SEBS is a linear triblock copolymer with polystyrene as a terminal segment and an ethylene-butylene copolymer obtained by hydrogenation of polybutadiene as a middle elastic block. The SEBS does not contain unsaturated double bonds, so the SEBS has good stability and aging resistance, has plasticity and high elasticity, and can be processed and used without vulcanization;
PP is a plastic called polypropylene, has high impact resistance and strong mechanical property, and resists corrosion of various organic solvents and acid and alkali;
the TPU is a high polymer material formed by the joint reaction and polymerization of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI), macromolecular polyol and a chain extender, and the naphthenic oil has partial properties of aromatic hydrocarbons and linear hydrocarbons, so that the naphthenic oil can have good compatibility with EPDM, TPU, SEBS and PP, the TPU, SEBS and PP rubber materials are uniformly dispersed in the EPDM, and the wear resistance and the weather resistance of the EPDM are improved.
