the anion rubber modified emulsified asphalt mainly comprises 73 parts of matrix asphalt, 2 parts of SBS rubber particles, 4 parts of SBR rubber powder, 20 parts of deionized water, 1 part of anion emulsifier and 2 parts of nonionic surfactant. the liquid potassium silicate is used in the root puncture-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint, and when the root puncture-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint is smeared on the surface of concrete, the liquid potassium silicate can generate an insoluble solid compound of a mineral with the concrete, and the insoluble solid compound and the smeared concrete are permanently combined into a whole, so that the viscosity of the root puncture-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint is improved, the falling off of concrete is avoided, and meanwhile, the crystallization characteristic of the liquid potassium silicate enables the root puncture-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint to have good water vapor permeability, so that moisture in masonry can be smoothly discharged from a building structure, the separation between the coating and the concrete can be avoided, the bubbling and falling-free coatings can not fall off while the air permeability of the building structure is ensured, and further, the service performance of the root puncture-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint is improved.
Example 6:
root-piercing-resistant spray-fast-setting liquid rubber HO waterproofing paint, which is basically the same as example 4, further comprises: the natural stone powder can be one of granite powder, alkaline feldspar powder, basalt powder and quartzite powder;
adding natural stone powder into the root-piercing-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint, the moisture-proof and air-permeable performance can be improved, when the bottom layer is smeared to be wet, the water on the bottom layer can quickly pass through the coating after evaporation after smearing, condensation in the coating is avoided, and the service performance of the root-piercing-resistant spraying quick-setting liquid rubber HO waterproof paint is further improved.
The main shaft 10 drives the mixing frame 2 to shake, raw materials in the material storage tank 11 intermittently fall into the mixing frame 2 to be mixed, the mixed raw materials in the mixing frame 2 fall into the stirring tank 1 through the first blanking hole 21 which is opened and closed intermittently, the materials in the stirring tank 1 are sucked into the mixing cover 12 through the turbine 13 driven by the main shaft 10 and are sprayed out of the jet hole 121 to impact the materials in the stirring tank 1, the mixing effect is improved, and meanwhile, the liquid raw materials in the heating box 3 are sucked into the materials in the stirring tank 1 through the piston cylinder 27 to be injected, and the uniformity of raw material mixing is improved.
