Weighing SBS, anti-aging agent, surfactant, tire rubber powder and adhesive according to a certain mass ratio, and placing the weighed and proportioned raw materials in different containers respectively for processing;
s3: mixing and stirring
Pouring SBS, a surfactant and tire rubber powder into a stirring device, fully stirring and mixing the SBS, the surfactant and the tire rubber powder at normal temperature to uniformly mix the SBS, the surfactant and the tire rubber powder together, then adding the weighed anti-aging agent and adhesive into the mixture of the SBS, the surfactant and the tire rubber powder, heating the mixture to 150-200 ℃ and stirring at high speed for 100-150 min;
s4: discharge cooling
