A flowchart of a processing procedure of using resources for copyright license provided in the embodiment of the present specification is shown in fig. 2 b. After the copyright holder performs copyright authorization to the user (buyer) aiming at the target object, the copyright authorization information can be uploaded to the blockchain node 1, the blockchain node 1 generates a copyright authorization NFT based on the copyright authorization information and the copyright holding information, the copyright authorization NFT is broadcasted to other blockchain nodes for consensus, and the copyright authorization NFT is written into the blockchain and the current holder of the copyright authorization NFT is recorded under the condition that the consensus passes.
Wherein, the blockchain node 3 may be a blockchain node corresponding to a regulatory agency, so that the blockchain node 3 may perform regulatory compliance inspection on the copyright authorization NFT, and the blockchain node 4 may be a blockchain node corresponding to an auditing agency, so that the blockchain node 4 may perform validity audit on the copyright authorization NFT; when the blockchain node 2, the blockchain node 3, and the blockchain node 4 pass through the copyright authorization NFT, the copyright authorization NFT may be stored in each blockchain node.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the manner in which the user pays the copyright use permission resource may be to use a part of the resource in the blockchain account as the copyright use permission resource and transfer the resource to the contract account of the intelligent contract, so as to lock the copyright use permission resource, and then the blockchain node may associate the copyright use permission resource with the copyright authorization NFT to characterize that part of the copyright use permission resource is used for transferring to the resource storage account of the copyright party in the NFT, so as to realize payment of the copyright use permission resource of the target object.

In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the unit time may be 1s, 1h, 1 day, 1 month, etc., and if the unit time is 1 month, the resource allocation period of one year includes twelve resource allocation nodes, but may be specifically determined according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
And under the condition that the resource allocation node reaching the copyright use permission resource is detected, determining a resource storage account of a copyright party of the target object according to the copyright holding certificate of the target object, and transferring part of resources in the copyright use permission resource to the resource storage account.
In implementation, determining the resource storage account of the copyright party of the target object according to the copyright holding certificate of the target object includes:
determining a copyright holding certificate associated with the copyright use permission resource according to the association relation;

A first payment process flow chart for copyright license use resources provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 2 c. Since the copyright use permission resource (authorized gold) paid by the user (buyer) is locked in the contract account of the blockchain and paid to the copyright party by means of stream payment, when the arrival of the resource allocation node is detected, part of the copyright use permission resource can be unlocked, and the part of the copyright use permission resource is transferred to the resource storage account of the copyright party according to the resource transfer logic declared by the intelligent contract by calling the intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain.
In addition, if the first copyright party transfers the copyright of the target object to the second copyright party within the effective period of copyright authorization of the user under the condition that the first copyright party performs copyright authorization on the target object, in order to avoid problems such as disputes of copyright use or disputes of copyright use permission fees, in the embodiment of the specification, the second copyright party sends an update request of the copyright holding certificate to the block link point based on transfer information of the copyright holding relation of the target object, and the block link point receives the update request of the copyright holding certificate, wherein the update request comprises a second resource storage account of the second copyright party;
acquiring transfer information of the copyright holding relation of the target object, and verifying the update request according to the transfer information;
and under the condition that verification is passed, updating the copyright holding certificate based on the transfer information and the account identification information of the second resource storage account.
Specifically, since the copyright holding certificate is used for representing the actual holder of the copyright of the target object, when the copyright of the target object is transferred, that is, the copyright of the target object is transferred from the first copyright party to the second copyright party, the second copyright party sends an update request of the copyright holding certificate of the target object to the block chain link, the block chain node verifies the update request according to the transfer information of the copyright holding relation of the target object carried in the update request, and under the condition that the verification passes, the update request is updated based on the transfer information and account identification information of the second resource storage account of the second copyright party.

And under the condition that the consensus is passed, namely the verification is passed, generating a copyright holding certificate of the copyright party on the target object based on the copyright holding information, and adding a block recorded with the copyright holding certificate at a block link point.
In practical applications, the copyright holding certificates may include: the copyright party account, the authorization order identification, the copyright party information, the total authorization amount, the received amount, the current holder, the last holder, the authorization time, the extension information, the related description information or attribute information of the target object, and the like. If the copyright party of the target object changes, information such as the account of the copyright party, information of the copyright party, the current holder, the last holder and the like in the copyright holding certificate can be updated.

Under the condition that the copyright of the target object is transferred, under the condition that the transfer of the copyright use license resource is carried out, namely, the redirection of the copyright use license resource is needed, the copyright use license resource is paid to the current real copyright holder through a stream payment mode.
According to one embodiment of the method, a resource storage account of a copyright party of a target object is determined according to a copyright holding certificate of the target object under the condition that a resource allocation node of the copyright use permission resource is detected to be reached by receiving the copyright use permission resource submitted by a user for the target object, wherein the resource allocation node is any one of at least two resource allocation nodes in a preset resource allocation period, an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain is called, and resources to be transferred in the copyright use permission resource are transferred to the resource storage account according to resource transfer logic declared by the intelligent contract.
In the embodiment of the specification, when one resource allocation node is reached, the resource storage account of the copyright party in the copyright holding certificate is required to be redetermined, and the copyright use permission resource is transferred to the real holder of the target object copyright through an intelligent contract and a mode of combining NFT and stream payment, so that the problems of copyright use dispute or copyright use permission cost dispute caused by the fact that the first copyright party transfers the target object copyright to the second copyright party in the copyright use effective period of the user after the first copyright party grants the target object to the user are avoided, and the use experience of the user is facilitated to be improved.
The application of the blockchain-based resource processing method provided in the present specification in the scene of book copyright assignment is taken as an example, and the blockchain-based resource processing method is further described below with reference to fig. 3. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a processing procedure of a method for processing a blockchain-based resource according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and the specific steps include steps 302 to 328.

acquiring copyright holding information submitted by a copyright party to a target object and copyright use permission information submitted by the user to the target object;
and determining a resource storage account of the copyright party, and generating a copyright holding certificate of the target object based on the copyright holding information, the copyright use permission information and account identification information of the resource storage account.
