Abstract
The invention provides a compression packer rubber cylinder with a deformation element, which comprises a rubber cylinder and an anti-outburst pressure ring, wherein the rubber cylinder is arranged between a central pipe and a sleeve, flanges are arranged at two sides of the rubber cylinder, metal elastic rings are vulcanized at the inner sides close to an upper shoulder and a lower shoulder respectively, the metal elastic rings form a deformation cavity with a hoof-shaped outline by an expansion section and a pressure-bearing section, and the metal elastic rings deform outwards after being pressed, so that the deformation of the rubber cylinder is supported and compensated, and the contact pressure of a sealing surface is increased. The anti-outburst pressure ring is arranged on the upper shoulder and the lower shoulder of the rubber cylinder, the outer edge of the anti-outburst pressure ring is composed of a shoulder neck on the outer side and two sections of butterfly wings close to the rubber cylinder, the highest position of each butterfly wing is of an arc-shaped protruding structure, axial annular grooves are formed in the end portions, close to the rubber cylinder, of the inner edge of the anti-outburst pressure ring, the anti-outburst pressure ring is matched with flanges at two ends of the rubber cylinder, a pressurizing gap is formed in the axial direction. Technical Field
The invention relates to a compression packer for high-pressure fracturing in a petroleum exploitation well, in particular to a compression packer rubber barrel with a deformation element.
Background
The compression type packer is the most widely used packer type in the oil exploitation process, and provides effective guarantee for normal production of oil exploitation and smooth implementation of various underground process measures. The rubber sleeve is a core component of the packer for playing a role in sealing annular space, isolating a production layer and the like, and the performance of the rubber sleeve directly influences the success rate and the production cost of petroleum production process measures or not. When the sealing ring works, under the action of an axial load, the rubber cylinder is axially pressed and radially expands and deforms, and the annular gap is sealed by the contact stress generated between the rubber cylinder and the sleeve pipe and the central pipe. When the traditional barrel-shaped rubber barrel is pressed, the middle radial deformation is large, the two ends deformation is small, the effective sealing width is small, and the shoulder stress concentration of the rubber barrel under high pressure easily causes the shoulder protrusion phenomenon, so that the sealing performance and the service life of the rubber barrel are influenced.

The highest position of the butterfly wing section of the outer edge of the outburst prevention pressure ring, which is close to the shoulder part of the rubber cylinder, is of an arc-shaped protruding structure, so that the outburst of rubber cylinder materials under high pressure can be prevented, a complete continuous surface support is provided for the end part of the rubber cylinder, and the rubber cylinder is protected from oil gas erosion to a great extent.
The inner edge of the anti-extrusion ring is provided with a semicircular groove at the matching part with the rubber cylinder flange, so that a butterfly wing section at the outer edge of the anti-extrusion ring can generate larger deformation when being subjected to axial load, the extrusion of a material at the shoulder part of the rubber cylinder is prevented, and the service life of the rubber cylinder is prolonged. The anti-extrusion ring is matched with the flanges at the two ends of the rubber cylinder, and a pressurizing gap is axially arranged, so that the installation and uniform pressurization are facilitated.

As shown in figure 1, the compression packer rubber sleeve with the deformation element comprises a rubber sleeve 3 between a central pipe 1 and a sleeve 2 and an anti-bulge pressing ring 7 sleeved at the upper end part and the lower end part of the rubber sleeve 3. Flanges are arranged on two sides of the rubber cylinder 3, metal elastic rings 4 are vulcanized on the inner sides close to the upper shoulder and the lower shoulder, and the metal elastic rings 4 are deformation cavities consisting of expansion sections 5 and pressure-bearing sections 6. And the pressurizing gap 11 is arranged at the matching part of the anti-bulge compression ring 7 and the flanges at the two ends of the rubber cylinder 3, so that the installation and the uniform pressurization are facilitated.
In conclusion, the compression type packer rubber cylinder with the deformation element has the advantages of compact structure and reasonable design, effectively solves the problems that the contact stress of the sealing surface is reduced and the upper end part and the lower end part of the sealing rubber cylinder protrude or even extrude into the annular space in the long-time underground working process of the packer rubber cylinder, and improves the reliability and the sealing capability of the rubber cylinder in the high-temperature and high-pressure underground working environment.

The compression packer rubber barrel with the deformation element is characterized by comprising a rubber barrel (3) between a central pipe (1) and a sleeve (2) and an anti-bulge pressing ring (7) sleeved at the upper end part and the lower end part of the rubber barrel (3). Flanges are arranged on two sides of the rubber cylinder (3), metal elastic rings (4) are vulcanized on the inner sides close to the upper shoulder and the lower shoulder, and the metal elastic rings (4) are deformation chambers formed by expansion sections (5) and pressure-bearing sections (6). The outer fringe of the outburst-prevention and outburst-prevention pressure ring (7) sleeved on the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the rubber cylinder (3) is composed of a shoulder neck section (10) on the outer side and a butterfly wing section (8) on the inner side, the outburst-prevention pressure ring (7) is provided with a semicircular groove (9) in the radial direction of a flange matching portion of the rubber cylinder (3), and is matched with flanges at two ends of the rubber cylinder (3) and provided with a pressurizing gap (11) in the axial direction.
