1 part of silicon dioxide;
1 part of a silane coupling agent;
1 part of hydrophilic polymer;
5 parts of water glass;
1 part of methyl methacrylate;
1 part of polylactic acid;
7 parts of activated silica gel dispersing agent.
The activated silica gel dispersant was prepared from 35 parts of isooctyl acrylate and 12 parts of triethylamine. The silane coupling agent is composed of vinyl trimethoxy silane and vinyl tri (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane according to a weight ratio of 1:2. The hydrophilic polymer is composed of polyacrylic acid and polyvinyl alcohol according to a weight ratio of 3:2.
In this example, 1 part of silica is used, and 1 part of silane coupling agent is added to prepare silica gel so that the inorganic matters of the silica gel are reactive, and the organic functional groups are reactive or compatible with the organic matters; adding 1 part of hydrophilic polymer to prepare silica gel so as to enable the silica gel to have the capability of interacting with water or other polar substances; adding 5 parts of water glass to prepare silica gel so as to improve the weather resistance of the silica gel; 1 part of methyl methacrylate is added to prepare silica gel so as to ensure that the prepared silica gel has good quality, light color and less side reaction and mild reaction conditions; adding 1 part of polylactic acid to prepare silica gel so as to ensure that the prepared silica gel has good plasticity, heat resistance and physical processing performance; adding 7 parts of activated silica gel dispersing agent to prepare silica gel so that the prepared silica gel has more saturated neutralization capacity and can neutralize acidity;
the prepared modified silica gel material is too small because of too small silica gel parts, and the use times of the prepared modified silica gel material can be limited to be within ten times.

2 parts of silicon dioxide;
3 parts of a silane coupling agent;
3 parts of hydrophilic polymer;
7 parts of water glass;
2 parts of methyl methacrylate;
2 parts of polylactic acid;
7 parts of activated silica gel dispersing agent.
The activated silica gel dispersant was prepared from 40 parts of isooctyl acrylate and 10 parts of triethylamine. The silane coupling agent is composed of vinyl triethoxysilane and vinyl tri (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane according to a weight ratio of 1:1. The hydrophilic polymer is composed of polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol according to a weight ratio of 1:2.

the prepared modified silica gel material has insufficient plasticity and heat resistance due to insufficient parts of polylactic acid in the silica gel, and the use times of the modified silica gel material are easily limited by the high temperature of clean environment.
Example 8
The modified silica gel material convenient to clean in the embodiment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3 parts of silicon dioxide;
5 parts of a silane coupling agent;
5 parts of hydrophilic polymer;
10 parts of water glass;
3 parts of methyl methacrylate;
3 parts of polylactic acid;
8 parts of activated silica gel dispersing agent.
The activated silica gel dispersant was prepared from 30 parts of isooctyl acrylate and 13 parts of triethylamine. The activated silica gel dispersant was prepared from 35 parts of isooctyl acrylate and 12 parts of triethylamine. The silane coupling agent is composed of vinyl trimethoxy silane and vinyl tri (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane according to a weight ratio of 1:2. The hydrophilic polymer is composed of polyacrylic acid and polyvinyl alcohol according to a weight ratio of 3:2.
In this example, 3 parts of silica is used, 5 parts of silane coupling agent is added to prepare silica gel so that the inorganic matter of the silica gel is reactive, and the organic functional group is reactive or compatible with the organic matter; adding 5 parts of hydrophilic polymer to prepare silica gel so that the silica gel has the capability of interacting with water or other polar substances; adding 10 parts of water glass to prepare silica gel so as to improve the weather resistance of the silica gel; 3 parts of methyl methacrylate is added to prepare silica gel so as to ensure that the prepared silica gel has good quality, light color and less side reaction and mild reaction conditions; adding 3 parts of polylactic acid to prepare silica gel so as to ensure that the prepared silica gel has good plasticity, heat resistance and physical processing performance; 8 parts of activated silica gel dispersing agent is added to prepare silica gel so that the prepared silica gel has more saturated neutralization capacity and can neutralize acidity;
the prepared modified silica gel material has sufficient parts of activated silica gel dispersing agent, so that the prepared modified silica gel product can better absorb acidic dirty substances in the environment and neutralize the acidic dirty substances in the environment in the process of cleaning the environment.
In this example, the conventional silica gel material as a comparative example comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2 parts of silicon dioxide;
1 part of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether;
1 part of hydroxy-ethane sulfonic acid;
6 parts of a polyalcohol solvent;
7 parts of water glass;
2 parts of oleic acid polyethylene glycol ester;
1 part of sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate;
1 part of secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate;
1 part of alkyl polyglycoside;
1 part of potassium pyrophosphate.
The polyol solvent is prepared from glycol and pentaerythritol according to a weight ratio of 1: 2.
In the comparative example, the conventional modified silica gel material is prepared by mixing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, 1-hydroxy-ethane sulfonic acid and a polyalcohol solvent to obtain a premix, dissolving polyethylene glycol oleate, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, sodium secondary alkyl sulfonate, alkyl polyglycoside and potassium pyrophosphate in deionized water, adding the premix, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, modified silica gel and 2,2' -azo diisobutyl amidine dihydrochloride, and carrying out reflux reaction under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the modified silica gel cleaning material, wherein the modified silica gel cleaning material is suitable for cleaning and washing electronic circuit boards and has good cleaning effect; however, the conventional modified silica gel material cannot remove the dirt through conventional tap water after the dirt is re-adsorbed;
the modified silica gel material obtained by applying the modified silica gel material convenient to clean is processed, deionized water is firstly prepared to wash the modified silica gel material, and the process of preparing the deionized water is that medium water is added at the anode electrode plate end; oxygen is introduced into the cathode electric plate end; connecting the anode electrode plate end and the cathode electrode plate end with an external power supply to form an electrolysis path; the medium water is decomposed into products O and H+ on the anode plate end through electrolytic reaction, and the products O are discharged through a water outlet on the anode plate end; h+ reaches the cathode through the cathode plate end and is combined with the introduced oxygen to generate a product H2O, and the product H2O is discharged through an exhaust port on the cathode end plate and then can be collected to obtain H2O ionized water, namely deionized water; continuously washing the modified silica gel material with deionized water for 1h to obtain a washed modified silica gel material; then placing the cleaned modified silica gel material into a reaction kettle, and removing impurities by stirring, wherein the stirring time is set to be 3 hours, so as to obtain the modified silica gel material after the impurities are removed; placing the modified silica gel material subjected to impurity removal into a filter press for filtering for 15min to obtain a filtered modified silica gel material; standing the modified silica gel material subjected to filtration for 45min, and putting the standing modified silica gel material into a dryer for drying for 1h; putting the dried modified silica gel material into a container with silicate solution for soaking for 7 hours to obtain prepared modified silica gel; the modified silica gel material convenient to clean effectively solves the problem that the conventional modified silica gel product cannot remove dirt through tap water by a specific formula and limiting the soaking time of the modified silica gel product, and improves the convenience of the modified silica gel cleaning material.
The performance test was performed on the modified silica gel materials of examples 6 to 8 and conventional, and the performance measurement parameters are shown in the following table:

The silica gels of examples 6-8 and comparative examples having approximately the same degree of fouling were cut into small pieces of the same surface area and then washed with tap water under the same conditions, and the presence or absence of a continuous water film on the silica gel surface was determined using a water film break test. As can be seen from examples 6 to 8, the water films on the silica gel surfaces are continuous and not broken, which indicates that no hydrophobic surface contaminants such as oil, grease, insoluble organic matters and the like exist, the silica gel surfaces are clean, and the water films on the silica gel surfaces of the comparative examples are broken and discontinuous and contain darker spots and plaques. Thus, the surface cleanliness of the silica gels of examples 6-8 was greater than that of the comparative examples. According to the invention, an optical contact angle tester is adopted to carry out a water contact angle test on the surface of the silica gel, the smaller the contact angle is, the more lyophilic is on the surface of the silica gel, the better the wettability is, and the detection result is shown in the following table.

As shown in the table above, the modified silica gel prepared by the invention has good adsorptivity and wear resistance, is convenient to clean and has excellent comprehensive performance.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (7)

1. The preparation method of the modified silica gel material convenient to clean is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: selecting materials, and processing modified silica gel materials prepared by applying a preset formula;
s2: washing, namely washing the modified silica gel material for a preset period of time by adopting preset ionized water to obtain a washed modified silica gel material;
s3: removing impurities, namely stirring and removing impurities of the cleaned modified silica gel material for a preset period of time by adopting a preset reaction kettle to obtain the modified silica gel material after the impurities are removed;
s4: filtering, namely placing the modified silica gel material subjected to impurity removal in a preset filter press to perform filtering for a preset period of time to obtain a filtered modified silica gel material;
s5: drying, namely carrying out waiting for a preset time period on the filtered modified silica gel material, and placing the dried modified silica gel material in a preset dryer for drying for a preset time period after waiting for the completion of the waiting to obtain a dried modified silica gel material;
s6: soaking, namely adding the dried modified silica gel material into a container of a preset silicate solution to soak for a preset period of time, so as to obtain prepared modified silica gel;
