Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-17 and examples.
Example 1
The spring automatic retraction type safety injector comprises a push rod 1, a needle cylinder 4, a needle seat 6, a spring 7, a spring sleeve 9 and a needle body 10, wherein the push rod 1 stretches into the needle cylinder 4, so that the air exhaust and medicament extraction of the needle cylinder 4 are realized, the lower end part of the needle cylinder 4 is detachably connected with the spring sleeve 9, the needle seat 6 is mounted in the spring sleeve 9 in a limiting manner with the spring 7, the top end of the needle seat 6 stretches into the needle cylinder 4, the bottom end of the needle seat extends out of the spring sleeve 9 and is fixedly connected with the needle body 10, the upper end of the spring 7 is propped against the needle seat 6, the lower end of the spring 7 is supported in the spring sleeve 9, and when the injector is used for air exhaust or medicament extraction, the spring 7 is compressed in the spring sleeve 9 by the needle seat 6, and meanwhile, the needle seat 6 is limited on the spring sleeve 9. The spring sleeve 9 is internally provided with a mounting hole 9-1, a needle seat positioning bending hole 9-3 and a spring positioning hole 9-4 which are sequentially communicated and gradually reduced in pipe diameter, the needle seat positioning bending hole 9-3 and the spring positioning hole 9-4 are cylindrical holes, the needle seat 6 is provided with a needle seat positioning piece 6-4, the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 is integrally injection molded on the needle seat 6, and the inner wall of the mounting hole 9-1 is provided with an in-hole convex ring 8-5 for limiting the needle seat positioning piece 6-4. When the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 enters the needle seat positioning bending hole 9-3, the compression force of the spring 7 is released, so that the spring 7 can push the needle seat 6 to move into the needle cylinder 4.

The push rod handle part 1-1 is an integrally injection molded handle part, the push rod handle part 1-1 comprises a handle 1-1.2, an upper push rod 1-1.3 and a guide cone head 1-1.4, the upper push rod 1-1.3 is arranged between the handle 1-1.2 and the guide cone head 1-1.4, namely, the top end of the upper push rod 1-1.3 is fixedly connected with the handle 1-1.2, the bottom end of the upper push rod 1-1.3 is fixedly connected with the guide cone head 1-1.4, and the guide cone head 1-1.4 is used as an alignment axis center in the assembly process, so that the push rod handle part 1-1 can be smoothly installed in the hollow tube 1-2, the shape of the handle 1-1.2 is a disc type, the upper push rod 1-1.3 is the cross type upper push rod 1-1.3, the guide cone head 1-1.4 is a round table type, the protruding part 1-1.1 is arranged at the large end position of the guide cone head 1-1.4, and the guide cone head 1-1.4 is small in the downward direction. The needle cylinder 4 is an integrated needle cylinder, the front projection shape of the needle cylinder 4 is T-shaped, the needle cylinder 4 comprises a cylinder body 4-1 and an operating handle 4-2, the operating handle 4-2 is arranged at the top end of the cylinder body 4-1, a groove 4-2.1 for hiding the handle 1-1.2 is arranged on the operating handle 4-2, and the shape of the groove 4-2.1 is the same as that of the handle 1-1.2, namely, the groove 4-2.1 is a circular groove. The lower end part of the hollow tube 1-2 is integrally formed with a joint 1-2.4, the joint 1-2.4 is provided with a convex hull 1-2.5 which bulges outwards, the rubber plug 1-3 is provided with a plug hole 1-3.1, the inner wall of the plug hole 1-3.1 is provided with a cavity 1-3.2 which is sunken outwards, when the joint 1-2.4 stretches into the plug hole 1-3.1 of the rubber plug 1-3, the convex hull 1-2.5 is limited on the cavity 1-3.2, the outer wall of the bottom end of the rubber plug 1-3 is integrally formed with a convex ring 1-3.3, the rubber plug 1-3 is arranged in the needle cylinder 4 in a sealing way through the convex ring 1-3.3, and the convex ring 1-3.3 ensures that medicament in the needle cylinder 4 cannot leak along the push rod 1.
The spring sleeve 9 is sleeved with a needle protecting cover 11 for protecting the needle body 10, the outer side wall of the lower end of the spring sleeve 9 is provided with a first protecting sleeve convex rib 9-7, the inner hole wall of the needle protecting cover 11 is provided with a second protecting sleeve convex rib 11-2, and when the needle protecting cover 11 is arranged on the spring sleeve 9, the first protecting sleeve convex rib 9-7 passes over the second protecting sleeve convex rib 11-2.
Using the operational flow (one), the step of exhausting is performed prior to extracting the medicament: the push rod 1 is pushed into the needle cylinder 4 until the rubber plug 1-3 contacts the bottom of the needle cylinder 4 and contacts the upper end of the needle seat 6, so that the residual air is completely exhausted.

Using the operational procedure (four), the step of activating the safety mechanism to retract the needle 10 inside the needle cylinder 4: the rubber plug 1-3 pushes the needle seat 6 to move downwards by applying force on the handle part 1-1 of the push rod with compression force larger than the spring 7, the inclined surface 6-4.2 of the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 is guided by the guide arc surface 9-3.1, so that the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 is bent, namely, the connection part of the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 and the needle seat positioning piece 6-5 is bent, the needle seat positioning end surface 6-4.1 is sunk into the spring sleeve 9, and the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 is bent towards the axis because the aperture of the needle seat positioning piece bending hole 9-3 is smaller, and when the needle seat positioning piece 6-5 is abutted against the bottom surface of the needle seat positioning bending hole 9-3, the needle seat positioning piece 6-4 is blocked; at this time, the force is transferred to the joint of the push rod handle part 1-1 and the hollow tube 1-2, the boss part 1-1.1 of the push rod handle part 1-1 is retracted into the hollow tube 1-2 beyond the second boss rib 1-2.2, the needle seat 6 is pushed into the needle cylinder 4 with the needle body 10 and the rubber plug 1-3 due to the release of the compression force of the spring 7, and the needle body 10 is protected at the center of the spring 7.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 is basically the same as embodiment 1 in characteristics, except that a needle seat positioning sleeve 8 is installed in a mounting hole 9-1, an in-hole convex ring 8-5 is arranged on the inner wall of the needle seat positioning sleeve 8, a first positioning sleeve convex rib 8-3 is arranged on the outer side wall of the lower end part of the needle seat positioning sleeve 8, the mounting hole 9-1 is a countersunk hole, a second positioning sleeve convex rib 9-2 protruding inwards is arranged at the small hole end opening of the mounting hole 9-1, and the small end hole diameter of the mounting hole 9-1 is larger than that of the needle seat positioning bending hole 9-3. When the needle seat positioning sleeve 8 is arranged in the mounting hole 9-1, the first positioning sleeve convex rib 8-3 passes over the second positioning sleeve convex rib 9-2 to position the needle seat positioning sleeve 8 on the spring sleeve 9. The needle seat positioning sleeve 8 is used for limiting the needle seat positioning piece 6-4, so that the needle seat 6 is conveniently and firstly arranged in the spring sleeve 9.
The inner wall of the needle seat positioning sleeve 8 is also provided with a first positioning convex rib 8-2, the first positioning convex rib 8-2 is arranged above the hole convex ring 8-5, the outer side wall of the joint of the lower end of the needle cylinder 4 is provided with a second positioning convex rib 4-6, and when the needle cylinder 4 is inserted into the needle seat positioning sleeve 8, the second positioning convex rib 4-6 passes through the first positioning convex rib 8-2 to be limited between the first positioning convex rib 8-2 and the hole convex ring 8-5. The lower end connection part of the needle cylinder 4 is in contact connection with the top end port of the needle seat positioning sleeve 8, so that the stability between the needle cylinder 4 and the needle seat positioning sleeve 8 is further ensured. The needle seat positioning sleeve 8 and the needle cylinder 4 are simply assembled, and are tightly matched, so that the needle seat positioning sleeve cannot shake easily.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 has substantially the same features as embodiment 2, except that the inner wall of the needle seat positioning sleeve 8 is provided with an internal thread 8-6, the internal thread 8-6 is arranged above the hole inner convex ring 8-5, the outer side wall of the joint of the lower end of the needle cylinder 4 is provided with an external thread 4-7, and the needle cylinder 4 is in threaded connection with the internal thread 8-6 of the needle seat positioning sleeve 8 through the external thread 4-7.
