Abstract
一种图像传感器(10)、成像装置(100)、电子设备(1000)、图像处理系统(10000)及信号处理方法。图像传感器(10)包括滤光片阵列(11)、像素阵列(12)和处理电路(13)。滤光片阵列(11)包括多个滤光片区域(111),每个滤光片区域(111)包括多个滤光片单元(1111)。处理电路(13)用于将每个滤光片单元(1111)对应的像素(120)产生的电信号合并输出以作为合并亮度值并形成第一中间图像、根据每个滤光片区域(111)对应的像素(120)产生的电信号生成第一颜色信号、第二颜色信号和第三颜色信号并处理得到用于表征滤光片区域(111)的色彩值的多个第二中间图像,及融合第一中间图像与第二中间图像以得到第一目标图像。
