Example one
Fig. 1 is a first state diagram of a method for loading freight by a truck according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a second state diagram of the method for loading freight by a truck according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a third state diagram of the method for loading freight by a truck according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 4 is a fourth state diagram of the method for loading goods on the truck according to the embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the truck 100 in the embodiment of the present application includes a bed 110 and a cargo loading device 200 disposed on the bed 110, the cargo loading device 200 includes a fixed pulley disposed at an upper portion of the bed 110 and a loading rope 220 wound around the fixed pulley, and both ends of the loading rope 220 can be pulled to change the length of two loading ropes, i.e., a section between a first end of the loading rope 220 and a fixing member and a section between a second end of the loading rope 220 and the fixing member.
The method for loading goods by the truck comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 1, the first end of the loading rope 220 is connected to a first fixture, the second end is connected to a first section of the cargo 300 to be loaded, the first section is a section between the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded and the midpoint of the cargo 300 to be loaded, the first fixture is an object which is located behind the truck 100 and fixed to the ground, that is, as shown in fig. 1, when the cargo is loaded, the first end (D) of the loading rope 220 is first fixed so that the position of the first end (D) of the loading rope 220 is kept unchanged, and then the second end is connected to the cargo 300 to be loaded for pulling the cargo 300 to be loaded, wherein the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is the end of the cargo 300 to be loaded close to the truck 100.
After the first end of the loading rope 220 is fixed and the second end is connected to the goods 300 to be loaded, the truck 100 is started to make the truck 100 advance forward along the first direction, at this time, as one end (D) of the loading rope 220 is fixed, the CD section of the loading rope 220 in fig. 1 becomes longer gradually and the BC section of the loading rope 220 becomes shorter gradually as the truck 100 advances, wherein B is the front end of the goods 300 to be loaded, a is the rear end of the goods 300 to be loaded, C is the contact point of the fixed pulley and the loading rope 220, the BC section of the loading rope 220 becomes shorter gradually, the loading rope 220 has an upward component force on the goods 300 to be loaded, as the loading rope 220 is connected to the first section of the goods 300 to be loaded, so that the loading rope 220 pulls the goods 300 to be loaded forward and lifts the front end of the goods 300 to be loaded relative to the ground and extends into the carriage 110, and the rear end (the end of the goods 300 to be loaded far from the goods 100) is positioned on the ground 400 as shown in fig. 2. That is, the truck 100 moves forward, the loading rope 220, the fixed pulley and the truck 100 cooperate to pull the cargo 300 to be loaded to move forward along the first direction, and lift the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded, and as the truck 100 moves forward, the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is lifted and extends into the compartment 110;
when the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded extends into the carriage 110, the truck 100 is stopped, and after the truck 100 is stopped, the connection between the loading rope 220 and the first fixture and the first segment is respectively released, that is, when the loading rope 220 pulls the cargo 300 to be loaded so that the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is lifted to be higher than the lower end surface of the carriage 110 and the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is located in the carriage 110, the truck 100 is stopped from moving forward, and at this time, the first step loading of the cargo 300 to be loaded is completed, that is, the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is loaded into the carriage 110 first, and at this time, the rear end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is supported on the ground 400. After the first loading step of loading cargo 300 is completed, the first and second ends of loading rope 220 are released and the first and second ends of loading rope 220 are re-secured.
As shown in fig. 3, the first end of the re-fixing loading rope 220 is connected to a second fixing object, and the second end is connected to a second section of the cargo 300 to be loaded, the second section being a section between the rear end of the cargo 300 to be loaded and the midpoint of the cargo 300 to be loaded, that is, the re-fixing loading rope 220 is also fixed at one end so that the position thereof is kept constant, and the other end is connected to the cargo 300 to be loaded for pulling the cargo 300 to be loaded, wherein the second fixing object is an object which is located behind the truck 100 and fixed to the ground.
It is worth noting that the first fixture and the second fixture may both be ground 400, wherein the first time the loading string 220 is fixed to the ground 400 is different from the second time the loading string 220 is fixed to the ground 400. Alternatively, loading line 220 may be anchored to ground 400 by an anchor or the like. In addition, the first fixture and the second fixture may also be stone, tree, or the like fixed on the ground 400.
After the load rope 220 is fixed again, the truck 100 is started, the truck 100 advances forward along the first direction, as the truck 100 advances, the CD section of the load rope 220 in fig. 3 becomes longer gradually, the BC section of the load rope 220 becomes shorter gradually, and while the BC section of the load rope 220 becomes shorter gradually, the load rope 220 has an upward component force to the load 300 to be loaded, so that the rear end of the load 300 to be loaded is lifted, and the load 300 to be loaded moves into the carriage 110 integrally. That is, the truck 100 travels forward in the first direction, and the loading rope 220, the fixed pulley and the truck 100 cooperate to pull the object 300 to be loaded to move forward, so that the rear end of the object 300 to be loaded is lifted.
As shown in fig. 4, when the rear end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is loaded in the carriage 110 or the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded abuts against the front end of the carriage 110, the truck 100 stops, that is, when the length of the cargo 300 to be loaded is greater than that of the carriage 110, and when the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded abuts against the front end of the carriage 110, the operation of the truck 100 is stopped, the loading of the cargo 300 to be loaded is completed, and the cargo is prevented from being damaged or the carriage 110 is damaged due to the fact that the end of the cargo 300 to be loaded, which is close to the head, abuts against the end of the carriage 110, which is close to the head, as the truck 100 continues to advance; when the length of the object 300 to be loaded is smaller than the length of the carriage 110, the operation of the truck 100 is stopped when the rear end of the object 300 to be loaded is loaded in the carriage 110, and the loading of the object 300 to be loaded is completed, because the object 300 to be loaded cannot move further into the carriage 110 even if the object 300 to be loaded continues to move forward.
The above process is repeated to complete the loading of the plurality of goods 300 to be loaded.
In some embodiments of the present application, in the step of connecting the first end of the loading rope 220 to the first fixture and the second end to the first section of the cargo 300 to be loaded, the second end of the loading rope 220 is connected to the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded, and the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is the position B of the cargo 300 to be loaded as shown in fig. 1, which can prevent the cargo 300 to be loaded from deflecting during the pulling of the loading rope 220, affecting the accurate protrusion of the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded into the wagon 110, that is, if the loading rope 220 is connected to the area near the midpoint of the cargo 300 to be loaded in the first section of the cargo 300 to be loaded, the cargo 300 to be loaded is prone to deflecting under the blocking effect of some obstacles on the ground 400 during the pulling of the loading rope 220, and if the cargo 300 to be loaded deflects during the pulling of the loading rope 220, the end of the cargo 300 to be loaded may be deflected near the wagon 100 to the outside of the left side or the wagon 110, so that the end of the cargo 300 to be loaded near the right side of the wagon 100 is further prevented from protruding into the wagon 110.
In some embodiments of the present application, in the step of disconnecting the loading rope 220 from the first fixture and the first section, respectively, and connecting the first end of the loading rope 220 to the second fixture and the second end to the second section of the cargo 300 to be loaded, respectively, after the truck 100 is stopped when the front end of the cargo 300 to be loaded is inserted into the compartment 110, the second end of the re-fastened loading rope 220 is connected to the rear end of the cargo 300 to be loaded, which is the position a of the cargo 300 to be loaded as shown in fig. 3. This arrangement can prevent the goods 300 to be loaded from deflecting in the compartment 110, which results in loading irregularity of the goods 300 to be loaded, that is, if the loading rope 220 is fixed at the area near the midpoint of the goods 300 to be loaded in the second section of the goods 300 to be loaded, the goods 300 to be loaded can easily deflect in the compartment 110 during the pulling of the loading rope 220, and if the goods 300 to be loaded deflect during the pulling of the loading rope 220, the goods 300 to be loaded can be loaded obliquely in the compartment 110, which is inconvenient for loading and transporting the goods.
In some embodiments of the present application, loading line 220 may be a hemp line, a nylon line, a steel wire rope, or the like.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to ensure that the front end of the goods 300 to be loaded smoothly extends into the carriage 110, a pulling rope is arranged on the loading rope at the BC section in fig. 2, and when the height of lifting the front end of the goods 300 to be loaded is not enough to extend into the carriage 110, the pulling rope is pulled backwards along the first direction to slow down the movement of the goods 300 to be loaded, so as to increase the height of lifting the front end of the goods 300 to be loaded, thereby ensuring that the front end of the goods 300 to be loaded can extend into the carriage 110.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fixed pulley is disposed at the top of the rear end of the car 110 and is movable in the width direction of the car 110, and when loading of one piece of cargo 300 is completed, the position of the fixed pulley is moved in the width direction of the car 110, and the method of any of the above solutions is repeated to load the next piece of cargo to be loaded, and this arrangement enables the cargo 300 to be loaded at different positions in the car 110.
In the present embodiment, the cargo 300 to be loaded is a column structure having a length greater than the distance between the lower end surface of the car 110 and the ground 400.
