As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 8, the moving base 29 includes a supporting frame 36, the supporting frame 36 is formed by fixedly connecting square pipes, a second driving motor 37 is installed on the supporting frame 36, the second driving motor 37 can be a servo motor or a stepping motor, and is beneficial to controlling the rotating speed and the number of rotating turns, a second ball screw 38 is installed at the output end of the second driving motor 37, a sliding block 39 is further arranged on the supporting frame 36, a second screw bearing 40 matched with the second ball screw 38 is installed on the sliding block 39, and the second driving motor 37 rotates to drive the sliding block 39 to move. The sliding block 39 is hinged with a top rod 41, the other end of the top rod 41 is hinged with a turnover frame 42, the side edge of the turnover frame 42 is further provided with a rotating shaft 43, and the second driving motor 37 rotates to enable the turnover frame 42 to rotate along the rotating shaft 43, so that the manual platform 28 of the manual platform presents different inclination angles, manual re-judgment of the panel from different angles is facilitated for operators, and the working efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment, the turnover frame 42 is further provided with a plurality of guide rails 44 and guide rail sliders 45 matched with the guide rails 44, the guide rail sliders 45 are provided with sliding plates 47, the sliding plates 47 are provided with the brackets 33, and the brackets 33 are pushed to enable the manual platforms 28 to slide along the guide rails 44, so that the panel judgment of an operator is further facilitated.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
s1, after a panel is conveyed to a designated position by a roller assembly 7, a lifting cylinder 16 extends out, a screw rod module 15 drives a longitudinal alignment piece 17 to move longitudinally, an alignment module 10 drives a transverse alignment piece 12 to move transversely, and the transverse alignment piece 12 and the longitudinal alignment piece 17 position the panel in a designated area;
s2, the vertical screw rod assembly 19 drives the suction cup frame assembly 20 to move downwards to suck the panel on the roller wheel assembly 7, after the vertical screw rod assembly 19 moves upwards to lift the panel for a certain distance, the first driving motor 22 rotates to enable the transverse mounting rod 18 and the vertical screw rod assembly 19 to move along the rack 1, and after the panel moves to the upper side of the re-judging platform 5, the vertical screw rod assembly 19 moves downwards to place the panel on the re-judging platform 5;
when the panel is re-judged on the re-judgment platform 5, an operator can control the second driving motor 37 to move so that the ejector rod 41 of the second driving motor can lift the turnover frame 42 and rotate around the rotating shaft 43, and further the manual platform 28 and the panel can present different inclination angles, so that the manual re-judgment of the panel from different angles can be facilitated by the operator, the working efficiency is improved, the operator can also push the bracket 33 so that the manual platform 28 can slide along the guide rail 44, and the panel re-judgment of the operator is further facilitated;
s3, after the front side of the panel is detected, the vertical screw rod assembly 19 moves downwards to adsorb the panel on the manual platform 28 and transfer the panel to the turnover mechanism 4;
s4, the overturning motor 24 rotates to enable the overturning sucker assembly 27 to rotate 180 degrees, the reverse side of the panel faces upwards at the moment, the movable machine base 29 is pushed by the horizontal moving motor 30 to horizontally move to the lower side of the overturning mechanism 4, the overturning sucker assembly 27 places the panel on the manual platform 28 under the action of the lifting linear module 23, and after the movable machine base 29 is moved to a proper position by the horizontal moving motor 30, an operator carries out reverse side re-judgment;
s5, after the back face of the panel is judged again, the lifting mechanism 3 transfers the panel on the manual platform 28 to the roller wheel assembly 7, and the roller wheel assembly 7 conveys the panel to the next procedure.
