Example 4
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a method for using a film covering device based on embodiments 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
step one, mounting the highlight protection film and the dust-free film-coated paper, wherein the step one also comprises the steps of mounting the dust-free film-coated paper between the dust-free paper limiting mechanism 22 and the conveyor belt 21, starting the motor 214 to enable the conveyor belt 21 to rotate to ensure smooth paper feeding, and mounting the highlight protection film and the highlight protection film guide roller 23;
step two, carrying out electrostatic dust collection on the dust-free coated paper, wherein the step two also comprises the steps of installing a positive motor 241 and a negative motor 242, electrifying an electrostatic conduction pipe 242 to generate an electrostatic field, and enabling a dust collection guide roller 244 to be in contact with the dust-free coated paper to carry out electrostatic adsorption on fine dust;
and step three, pressing and laminating the dustless film coated paper of the hard light protection film, and then cutting, wherein the step three also comprises that the pressing and laminating roller 231 rotates to press and laminate the dustless film coated paper of the hard light protection film, the hydraulic telescopic rod 31 is started to press the pressure plate 32 downwards, and the cutting knife 321 is matched with the cutting groove plate 33 to cut the dustless film coated paper of the hard light protection film after film coating.
The operation of the film-coating device and the method of using the same will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1-7, firstly, the dust-free coated paper is installed between the conveyor belt 21 and the dust-free paper limiting mechanism 22, the elastic pressing ball 2211 and the elastic expanding pad 2212 are pressed against each other to make the hockey stick 222 generate downward pressure, the pressing elastic ring 223 limits the edge of the dust-free coated paper in a pressing manner, meanwhile, the pressing elastic ring 223 rolls to facilitate the conveyor belt 21 to carry the dust-free coated paper for paper feeding, then, the positive and negative motors 241 are inserted into the electrostatic conduction pipe 242, the electrostatic conduction pipe 242 is energized to generate an electrostatic field, the electric conduction ring 2421 transmits current to the dust collection guide roller 244, the dust collection guide roller 244 rolls on the surface of the dust-free coated paper during paper feeding to collect fine particle dust adhered to the surface of the dust-free coated paper by using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, finally, the hydraulic telescopic rod 31 makes the pressure plate 32 move downward, and the cutting knife 321 cooperates with the cutting slot plate 33 to cut the strong light coated film.
The present invention has been described in general terms, but it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made based on the present invention. Therefore, modifications or improvements are within the scope of the invention without departing from the spirit of the inventive concept.
Claims (10)
1. A film covering device comprises a film covering device main body (1), wherein the film covering device main body (1) comprises a film covering device shell (11), and is characterized in that: the inside of tectorial membrane device shell (11) is provided with tectorial membrane mechanism (2), the rear end of tectorial membrane mechanism (2) is provided with cuts mechanism (3), tectorial membrane mechanism (2) are including conveyer belt (21), dustless paper stop gear (22) and electrostatic precipitator mechanism (24), conveyer belt (21) set up the middle part at tectorial membrane device shell (11), it cuts mechanism (3) including hydraulic telescoping rod (31), pressure plate (32) and cuts frid (33), the upper end of hydraulic telescoping rod (31) and the internal surface top fixed connection of tectorial membrane device shell (11).
