Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a preparation method of a disposable sanitary product.
Background
The disposable sanitary product refers to various daily living products which are discarded after being used once, are in direct or indirect contact with a human body and are used for achieving the purposes of physiological sanitation or sanitary antibiosis of the human body, and the disposable sanitary product mainly comprises a sanitary towel, a baby diaper, an adult incontinence product and the like. In panty-shape diapers's use, owing to produce the edge leakage phenomenon easily, can increase the leak protection on panty-shape diapers's both sides usually and separate the limit, reach and prevent the edge leakage purpose, nevertheless because the leak protection separates and is individual layer non-woven fabrics usually to at the fixed rubber band of upper end, in the use, because produce certain displacement easily when moving, cause to separate the limit and remove about the skin top layer, form the friction phenomenon of certain degree with skin, arouse the discomfort.
Chinese patent No. 201811540117.3 discloses a foldable diaper and manufacturing method thereof, liquid-tight nature bottom both sides set up the leak protection that can overturn and separate the limit, and wherein, the leak protection separates the limit end and sets up the magic subsides, liquid-permeable top layer both sides set up the laminating portion of laminating each other with the magic subsides, the leak protection separates limit internal fixation and sets up fine hair, liquid-permeable top layer sets up the water conservancy diversion pressure point of suppressing neatly arranged through the compression roller, the leak protection separates limit internal fixation and sets up many rubber bands, and the leak protection separates the limit and laminates each other through magic laminating binding face and fixes, and the surface formation cambered surface is big with user's laminating area, avoids reining in tight problem and takes place, improves user's comfort level. The leak protection separates limit and cuts with liquid-tight nature bottom integrated into one piece, and technology is comparatively simple, then its leak protection separates the limit and passes through the magic laminating, and the setting of magic subsides has increased the holistic hardness of product, and is comparatively not soft, and stability is not strong.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a disposable absorbent article, which solves the problems of strong wearing feeling and discomfort caused by the defect of the arrangement of the barrier structure of the diaper in the prior art.

(1) Preparing a leakage-proof separation edge: the method comprises the following steps of uncoiling a non-woven fabric, carrying out on-line transmission, cutting the non-woven fabric into two symmetrical non-woven fabrics, attaching a rubber band to each continuously transmitted non-woven fabric, and folding the non-woven fabrics by a folding plate to obtain a left leakage-proof edge separation strip and a right leakage-proof edge separation strip, wherein the upper layer and the lower layer of the non-woven fabrics are non-woven fabrics, and the rubber bands are distributed in the middle of the non-woven fabrics;
(2) The method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out on-line transmission on a bottom layer non-woven fabric, compounding an on-line transmitted PE film on the bottom layer non-woven fabric to obtain a liquid-tight bottom layer, wherein the transverse width of the PE film is smaller than that of the bottom layer non-woven fabric, so that gaps are formed between the two transverse sides of the PE film and the two transverse sides of the bottom layer non-woven fabric, and the transverse width of each gap is 3-8cm;
(3) Respectively transmitting and compounding the left leakage-proof edge separating strip and the right leakage-proof edge separating strip on line to two sides of the bottom non-woven fabric;
(4) Respectively folding and fixing the left leakage-proof separation edge strip and the right leakage-proof separation edge strip on the PE film, wherein glue is not sprayed in a gap between the fixed PE film and the bottom layer non-woven fabric, so that a ventilation channel is formed;
(5) Compounding the prepared absorption core and the surface layer in advance on line to obtain an absorber;
(6) Slitting the absorber to obtain a single absorber product;
(7) The single absorbent product is transmitted on line, is compounded with the outer clothing layer transmitted on line after being rotated by 90 degrees, and is folded, welded and cut into single disposable sanitary products.
Further: the rubber band in step (1) includes first rubber band, second rubber band and third rubber band, and first rubber band is laid at a non-woven fabrics side, and the third rubber band is laid at the non-woven fabrics middle part, and the second rubber band setting is between first rubber band and third rubber band.
Further: the number of the second rubber bands is 3-5.
Further: step (4) is folding along third rubber band edge, and folding back left side leak protection separates the strake and right leak protection separates the strake and all forms the extension piece and the folded sheet of a body coupling, and first rubber band, second rubber band and third rubber band evenly distribute in extending the piece, the non-woven fabrics and the bottom non-woven fabrics fixed connection of first rubber band bottom, folded sheet opposite side and PE membrane fixed connection.
Further: and (4) after the step (3) and before the step (4), respectively carrying out online transmission on the composite water absorbing strip on the left leakage-proof separation edge strip and the right leakage-proof separation edge strip.
Further: the water absorbing strip is composed of hydrophilic non-woven fabric wrapped with high-molecular water-absorbing resin.
Further: the water absorption strips are distributed in the middle of the left leakage-proof separation edge strip and the right leakage-proof separation edge strip.
And further: the left leakage-proof separation edge strip and the right leakage-proof separation edge strip are fixedly connected with the bottom layer non-woven fabric through glue spraying.
Further: left side leak protection separates the strake and right leak protection separates the strake and all realizes fixed connection through spouting gluey and PE membrane.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the article prepared by the preparation method of the disposable sanitary product has the advantages that the contact between the leakage-proof separation edge strip and the skin is changed from the traditional line contact into the surface contact, the contact area with the skin is increased, and the use is more comfortable.
2. The leak-proof separation edge strips are fixed on the PE film after being folded, glue is not sprayed in a gap between the fixed PE film and the bottom layer non-woven fabric, a ventilation channel is formed, and the ventilation performance of the product is improved while the leak-proof effect is exerted.
3. Further, after the step (3) and before the step (4), the following treatment is carried out, namely, the composite water absorbing strips are respectively transmitted on the left leakage-proof separation edge strip and the right leakage-proof separation edge strip in an online mode, so that the leakage-proof separation edge strips have certain liquid absorbing and storing capacity, and the leakage-proof effect is further improved.
