firstly, the driving device 26 on the supporting frame 25 drives the material taking device 28 to move to the position of the unloading motor, the servo motor 97 on the driving device 26 drives the synchronizing wheel 98 to rotate, so that the synchronizing belt 99 on the synchronizing wheel 98 drives the multi-station material taking assembly 88 and the simplex position material taking assembly 89 to move rightwards on the transverse guide rail 27, at this time, the first material taking station of the simplex position material taking assembly 89 moves to the upper side of the feeding rail 8, the third material taking station on the multi-station material taking assembly 88 moves to the second cavity 82 on the positioning mechanism 6, after the target position is reached, the driving cylinders 104 in the multi-station material taking assembly 88 and the simplex position material taking assembly 89 are started, the driving cylinders 104 drive the sliding plate 101 to slide downwards along the longitudinal guide rail 103 on the assembling plate 100, so that the first assembling plate 90 and the second assembling plate 91 on the sliding plate 101 slide to the positions of the micro clamping motors respectively, and the clamping assemblies 95 on the first material taking station and the third material taking station clamp the micro motors on the feeding rail 8 and the second cavity 82 respectively.
Then, when the micro motor is clamped up at the first material taking station and the third material taking station, the servo motor 97 drives the synchronizing wheel 98 to rotate, the synchronizing belt 99 on the synchronizing wheel 98 drives the multi-station material taking assembly 88 and the single-station material taking assembly 89 to move leftwards on the transverse guide rail 27, so that the first material taking station on the single-station material taking assembly 89 moves to the position above the second cavity 82 of the positioning mechanism 6, the second material taking station on the multi-station material taking assembly 88 moves to the position above the material groove 56 of the positioning mechanism 4, the third material taking station moves to one side of the positioning mechanism 4, after the target position is reached, the driving cylinder 104 is started again, the first assembling plate 90 and the second assembling plate 91 are lowered along the longitudinal guide rail 103, so as to drive the first material taking station and the second material taking station to be lowered, then, the clamping jaw 110 on the first material taking station places the micro motor in the second cavity 82 which is emptied by the positioning mechanism 6, the clamping jaw 110 on the second material taking station is synchronously lowered to the position at the material groove 56 so as to complete the processing of the tooth rolling in the loading rail 54, the second assembling plate 90 and the second assembling mechanism 6, and the second assembling plate 100 is lifted up along the longitudinal guide rail 103, and the driving cylinder 104, so as to drive the second assembling mechanism 6 to drive the second assembling mechanism to be lifted up along the second assembling plate 6.
Then, after the first material taking station and the second material taking station complete the lifting of the micro motor, the sliding cylinder on the positioning mechanism 6 is started, the connecting block 115 drives the fixing frame 14 to move rightwards on the slide rail 16, so that the first cavity 81 on the positioning mechanism 6 moves to the lower side of the first material taking station, meanwhile, the adjusting cylinder 92 on the first assembling plate 90 is started, the cylinder shaft in the adjusting cylinder 92 drives the adjusting plate 93 to slide in the guide chute 105 for adjustment, so that the adjusting plate 93 slides to the right side of the first assembling plate 90 along the guide chute 84, so that the third material taking station on the multi-station material taking assembly 88 moves to the upper side of the trough 56 of the positioning mechanism 4, because the orientation of the micro motor on the positioning mechanism 6 is different from the orientation of the micro motor in the positioning mechanism 4, at this time, the rotating cylinders 94 on the second material taking station and the third material taking station are started to respectively rotate the micro motor on the clamping assembly 95 to the appropriate orientation, so that the clamping jaws 110 on the clamping assembly 95 realize the rotation adjustment of different angles.
Then, the first assembling plate 90 and the second assembling plate 91 drive the first material taking station and the third material taking station to descend again under the driving of the driving cylinder 104, the micro motor which finishes the machining of the worm rolling teeth in the first cavity 81 of the positioning mechanism 6 is taken out through the clamping jaw 110 on the first material taking station, meanwhile, the micro motor on the clamping jaw 110 of the third material taking station is placed in the trough 56 of the material loading rail 54 to be subjected to the operation of the worm rolling teeth, and after the unloading operation is finished, the first assembling plate 90 and the second assembling plate 91 ascend along the longitudinal guide rail 103 under the driving of the driving cylinder 104, so that the first material taking station and the third material taking station are driven to finish the ascending action.
Furthermore, when the micro motor is placed in the material groove 56 of the positioning mechanism 4 and lifted up at the third material taking station, the adjusting cylinder 92 on the first assembling plate 90 is started again, the adjusting plate 93 is pulled back reversely through the cylinder shaft, the adjusting plate 93 slides to the left side of the first assembling plate 90 along the guide groove 84, after the action is completed, the servo motor 97 on the driving device 26 is started, the multi-station material taking assembly 88 and the single-station material taking assembly 89 slide to the right on the transverse guide rail 27 under the driving of the synchronizing wheel 98 and the synchronizing belt 99, the first material taking station on the single-station material taking assembly 89 is moved to the upper part of the feeding rail 8, the second material taking station on the multi-station material taking assembly 88 is moved to the upper part of the first cavity 81 of the positioning mechanism 6, after reaching the target position, the cylinder 104 is driven to be started, the first assembling plate 90 and the second assembling plate 91 are lowered down along the longitudinal guide rail 103, thereby driving the first material taking station and the second material taking station to synchronously descend, after descending, the clamping jaw 110 on the first material taking station puts the micro motor completing the worm rolling tooth back into the material feeding rail 8, simultaneously, the clamping jaw 110 on the second material taking station puts the micro motor completing the worm rolling tooth processing into the first cavity 81 to be subjected to positioning operation, then, the driving cylinder 104 is started again to drive the first assembling plate 90 and the second assembling plate 91 to ascend along the longitudinal guide rail 103, then, the adjusting cylinder 92 on the first assembling plate 90 is started again, the adjusting plate 93 is enabled to slide to the right side of the first assembling plate 90 along the guide groove 84 through the cylinder shaft, the material feeding rail 8 sends the micro motor completing the processing out, then, the micro motor to be processed is sent to the lower part of the first material taking station, and the sliding cylinder on the positioning mechanism 6 is started, the fixing frame 14 is driven by the connecting block 115 to move leftwards on the sliding rail 16, so that the first cavity 81 moves to the position below the rotating component 24, the rotating component 24 performs position finding operation on the micro motor which finishes the worm rolling teeth in the first cavity 81, meanwhile, along with the sliding of the fixing frame 14, the second cavity 82, in which the micro motor to be processed is placed, on the position finding mechanism 6 synchronously moves to the position below the third material taking mechanism, so that the third material taking mechanism takes materials, and thus, the process of one-time automatic feeding and discharging in the whole production process is completed.
Further, during the machining process of the worm rolling teeth, workpiece detection is performed firstly, the loading rail 54 is detected through a sensor on the guide plate 46, and whether a motor to be machined on the loading rail 54 is in place or not is confirmed to wait for subsequent machining.
Then, the pushing of the motor is realized through the pushing assembly 11, when the sensor detects that the motor is in place, the pushing cylinder 48 is started, the transmission block 55 is pushed out towards the working cavity through the transmission shaft, at this time, the pushing shaft 60 on the transmission block 55 moves towards the motor, the tail end of the output shaft 114 of the motor is clamped into the second shaft sleeve 61 in the pushing shaft 60, and the loading rail 54 loaded with the motor is pushed out to the oil baffle plate 50 through the transmission block 55.
Then, the positioning assembly 12 is used to position the output shaft 114 of the motor, when the motor is pushed to the oil baffle 50, the output shaft 114 at the front end of the motor passes through the guide hole 77 on the oil baffle 50 and extends out to the working chamber for the rolling teeth, and the front end portion of the output shaft 114 is synchronously inserted into the first shaft sleeve 40 in the bearing 39, at this time, the two ends of the output shaft 114 of the motor are positioned by the first shaft sleeve 40 and the second shaft sleeve 61 respectively, and at the same time, the ejecting cylinder 53 is started, the driving shaft pushes the positioning rod 52 out towards the motor direction through the pushing block 78, so that the positioning rod 52 is coaxially abutted against the output shaft 114 in the first shaft sleeve 40, so as to realize the axial positioning of the output shaft 114 of the motor and prevent the output shaft 114 from axial displacement.
And then, the rollers 5 positioned at the two sides of the rotating seat 10 perform rolling thread processing on the motor output shaft 114, the two rollers 5 are clamped into the working cavity, and the roller 5 at one side presses the motor output shaft 114, so that the motor output shaft 114 is extruded towards the other rolling position, when the roller 5 presses the motor output shaft 114, the rotating seat 10 rotates and swings at a certain angle along the extrusion direction under the action of the installation shaft, and the motor output shaft 114 is effectively protected.
