an auxiliary runner 304 is arranged on the outer surface of each set of sheathing splints 302, the auxiliary runner 304 is fixed with the auxiliary runner 304 through spring hoop 3041 at both ends, an induction shaft 3042 is arranged inside the spring hoop 3041, an inner bearing 3043 is arranged inside the auxiliary runner 304, wherein the induction shaft 3042 and the spring hoop 3041 are of a sliding structure, the auxiliary runner 304 is rotatably connected with the induction shaft 3042 through the inner bearing 3043, when a detection item is performed, a telescopic abutting rod 305 on the inner side of the clamp is retracted to release the fixation between the clamp and a brake disc, and a brake disc is driven to rotate by a test runner shaft frame 4.
Referring to fig. 6, a clamp motor 5 is arranged inside an integrated tooling machine case 2, a torque motor 6 is arranged above the outer side of the clamp motor 5, the torque motor 6 and the clamp motor 5 are connected with the integrated tooling machine case 2 through a bracket, an angle transmission shaft 501 is arranged at one end of the clamp motor 5, a brake disc clamp 3 is rotatably connected with the clamp motor 5 through the angle transmission shaft 501, a torque transmission shaft 601 is arranged at one end of the torque motor 6, the torque transmission shaft 601 is rotatably connected with the torque motor 6, a torque sleeve 602 is arranged at the other end of the torque transmission shaft 601, and the torque sleeve is telescopically connected with the torque transmission shaft 601;
the clamp motor 5 is matched with the angle transmission shaft 501 to control the rotation operation of the brake disc clamp 3;
the torque motor 6 is matched with the torque transmission shaft 601 to control the rotation operation of the torque sleeve 602, the torque sleeve 602 and the torque transmission shaft 601 can also perform telescopic operation, the clamp motor drives the brake disc manufacturing clamp 3 to rotate the preassembly pipe barrels 303 to the torque sleeve 602 area one by one, then the torque sleeve 602 extends into the preassembly pipe barrels 303 to be meshed with the bolts, and then the bolts are screwed into the frame structure through the torque sleeve 602, so that the fixation of the caliper brake disc is completed.

step three: after the installation of a caliper brake disc is finished, bolts for locking are put into the preassembly pipe barrel 303 on the outer side of the brake disc clamp 3, then the installation torque is set through the operation panel 202, after the setting is finished, the clamp motor 5 and the torque motor 6 work simultaneously, and the bolts inside the preassembly pipe barrel 303 are screwed one by one;
step four: after calliper brake disc maintenance, with calliper pre-installation in the oblique side of brake disc to be connected fixedly with it with the frame, move test runner shaft frame 4 to the below of calliper brake disc at last, adjust its height, make the runner paste and lean on at calliper brake disc side, the inboard pole of supporting of anchor clamps is withdrawed, and the runner drives calliper brake disc and rotates, detects its circumferential rotation, withdraws the frock structure after qualified.
