Abstract
A flange type tubing hanger for oil extraction and gas production wellhead devices is characterized in that a reducing joint and a mandrel type tubing hanger in the wellhead devices are combined into a new integral part; in a central hole which penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the central hole, both ends of the central hole are processed into conical pipe threaded holes, and a section of cylindrical threaded hole is processed below the conical pipe threaded hole at intervals; the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the flange are respectively provided with a trapezoidal gasket ring groove, uniformly distributed threaded blind holes and cylindrical through holes; the periphery of the flange with the largest diameter is symmetrically provided with a grease injection valve and a pressure release valve which are communicated with a central step hole of the four-way of the oil pipe head; an ultrahigh pressure resistant elastic sealing ring and a set of metal sealing components with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines are respectively arranged on the cylinder body and the screw cylinder body below the sealing ring. Therefore, the oil pipe hanger has the dual functions of the reducing joint and the oil pipe hanger in the wellhead device, and the problems of heaviness, leakage, looseness, high price and the like caused by the fact that the oil pipe hanger is fixed by locking screws are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wellhead device component in petroleum machinery and drilling and production equipment.
Background
At present, oil pipe hanger parts in the existing oil extraction or gas production well mouth devices at home and abroad are all arranged at the upper part in a step hole at the center of a four-way joint of an oil pipe head in the well mouth device and are compressed and fixed by locking screws with sealing components which are uniformly distributed on the periphery of a flange on the four-way joint of the oil pipe head. Despite the long history of use of the basic structure and fastening of existing tubing hangers, there are a number of undesirable problems: firstly, a plurality of locking screws with sealing components are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the flange on the four-way joint of the oil pipe head, so that the structural strength of the four-way joint of the oil pipe head is weakened, the thickness of the upper flange has to be artificially increased in order to ensure the working safety of the four-way joint under the ultrahigh pressure working condition, and the large and heavy products and the waste of metal materials are caused. One sealing assembly with more than ten uniformly distributed locking screws is leaked and needs urgent repair to prevent fire or poisoning accidents; the rush repair of high-pressure and ultrahigh-pressure oil or gas production equipment consumes manpower and material resources inevitably, and the loss is greater if a safety accident occurs. And thirdly, processing more than ten radial threaded high-precision stepped holes uniformly distributed on the periphery of the flange on the four-way joint of the oil pipe head, locking screws with the same quantity and complex structures and matched high-pressure-resistant sealing components, which is not easy, needs to consume a large amount of manpower and material resources, and increases the production cost and the product price. Fourthly, the joint of the upper end of the oil pipe hanger and the central hole of the reducing joint is sealed, which is always a troublesome problem; the oil gas leakage is easily caused by the influence of various factors such as sealing space, repeated positioning, form and position tolerance, ultrahigh pressure and the like, and further the metal sealing gasket ring between the four-way joint and the reducing joint of the oil pipe head is corroded and damaged, so that a major oil gas leakage accident is caused. Fifthly, although the existing oil pipe hanger is compressed and fixed by a plurality of locking screws, the oil pipe hanger still loosens and rotates in the complex well condition and the subsequent operation process, which can cause the sealing failure of the oil pipe hanger or the falling of the oil pipe connected by the taper pipe thread, thereby causing major equipment accidents and economic loss. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a method for fixing the tubing hanger.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a brand-new flange type oil pipe hanger, which simultaneously replaces two different parts of an original reducing joint and an original oil pipe hanger in a wellhead device and avoids a plurality of problems existing in the fixation of the existing oil pipe hanger by locking screws.
The invention comprises a flange suspension body, two sealing elements and parts for grease injection; the characteristics are as follows: the flange with large diameter and a layer of steps is arranged above the flange suspension body, and the columnar bodies with small diameters and different thicknesses are arranged below the flange suspension body; in a central hole penetrating through the upper flange and the lower cylindrical body, the upper end and the lower end of the central hole are both processed into conical pipe threaded holes, and a section of cylindrical threaded hole is processed at intervals below the conical pipe threaded hole at the upper end; the upper end surface of the flange is provided with a trapezoidal gasket ring groove and uniformly distributed threaded blind holes; the lower end surface of the flange is provided with a trapezoidal gasket ring groove and uniformly distributed cylindrical through holes; two stepped holes with taper pipe threads at the inlet and right-angled turns at the tail end are symmetrically processed on the circumferential edge with the largest flange diameter, and a grease injection valve and a pressure release valve are respectively arranged at the orifice; an ultrahigh pressure resistant elastic sealing ring is arranged in a groove in the middle of a cylinder with the thickest diameter below the flange suspension body; and metal sealing components with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines are arranged on the cylinder and the screw cylinder below the thickest cylinder of the flange suspension body.
Further, the metal sealing assembly with the three layers of inner and outer sealing lines is formed by combining three layers of superposed metal sealing rings with splayed cross sections, a support ring with a trapezoidal cross section above, a round nut and a set screw from top to bottom.
Furthermore, the ultrahigh pressure resistant elastic sealing ring is provided with parallel straight edges at the upper part and the lower part of the section, an arc-shaped groove is arranged at the inner edge, and an arc-shaped bulge is arranged at the outer edge; the main body material is FKM fluororubber or HNBR high saturated hydrogenated nitrile rubber, and two spring rings made of stainless steel wires are respectively embedded at two shoulders of the convex end of the main body material.
The flange of the flange type oil pipe hanger is fixed on the oil pipe head cross-way by using a stud nut and a sealing gasket ring, and the oil pipe hanger is firmly fixed in a central hole of the oil pipe head cross-way, so that a plurality of locking screws and a sealing assembly matched with the locking screws are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the upper flange of the oil pipe head cross-way and used for tightly pressing and fixing the oil pipe hanger, the thickness of the upper flange increased due to weakening of the structural strength of the oil pipe head cross-way is avoided, the accidents of oil gas leakage at the sealing parts of the locking screws are avoided, the problems of difficult sealing and easy leakage at the connecting part of the upper end of the oil pipe hanger and the reducing joint are avoided, and the problems of sealing failure of the oil pipe hanger due to loosening or rotation, or the accidents of falling off of an oil pipe connected by a taper pipe thread, economic loss and the like are avoided. In addition, the elastic sealing ring made of the composite material with the new structure is adopted to replace a common O-shaped rubber sealing ring, so that the ultrahigh pressure resistance of the elastic sealing ring can be obviously improved; the metal seal assembly with three layers of inner and outer seal lines is adopted to replace the common metal seal assembly with one or two seal lines, so that the reliability of metal seal is further improved, and the overall quality and performance of the wellhead device are increased again.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:
in fig. 1 and 2, the invention is formed by combining a flange suspension body with a unique structure, two brand-new sealing elements and parts for grease injection. The flange suspension body 1 is provided with a flange with a large diameter and a layer of steps at the upper part and cylindrical bodies with small diameters and different thicknesses at the lower part; in the central hole of the upper flange and the lower cylindrical body, the upper end and the lower end are processed into taper pipe threaded holes which are respectively used for connecting a suspender and an oil pipe; a section of cylindrical threaded hole is machined at intervals below the threaded hole of the upper end taper pipe and is used for installing a back pressure valve during maintenance of a wellhead device; the upper end surface of the flange is provided with a trapezoidal cushion ring groove and uniformly distributed threaded blind holes which are connected with an oil extraction tree or a gas extraction tree; a trapezoidal backing ring groove and uniformly distributed cylindrical through holes which are connected with the four-way 11 of the oil pipe head are processed on the lower end surface of the flange; two stepped holes with taper pipe threads at the inlet and right-angled turning ends are symmetrically processed on the circumferential edge with the largest flange diameter, and a grease injection valve 2 and a pressure release valve 8 are respectively arranged at the orifice and are used for injecting sealing grease into a gap between the flange suspension body 1 and the tubing head four-way 11; an elastic sealing ring 3 resistant to ultrahigh pressure is arranged in a groove in the middle of a cylinder with the thickest diameter below the flange suspension body 1; and metal sealing components with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines are arranged on the cylinder and the screw cylinder below the thickest cylinder of the flange hanger body 1 and are used for sealing the oil pipe hanger.
The metal sealing component with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines used in the invention is formed by combining three layers of superposed metal sealing rings 4 with splayed sections, a support ring 5 with a trapezoidal section above, a round nut 6 and a set screw 7 from top to bottom. The outer diameters of the metal sealing rings 4, the support rings 5 and the round nuts 6 are gradually decreased, the metal sealing rings are arranged in the central step hole of the sleeve four-way joint 11, the support rings 5 and the three layers of metal sealing rings 4 are seated and extruded by the weight of an oil pipe hung below the metal sealing rings, so that the edges of the metal sealing rings 4 are respectively contacted with the cylindrical body of the flange hanging body 1 and the wall of the central step hole of the oil pipe head four-way joint 11, and metal sealing with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines is formed.
In fig. 3, the section of the elastic seal ring 3 for resisting ultra-high pressure used in the present invention is a straight line edge with parallel upper and lower sides, the inner edge has an arc-shaped groove, and the outer edge has an arc-shaped protrusion; the main body material is 'FKM fluororubber' or 'HNBR high-saturation hydrogenated nitrile rubber', and two spring rings made of stainless steel wires are respectively embedded at two shoulders of the protruding end of the main body material, so that deformation and damage of the main body material under the ultrahigh-pressure working condition can be effectively reduced.
When the oil pipe head four-way joint is used, after a suspender and an oil pipe are respectively connected through taper pipe threaded holes at the upper end and the lower end of a center hole of a flange suspension body 1, a columnar body below the flange suspension body 1, an elastic sealing ring 3 and a metal sealing assembly 4 are matched with a step hole in the center of the oil pipe head four-way joint 11 for setting, and then a stud nut 9 and a sealing backing ring 10 are used for fixing the oil pipe head four-way joint above the oil pipe head four-way joint 11; and through the grease injection valve 2 and the pressure release valve 8 arranged on the flange edge above, sealing grease is injected into the cavity in the central step hole of the four-way joint 11 of the oil pipe head; then the hanger rod is folded, and the hanger rod is connected with the Christmas tree or the gas production tree through a trapezoidal annular gasket groove on the upper end surface of the flange and uniformly distributed threaded blind holes, so that oil extraction or gas production can be carried out.

1. A flange type tubing hanger for oil extraction and gas production wellhead devices comprises a flange hanger body, two sealing elements and parts for grease injection; the method is characterized in that: the flange with large diameter and a layer of steps is arranged above the flange suspension body, and the columnar bodies with small diameter and different thickness are arranged below the flange suspension body; in a central hole penetrating through the upper flange and the lower cylindrical body, the upper end and the lower end of the central hole are both processed into conical pipe threaded holes, and a section of cylindrical threaded hole is processed at intervals below the conical pipe threaded hole at the upper end; the upper end surface of the flange is provided with a trapezoidal gasket ring groove and uniformly distributed threaded blind holes; the lower end surface of the flange is provided with a trapezoidal gasket ring groove and uniformly distributed cylindrical through holes; two stepped holes with taper pipe threads at the inlet and right-angled turns at the tail end are symmetrically processed on the circumferential edge with the largest flange diameter, and a grease injection valve and a pressure release valve are respectively arranged at the orifice; an ultrahigh pressure resistant elastic sealing ring is arranged in a groove in the middle of a cylinder with the thickest diameter below the flange suspension body; and metal sealing components with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines are arranged on the cylinder body and the screw cylinder body below the thickest cylinder body of the flange suspension body 1.

A flange tubing hanger for an oil and gas production wellhead assembly according to claim 1 wherein: the metal sealing assembly with three layers of inner and outer sealing lines is formed by combining three layers of superposed metal sealing rings with splayed sections, a support ring with a trapezoidal section above, a round nut and a set screw from top to bottom.

A flange tubing hanger for an oil and gas production wellhead assembly according to claim 2 wherein: the ultrahigh pressure resistant elastic sealing ring is provided with parallel linear edges at the upper part and the lower part of the section, an arc-shaped groove is arranged at the inner edge, and an arc-shaped bulge is arranged at the outer edge; the main body material is FKM fluororubber or HNBR high saturated hydrogenated nitrile rubber, and two spring rings made of stainless steel wires are respectively embedded at two shoulders of the convex end of the main body material.
