Background
The rod-type liquid level meter is used for measuring the liquid level of an oil leakage pit of a daily oil storage tank of a diesel engine of a nuclear power station, the liquid level meter is long in service time, performance parameters of the liquid level meter are reduced, and therefore the existing rod-type liquid level meter needs to be upgraded and replaced.
However, installing an upgraded and replaced lever-type level gauge requires cutting and welding the level bracket between tanks, which is a high risk operation and may cause industrial safety accidents by some carelessness.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a device for fixing a rod-type level gauge, which can be used to mount the rod-type level gauge, effectively improve the mounting efficiency and avoid the operational risk.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the rod-type instrument fixing device provided by the invention comprises a fixing device main body 1, a fastening stud 2, a fastening nut 3, a gasket 4 and a rod-type instrument bracket 11. The fixing device main body 1 comprises a non-threaded tubular column 5 and a threaded tubular column 6, the non-threaded tubular column 5 is fixedly connected with the threaded tubular column 6, in the embodiment, the non-threaded tubular column 5 and the threaded tubular column 6 are of an integrally formed structure, and the fixing device main body 1 consisting of the non-threaded tubular column 5 and the threaded tubular column 6 is externally combined to form a convex framework. As shown in fig. 4, when the fixing device of the present invention is used to fix and mount the rod meter 10, the rod meter 10 can be fixed and clamped in the direction of the vertical rod by rotating and fastening the two fastening studs 2, which are 180 degrees from each other, inward in the direction of the vertical rod.
As shown in fig. 3, a thread is processed outside the threaded pipe column 6, the fastening nut 3 and the gasket 4 are respectively matched with the threaded pipe column 6, the fastening nut 3 is installed on the threaded pipe column 6, and the fastening nut 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded pipe column 6. When the fixing device is used for fixing and mounting the rod type instrument 10, the threaded tubular column 6 is mounted on the rod type instrument support 11, the gasket 4 and the fastening nut 3 are respectively mounted at the positions, located at the two sides of the rod type instrument support 11, of the threaded tubular column 6, the two fastening nuts 3 are fastened on the threaded tubular column 6 in a relatively reverse rotation mode, the fixing device is mounted and fixed on the rod type instrument support 11, and the rod type instrument 10 is fixedly clamped in the direction parallel to the rod. As shown in fig. 5, the mounting position of the rod meter 10 can be moved up and down by adjusting the positions of the two fastening nuts 3 on the threaded pipe stub 6, thereby changing the height value of the level measurement.
