step S201: determining each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color, and overlapping information and spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the color paint information;
step S202: and determining the spraying conditions of the target spraying color according to the overlapping information and the spraying sequence.
It should be noted that the paint to be sprayed may be one or more paints contained in the target spray color. The vehicle paint spraying equipment can determine the overlapping information and the spraying sequence of each paint to be sprayed according to the material information by acquiring the material information corresponding to each paint to be sprayed. The material information can be information of the type of the color paint material of each color paint to be sprayed contained in the target spraying color, and the materials of different color paints to be sprayed are different, so that the spraying conditions of each color paint to be sprayed are different in requirements and the spraying effects are different.
The overlapping information can be overlapping combination information between the color paints when the color paints to be sprayed are sprayed, and the overlapping spraying effect consistent with the target spraying color can be achieved only by overlapping spraying according to a preset overlapping combination sequence when the color paints are combined and sprayed due to different materials of the color paints. The spraying sequence can be the spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed, and the different color paints are required to be sprayed according to the preset spraying sequence when being sprayed in a combined way because the materials of the color paints are different.
It should be understood that, in order to ensure that errors do not occur when the color paints to be sprayed are combined for spraying, so as to achieve the expected spraying effect, the vehicle paint spraying device in this embodiment determines each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color according to the color paint information, obtains material information corresponding to each color paint to be sprayed, determines a material type and a color combination sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material information, determines overlapping information and a spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material type and the color combination sequence, and determines the spraying condition of the target spraying color according to the overlapping information and the spraying sequence.
For example, the vehicle paint spraying equipment obtains that the target spraying color is high bright red, and determines that the target spraying color is double-color paint according to the color paint information, wherein each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color is metallic paint and plain paint, and determines that the overlapping information of each color paint to be sprayed and the spraying sequence are that the first color is metallic paint and the second color is plain paint according to the material information of the metallic paint and the plain paint, so that the originally set spraying track cannot meet the requirement that the track overlapping rate is required to be independently improved for reducing defects such as mottle and chromatic aberration. Therefore, a special spray trajectory is required for highlighting the red color, and an inverted triangle spray trajectory is adopted.
Further, in order to accurately determine the spraying conditions, the step S202 may include:
step S2021: determining the track density of each color paint to be sprayed on each area to be sprayed according to the overlapping information;
step S2022: determining the division strategy of each spraying robot according to the spraying sequence;
step S2023: and determining the spraying condition of the target spraying color according to the track density and the division strategy.
It should be noted that the track density may be information of the density of the spray pattern when the respective color paints to be sprayed are sprayed in combination, for example, the highlight red color includes a metallic paint and a plain paint, wherein the sprayed layer of the metallic paint is a first layer, and the sprayed layer of the plain paint is a second layer. The painting robot may be a robot for painting paint. The division strategy can be a spraying division strategy when each spraying robot performs spraying, and the vehicle paint spraying equipment can control each spraying robot to perform division matching with paint spraying according to the division strategy.
According to the embodiment, through determining each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color according to the color paint information, and overlapping information and spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed, and determining the spraying condition of the target spraying color according to the overlapping information and the spraying sequence; according to the invention, by acquiring the material information corresponding to each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color and determining the overlapping information and the spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material information, the problem of poor mixing effect caused by different materials of each color paint to be sprayed is effectively avoided, and the spraying condition of the target spraying color is determined according to the overlapping information and the spraying sequence, so that the ordered spraying of each color paint to be sprayed is ensured, and the vehicle paint spraying efficiency is effectively improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a vehicle paint track generating program, and the vehicle paint track generating program realizes the steps of the vehicle paint track generating method when being executed by a processor.
Because the storage medium adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the construction of a first embodiment of a paint track generating apparatus for a vehicle according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, a vehicle paint track generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the paint information acquisition module 10 is used for acquiring the vehicle model of the vehicle to be sprayed, the target spraying color and paint information corresponding to the target spraying color;
a spraying condition obtaining module 20, configured to determine a spraying condition of the target spraying color according to the paint information;
and the paint spraying track generating module 30 is used for generating a paint spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle model, the spraying conditions and the paint information.
Further, the paint information obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain a vehicle model of a vehicle to be sprayed and a target spraying color; determining the color to be sprayed of the vehicle to be sprayed according to the target spraying color; acquiring color information corresponding to the color to be sprayed; and determining the color paint information corresponding to the target spraying color according to the color information.
Further, the paint information obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain vehicle information of a vehicle to be sprayed; determining the vehicle type of the vehicle to be sprayed and each region to be sprayed on the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle information; and determining the target spraying color corresponding to each area to be sprayed according to the vehicle information.
Further, the spraying condition obtaining module 20 is further configured to determine, according to the paint information, each paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color, and overlapping information and spraying sequence of each paint to be sprayed; and determining the spraying conditions of the target spraying color according to the overlapping information and the spraying sequence.
Further, the spraying condition obtaining module 20 is further configured to determine a track density of each color paint to be sprayed on each area to be sprayed according to the overlapping information; determining the division strategy of each spraying robot according to the spraying sequence; and determining the spraying condition of the target spraying color according to the track density and the division strategy.
Further, the paint spraying track generating module 30 is further configured to obtain vehicle information of a vehicle to be sprayed; determining the vehicle type of the vehicle to be sprayed and each region to be sprayed on the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle information; obtaining structural information of each area to be sprayed; and generating a paint spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle model, the structural information, the spraying conditions and the color paint information.
Further, the paint spraying track generating module 30 is further configured to obtain a correspondence between the target paint spraying color and the paint spraying track; constructing a vehicle paint spraying track mapping table according to the corresponding relation; and uploading the vehicle paint spraying track mapping table to a spraying server corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed.
According to the method, a vehicle model of a vehicle to be sprayed, a target spraying color and color paint information corresponding to the target spraying color are obtained, spraying conditions of the target spraying color are determined according to the color paint information, and a spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed is generated according to the vehicle model, the spraying conditions and the color paint information; compared with the prior art that the paint spraying track is generated based on the vehicle model, the method and the device have the advantages that the vehicle model and the target spraying color of the vehicle to be sprayed and the color paint information corresponding to the target spraying color are obtained, then the spraying condition corresponding to the target spraying color is determined according to the color paint information, and the paint spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed is generated according to the spraying condition and the color paint information, so that the paint spraying track is reasonably formulated by the same vehicle model based on different types of spraying colors, namely, the special spraying track of the color is generated according to the color characteristics of different colors under the same vehicle model, the problem that the spraying effect of different color paints of the same vehicle model is poor due to the fact that the same track can only be used under different spraying conditions is effectively solved, and the vehicle paint spraying efficiency is effectively improved.

Claims (6)

1. A vehicle paint track generation method, characterized in that the vehicle paint track generation method comprises:
acquiring vehicle information of a vehicle to be sprayed;
determining the vehicle type of the vehicle to be sprayed and each region to be sprayed on the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle information;
determining target spraying colors corresponding to all areas to be sprayed according to the vehicle information;
determining the color to be sprayed of the vehicle to be sprayed according to the target spraying color;
searching a preset color mapping table, and determining color information corresponding to the color to be sprayed according to the searching result, wherein the color information is the number and the type of the colors contained in the color to be sprayed;
determining color paint information corresponding to the target spraying color according to the color information, wherein the color paint information is the number and the type of the color paint contained in the target spraying color;
determining each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color according to the color paint information;
acquiring material information corresponding to each color paint to be sprayed;
determining the material type and the color combination sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material information;
determining overlapping information and spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material types and the color combination sequence;
determining the track density of each color paint to be sprayed on each area to be sprayed according to the overlapping information, wherein the track density is the overlapping density of each color paint to be sprayed when combined spraying is carried out;
determining the division strategy of each spraying robot according to the spraying sequence;
determining the spraying conditions of the target spraying color according to the track density and the division strategy, wherein the spraying conditions are the spraying sequence conditions and the overlapping rate conditions of each color paint contained in the target spraying color;
and generating a paint spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle model, the spraying conditions and the paint information.
2. The vehicle paint track generation method according to claim 1, wherein the generating the paint track corresponding to the vehicle to be painted according to the vehicle model, the painting condition, and the paint information includes:
acquiring vehicle information of a vehicle to be sprayed;
determining the vehicle type of the vehicle to be sprayed and each region to be sprayed on the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle information;
obtaining structural information of each area to be sprayed;
and generating a paint spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle model, the structural information, the spraying conditions and the color paint information.
3. The vehicle painting track generation method according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that after the vehicle painting track corresponding to the vehicle to be painted is generated according to the vehicle model, the painting condition, and the paint information, further comprising:
acquiring a corresponding relation between the target spraying color and the spraying track;
constructing a vehicle paint spraying track mapping table according to the corresponding relation;
and uploading the vehicle paint spraying track mapping table to a spraying server corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed.
4. A vehicle paint track generation apparatus, characterized in that the vehicle paint track generation apparatus includes:
the color paint information acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle information of a vehicle to be sprayed; determining the vehicle type of the vehicle to be sprayed and each region to be sprayed on the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle information; determining target spraying colors corresponding to all areas to be sprayed according to the vehicle information; determining the color to be sprayed of the vehicle to be sprayed according to the target spraying color; searching a preset color mapping table, and determining color information corresponding to the color to be sprayed according to the searching result, wherein the color information is the number and the type of the colors contained in the color to be sprayed; determining color paint information corresponding to the target spraying color according to the color information, wherein the color paint information is the number and the type of the color paint contained in the target spraying color;
the spraying condition acquisition module is used for determining each color paint to be sprayed in the target spraying color according to the color paint information; acquiring material information corresponding to each color paint to be sprayed; determining the material type and the color combination sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material information; determining overlapping information and spraying sequence of each color paint to be sprayed according to the material types and the color combination sequence; determining the track density of each color paint to be sprayed on each area to be sprayed according to the overlapping information, wherein the track density is the overlapping density of each color paint to be sprayed when combined spraying is carried out; determining the division strategy of each spraying robot according to the spraying sequence; determining the spraying conditions of the target spraying color according to the track density and the division strategy, wherein the spraying conditions are the spraying sequence conditions and the overlapping rate conditions of each color paint contained in the target spraying color;
and the paint spraying track generation module is used for generating a paint spraying track corresponding to the vehicle to be sprayed according to the vehicle model, the spraying conditions and the color paint information.

A vehicle paint track generation apparatus, characterized in that the vehicle paint track generation apparatus comprises: a memory, a processor, and a vehicle paint track generation program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the vehicle paint track generation program configured to implement the vehicle paint track generation method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. A storage medium having stored thereon a vehicle spray trajectory generation program which when executed by a processor implements the vehicle spray trajectory generation method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
