one end of the inflating rod (442) is fixedly connected with the piston (443);
the piston (443) is positioned inside the pumping chamber (441);

the bottom end of the tapping mechanism (151) is positioned in the cutter handle of the cutter body (1);
the tapping mechanism (151) is located in front of the threaded sealing button (142);
the bottom end of the tapping mechanism (151) is fixedly connected with the top end of the piezoelectric ceramic (152);
the phosphor copper sheet (154) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the piezoelectric ceramic (152); the bottom end of the piezoelectric ceramic (152) is provided with the metal layer (153);
the phosphorus copper sheet (154) is fixedly connected with one end of the first lead (155);
the metal layer (153) is fixedly connected with one end of the second lead (156);
the other end of the first lead (155) is inserted into the injection port of the injection hole channel (141);
the other end of the second lead wire (156) is inserted into the injection port of the injection hole channel (141);
