.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step of checking the consistency of the track information corresponding to the current transportation service according to the ETC information, the method further comprises:
and verifying the compliance of the qualification and track information of people, vehicles and users corresponding to the current transportation business according to the basic transportation information for declaring the invoice.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and updating the capital flow historical record database after applying for the network freight invoice corresponding to the current transportation service, or updating the capital flow historical record database according to a preset time period.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of applying for the network freight invoice corresponding to the current transportation service in case that the fund flow and the Unionpay system information for the network freight invoice declaration are qualified comprises:
according to the payment serial number and the name of the network freight platform, checking the qualification of capital serial used for the declaration of the network freight invoice;
and verifying the integrity and consistency of the information of the Unionpay system based on the fund flow historical record database.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of verifying eligibility of the flow of funds for the network shipping invoice submission based on the network shipping platform payment serial number and the network platform name comprises:
inquiring from the capital flow history database according to the payment serial number and the name of the network freight platform;
and determining the qualification of the capital flow for the declaration of the network freight invoice based on the invoicing record existing in the capital flow historical record database or the balance which is not invoiced in the capital flow.
8. An apparatus for verifying network freight invoice declaration based on multidimensional information, comprising:
the verification module verifies the compliance of the current transportation business according to the basic transportation information used for the declaration of the network freight invoice;
the query module is used for querying the electronic toll collection information and the qualification and track information of people, vehicles and users corresponding to the current transportation business from the road network center platform;
the checking module is used for checking the consistency of the track information corresponding to the current transportation business according to the electronic toll collection information;
and if the network freight invoice is consistent with the network freight invoice, applying for the network freight invoice corresponding to the current transportation service under the condition that the fund flow for the network freight invoice declaration and the information of the Unionpay system are qualified.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
