Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in a first embodiment of a liquid supply system of a medical cleaning device according to the present invention, the medical cleaning device comprises: a controller 120 and at least one liquid supply path for providing a cleaning solution; each liquid supply passage includes: a storage device 111 for storing a cleaning solution; a solution inlet passage 112 extending into the storage device 111; a solution suction device 113 connected to the solution input path 112 for providing a power to make the solution input path 112 take the cleaning solution from the storage device 111 to output to the medical cleaning device; an identification module 114 disposed on the storage device 111; a label recognition module 115 provided corresponding to the solution input path 112 for recognizing the label module 114 and generating identification information; the controller 120 is connected to the solution suction device 113 and the identification module 115 in each liquid supply path, and is configured to receive the identification information, determine that the identification information is normal and control the solution suction device 113 to be in a normal operating state when the identification information is the preset identification information, and otherwise determine that the identification information is abnormal and control the solution suction device 113 to be in an off state. Specifically, one or more liquid supply passages are provided in the liquid supply system, each of which may be used to supply a different type of cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is understood to mean a solution which is transported by the cleaning device, not only a simple solution for the cleaning process, but also various lubricants which are required for the cleaning device or the device to be cleaned. In each liquid supply passage, a storage device 111 for storing a cleaning solution is provided. Each storage device 111 is correspondingly provided with a solution inlet passage 112 extending into the interior thereof for taking a cleaning solution from the interior thereof. Wherein the solution inlet passage 112 is powered by a solution pumping device 113 connected thereto. That is, the solution suction device 113 provides suction to the solution input path 112 when operating, and the suction force drives the solution input path 112 to take the cleaning solution from the storage device 111 and input the cleaning solution into the liquid supply system. When the liquid supply system works, the obtained cleaning solution can be output to the cleaning device according to the requirement, and the liquid supply to the cleaning device is finally completed. Each storage device 111 is provided with an identification module 114, and each liquid supply passage is correspondingly provided with an identification module 115 corresponding to the solution input passage 112. The identification module 115 is used to identify the identification module 114 on the storage device 111 and generate identification information accordingly. Since the solution input path 112 and the liquid supply path are in a corresponding relationship, the identification information generated is actually associated with each liquid supply path. The controller 120 is connected to the solution suction device 113 and the identification module 115 in each liquid supply path, and is configured to determine whether the identification information corresponding to each identification module 115 is normal according to the identification information of the identification module 115. This determination process performed by the controller 120 may be simply defined as an identification information confirmation process. Under normal conditions, due to the above correspondence, the identification information obtained by the identifier identifying module 115 in each liquid supply passage should be preset identification information. Namely, the identification module 114 of each liquid supply passage contains specific information, and preset identification information containing the specific information should be generated in the identification process. If the identification information obtained by the liquid supply passage is not the preset identification information, namely the identification information is abnormal, the storage device 111 in the liquid supply passage can be correspondingly judged not to be the accurate storage device 111, and the risk of liquid supply error exists. It is therefore necessary to turn off the corresponding solution suction device 113, i.e., to set the solution suction device 113 in an off state. When the solution suction device 113 is in the off state, its automatic drawing function is turned off until the contact abnormality state is manually made. The solution suction means 113 may be set to a normal operation state only when the identification information corresponding to the liquid supply path is the preset identification information set thereto, and it is determined that the identification information is normal at this time. This normal operating state is understood to mean a state in which the solution suction means 113 can be activated or deactivated as required. The identification information may prevent the supply passage from corresponding to the wrong reservoir 111 and thus allow the wrong cleaning solution to enter the supply passage. This process is typically triggered when the storage device 111 is replaced. That is, the identification information confirmation operation is triggered every time the storage device 111 is updated, and the confirmation operation may be performed only for the liquid supply passage of the replacement storage device 111. It may be configured such that the identification information confirmation operation is performed before the controller 120 controls the operation of the solution pumping device 113. To ensure that the solution pumping device 113 is operated to obtain the correct cleaning solution from the storage device 111. Especially, some cleaning solutions with different properties, such as acidic, alkaline or neutral cleaning solutions, have different material requirements for the liquid supply passage. The liquid supply channel can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to wrong solution entering through the identification information confirmation action.
Optionally, the identification module 114 comprises a tag module; the identification recognition module 115 includes a tag recognition module for recognizing tag information of the tag module. Specifically, the identification module 114 is configured as a tag module, and the identification module 115 may be configured as a tag identification module. And the tag identification module acquires the tag information of the tag module and correspondingly acquires the corresponding identification information.
In some embodiments, the tag module comprises a barcode tag and the tag identification module comprises a barcode scanning module; specifically, the label module may be a barcode label, and the common barcode label may be a one-dimensional barcode label or a two-dimensional barcode label, which scans the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code through the barcode scanning module to obtain the barcode information obtained therein.
In one embodiment, the tag module comprises an RFID tag and the tag identification module comprises an RFID identification module. Specifically, the tag module may also adopt an RFID tag, and the RFID identification module identifies tag information of the RFID tag to generate identification information correspondingly.
In an embodiment, different kinds of identification modules 114 may be configured to acquire identification information at the same time, so as to improve the accuracy of identification information acquisition.
Optionally, the controller 120 further includes a first information storage unit for storing a first corresponding relationship between the liquid supply path and the type of liquid supplied by the liquid supply path; the controller 120 is configured to perform a type information confirmation procedure for each liquid supply passage as a target liquid supply passage: acquiring first type information of cleaning solution to be input into the target liquid supply passage and the solution input passage 112 according to the first corresponding relation; acquiring second type information of the cleaning solution in the target liquid supply passage and in the storage device 111 according to the identification information; and when the second type information is consistent with the first type information, judging that the identification information is normal when the second type information is consistent with the first type information, and otherwise, judging that the identification information is abnormal. Specifically, the first information storage unit stores a first correspondence, which is a correspondence between the liquid supply passage and the type of liquid supply used for supplying liquid. It will be appreciated that each liquid supply passage has a specific liquid supply type requirement, based on which a correspondence between the liquid supply passage and its liquid supply type can be established. For the selected target liquid supply path, the controller 120 acquires information on the type of the cleaning solution to be input to the liquid supply path based on the first correspondence. The process may be understood as a process in which the solution supply path has first type information, which is information on the type of the cleaning solution that the solution input path 112 should acquire. Then, the second type information of the cleaning solution contained in the storage device 111 in the liquid supply path is acquired from the identification information acquired by the identification module 115 in the liquid supply path. When the second type information is consistent with the first type information, the identification information is determined to be the preset identification information, and the storage device 111 is the correct storage device 111. Otherwise, it is determined that the identification information is not the preset identification information, and the storage device 111 is an abnormal storage device 111.
Optionally, the at least one liquid supply passage comprises a plurality of liquid supply passages; the identification recognition module 115 is used for generating identification information containing a second corresponding relation between the identification recognition module 115 and the liquid supply passage; the controller 120 is configured to obtain a target fluid supply path based on the identification information of the identification module 115. Specifically, when the number of the liquid supply passages is more than one, the controller 120 receives a plurality of identification information identifying the identification module 115. In order to distinguish the liquid supply passages corresponding to different identification modules 115, the identification module 115 generates identification information and also generates identification information containing a second corresponding relation between the identification module 115 and the liquid supply passages. The controller 120 may obtain the corresponding liquid supply path from the id identification module 115 according to the id information of the id identification module 115, and perform the above type information confirmation process with the liquid supply path as the target liquid supply path. The process may be performed for each identifier recognition module 115, i.e., a type information confirmation process may be correspondingly implemented for each liquid supply passage as a target liquid supply passage. In a specific embodiment, there are three liquid supply passages 1#, 2# and 3#, the identification modules 115 respectively and correspondingly disposed are a module a, a module B and a module C, and the identification information of the module a establishes the corresponding relationship between the identification information and the liquid supply passage 1#, so that the liquid supply passage 1# corresponding to the module a can be obtained according to the identification information acquired by the module a, and the liquid supply passage 1# is used as the target liquid supply passage. And acquiring the first type information and the second type information corresponding to the 1# liquid supply passage according to the first corresponding relation and carrying out a type information judgment process.
Optionally, the at least one liquid supply passage comprises a plurality of liquid supply passages; the controller 120 further includes a second information storage module for storing a third correspondence of the identification module 115 to the liquid supply passageway; the controller 120 is configured to obtain the liquid supply path corresponding to the identifier recognition module 115 as a target liquid supply path according to the third corresponding relationship. Specifically, it is also possible to set the third corresponding relationship between each of the identification recognizing modules 115 and the liquid supply passage directly through the controller 120. After the controller 120 identifies the identifier identifying module 115, the liquid supply path corresponding to the identifier identifying module 115 may be obtained according to the third corresponding relationship, and the type information identifying process may be performed with the liquid supply path as the target liquid supply path. In one embodiment, there are three liquid supply passages # 1, # 2, and # 3, and the identification modules 115 are respectively and correspondingly disposed as a module a, a module B, and a module C. The controller 120 establishes a corresponding relationship between the No. 1 liquid supply passage and the A module, a corresponding relationship between the No. 2 liquid supply passage and the B module, and a corresponding relationship between the No. 3 liquid supply passage and the C module. And when the identification information of the module A is acquired, acquiring the 1# liquid supply passage as a target liquid supply passage according to the corresponding relation between the module A and the 1# liquid supply passage. And acquiring the first type information and the second type information corresponding to the 1# liquid supply passage according to the first corresponding relation and performing a judgment process.
