The invention solves the technical problems in the prior art that firstly, because the printed circuit is bound with the LED light-emitting chip on the substrate, the circuit is limited by physical size, and the printed circuit can be wired in a single layer; secondly, the LED light-emitting chip is arranged in the protective hole, and the protective hole is limited by the hole distance and the diameter shape of the opening, so that the display visual angle and the pixel density are limited; thirdly, when a single-layer circuit is printed on the substrate, the density of the circuit is restricted, and the energy passing through the current is limited; fourthly, the processing and production mode of binding the LED light-emitting chip on the printed circuit on the substrate at present is complex in processing technology and high in cost, and when the LED light-emitting chip is bound on the printed substrate, color and brightness sorting can not be carried out basically, the color difference is relatively large, the reverse process is complex, and repair cannot be carried out; fifthly, in the prior art, the transparent panel is provided with the hole, the LED light-emitting chip is arranged in the hole, when the LED emits light, the cross section of the hole of the transparent panel generates interference light, the cross section of the hole generates light refraction, and the integral lighting display effect is influenced.
The PCB can be designed into a multilayer circuit to solve the problem that the wiring quantity, the spacing and the over-current capacity reach the ultra-long loading capacity and the problem that the area loading capacity without framework support is solved; the single LED is pasted on the PCB board, the process is simple, secondary light splitting and color separation can be carried out on the single LED after the packaging is finished, and the color difference between the light-emitting chips can be better controlled, so that the displayed color has higher restoration degree and better color consistency. The single LED has a support and a light-gathering cup, so that the luminous efficiency of the luminous chip is effectively improved, the invention adopts a slotting mode to place the lamp strip of the PCB in the groove, the depth of the matched slot can control the light-emitting surface to be parallel and level with the slotting surface, the luminous visual angle cannot be influenced by the structure, the panel on the surface can be a protective panel or a support member for installation and fixation, the processing technology is simple, the cost is low, and the display effect after the LED is lightened is not influenced.
