The present invention provides a hardware-based metal product holder 10, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: base 100, television mount 200, telescopic link group 300 and connecting device 400, telescopic link group 300 is installed on base 100, and television mount 200 passes through connecting device 400 to be installed on telescopic link group 300. In use, the television is mounted on the television mount 200 and supported by means of the telescopic rod set 300.
As shown in fig. 2, the telescopic link set 300 includes: the fixed pipe 310, the movable rod 320 and the locking bolt 330, the fixed pipe 310 is of a hollow structure, the movable rod 320 is slidably arranged in the fixed pipe 310, and the locking bolt 330 penetrates through the fixed pipe 310 and the movable rod 320. One end of the fixed tube 310 is provided with a first anti-falling limit hoop 340, and one end of the movable rod 320 is provided with a second anti-falling limit hoop 350.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first anti-drop spacing clip 340 includes: the body 341, block the limit 342 and the elastic block the block 343, block the limit 342 and locate the one end of the body 341, block the limit 342 of the first anticreep spacing clip 340 and support and hold in the tip of the fixed pipe 310, the elastic block the block 343 locate on the body 341, be equipped with on the fixed pipe 310 with the elastic block 343 cooperate with spacing hole 301 (as shown in figure 2).
In addition, the second anti-falling spacing clip 350 has a similar structure to the first anti-falling spacing clip 340, and the movable rod 320 is also provided with a spacing hole 301 (as shown in fig. 2).
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the elastic retaining block 343 is provided with a plugging inclined plane 344, and the plugging inclined plane 344 faces away from the blocking edge 342. This allows the elastic latching block 343 to be more smoothly engaged with the fixed tube 310 or the movable rod 320, i.e., to be more smoothly inserted into the fixed tube 310 or the movable rod 320.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the second anti-drop spacing clip 350 is the same as the diameter of the first anti-drop spacing clip 340, the diameter of the fixed tube 310 is greater than the first anti-drop spacing clip 340, and the diameter of the movable rod 320 is less than the second anti-drop spacing clip 350. The elastic retaining block 343 of the first anti-drop limiting clip 340 is disposed outside the main body 341; the elastic clamping block of the second anti-falling limit hoop 350 is arranged on the inner side (not shown) of the body.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a waist-shaped through groove 311 is formed on the fixed tube 310, a plurality of locking holes 321 matching with the waist-shaped groove 311 are formed on the movable rod 320, a locking bolt 330 is inserted through the waist-shaped through groove 311 and the locking hole 321, and a cushion block 331 is further disposed between the locking bolt 330 and the fixed tube 310.
In use, as shown in fig. 4, the first anti-drop spacing clip 340 is installed at one end of the fixed tube 310, and the second anti-drop spacing clip 350 is installed at one end of the movable rod 320. The installation process is as follows, the first anti-falling limit hoop 340 is inserted into the fixed pipe 310, and the elastic clamping block 343 can deform under the supporting of the pipe wall of the fixed pipe 310 due to the guiding function of the insertion inclined plane 344 during insertion; after the elastic clamping block 343 is inserted into the limiting hole 301, the body 341 is attached to the wall of the fixing tube 310, and the blocking edge 342 abuts against the edge of the fixing tube 310. Like this, after pegging graft in place, elasticity card holds the piece 343 and can hold with the pore wall card of spacing hole 301, if want to pull out first anticreep spacing hoop 340, because the orientation of grafting inclined plane 344 is different with the pull-out direction of first anticreep spacing hoop 340, then elasticity card holds the piece 343 and can't take place elastic deformation, and then makes first anticreep spacing hoop 340 unable to be taken out. Similarly, the second anti-drop spacing clip 350 cannot be removed after installation;
then, the movable rod 320 is inserted from an end of the fixed tube 310 where the first anti-falling spacing clip 340 is not installed, and then the end of the fixed tube 310 is installed on the base 100, so that the movable rod 320 can slide on the fixed tube 310 to form a telescopic rod structure. The locking bolt 330 is inserted into the waist-shaped through groove 311 and the locking hole 321 and then can play a role in positioning the movable rod 320, so that the movable rod 320 and the fixed pipe 310 cannot relatively displace, and the length of the fixed telescopic rod set 300 is realized. When the user manually adjusts the telescopic rod set 300, the user unscrews the locking bolt 330 and then pulls up the movable rod 320, and since the diameters of the first anti-falling limit hoop 340 and the second anti-falling limit hoop 350 are the same, the movable rod 320 is pulled up to be separated from the fixed pipe 310, and the first anti-falling limit hoop 340 and the second anti-falling limit hoop 350 will be propped against each other. As can be seen from the above, the first anti-drop limiting clip 340 and the second anti-drop limiting clip 350 will not separate from the fixed tube 310 and the movable rod 320 after being clamped, and the movable rod 320 will not separate from the fixed tube 310 without violent damage. Thus, the situation that the movable rod 320 is separated from the fixed pipe 310 due to the fact that a user applies too hard force is avoided, and the television is prevented from being toppled.
Further, in practical application, it is found that when the inclination angle of the television is adjusted, the bracket in the prior art adopts a pressure locking structure, that is, the bracket is locked by friction force, so that gravity is overcome, and the television is fixed at a certain inclination angle. However, this friction-dependent connection structure may become loose with the increase of the number of uses, resulting in insufficient stability after locking and a risk of the tv set falling. Moreover, this kind of connection structure is not convenient enough when adjusting, and user experience feels relatively poor. For this reason, the present invention also improves the connection device 400 so that it is safer and more reliable and can be adjusted more conveniently.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the connection device 400 includes: the main seat 410, the sub seat 420, and the tilt adjusting member 500, the main seat 410 is mounted on the movable lever 320, and the sub seat 420 is provided on the main seat 410 to be deflectable by the tilt adjusting member 500.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the inclination adjusting member 500 includes: a base 510, an end cap 520, a deflection member 530, a deflection limiting base 540, a first deflection member 550, a second deflection member 560, and a gland 570.
As shown in fig. 7, the base 510 is mounted on the main seat 410, the base 510 is provided with a receiving groove 511, the deflection member 530, the deflection limiting substrate 540, the first deflection member 550, and the second deflection member 560 are all received in the receiving groove 511, and the end cap 520 covers the receiving groove 511.
As shown in fig. 7, the deflection member 530 is provided with a rotation axis 531 and a toggle lever 532, the rotation axis 531 is penetrated through the base 510 and connected to the sub-seat 420, and the rotation of the television and the sub-seat 420 drives the deflection member 530 to deflect together through the rotation axis 531; toggle lever 532 is used to drive first deflector 550 and second deflector 560.
The deflection limiting base plate 540 is fixedly arranged in the base body 510, the deflection limiting piece 530 is arranged between the deflection limiting base plate 540 and the base body 510 (as shown in fig. 8), the deflection limiting base plate 540 is provided with a deflection limiting through groove 541 matched with the toggle rod 532, the deflection limiting base plate 540 is also provided with a positioning pin 542, the positioning pin 542 is used for blocking the first deflection piece 550 and the second deflection piece 560, namely, the first deflection piece 550 can only deflect anticlockwise (as shown in fig. 11) due to the blocking of the positioning pin 542, and the second deflection piece 560 can only deflect clockwise.
As shown in fig. 7, the first deflector 550 is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft 531, the first deflector 550 is provided with a unidirectional latch 580, and the slot wall of the accommodating slot 511 is provided with a rack 512 matched with the unidirectional latch 580; the second deflector 560 has the same structure as the first deflector 550, and a torsion spring 590 is provided between the second deflector 560 and the first deflector 550. Preferably, the first deflecting member 550 and the second deflecting member 560 are symmetrically distributed, and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 511 is provided with a symmetrical rack 512 (as shown in fig. 11).
The gland 570 is disposed in the accommodating groove 511 through the telescopic elastic member 571, and the gland 570 is used for driving the unidirectional latch 580 to move.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the unidirectional latch 580 is telescopically disposed in the first deflection member 550 or the second deflection member 560 by a return elastic member 581, and a guiding inclined surface 582 and a blocking plane 583 are provided on the unidirectional latch 580.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the one-way latch 580 is provided with a drive lever 584, the gland 570 is provided with a guide inclined surface 572, and the drive lever 584 is abutted against the guide inclined surface 572. The pressing cover 570 includes a pressing portion 573, and the pressing portion 573 is located outside the end cap 520. The user can push the push portion 573 to bring the push cover 570 closer to the first deflector 550 and the second deflector 560, slide the drive lever 584 along the guide inclined surface 572, and retract the one-way latch 580 into the first deflector 550 or the second deflector 560.
The operation principle of the tilt adjusting member 500 of the present invention will be described with reference to the above-described configuration:
in the initial state (the television is in the middle position), the state of the inclination adjusting component 500 is shown in fig. 11, at this time, the deflection pieces 530 are all in the middle position, the first deflection piece 550 and the second deflection piece 560 are gathered together under the action of the torsion spring 590, the unidirectional latch 580 on the first deflection piece 550 and the second deflection piece 560 is in a protruding state, and the unidirectional latch 580 is propped against the rack 512;
when the television needs to be tilted, the user needs to press the cover 570 on the cover 570 so that the cover 570 slides in the accommodating groove 511, the telescopic elastic member 571 is compressed, and since the driving rod 584 and the guiding inclined surface 572 abut against each other, the cover 570 sliding will provide a component force (as shown in fig. 10) for the driving rod 584 to promote the sliding thereof, so that the unidirectional latch 580 overcomes the elastic force of the restoring elastic member 581 and is retracted into the first deflection member 550 or the second deflection member 560 (as shown in fig. 11). At this time, the unidirectional latch 580 on either the first deflector 550 or the second deflector 560 is no longer in abutment with the rack 512;
the user may then manually tilt the television set to a desired angle. Taking a television set with a counterclockwise tilt as an example, when the television set is tilted, the deflection member 530 is deflected counterclockwise by the same angle, and the toggle lever 532 of the deflection member 530 pushes the first deflection member 550 to rotate counterclockwise (as shown in fig. 13). Since the second deflector 560 is blocked by the positioning pin 542 and cannot rotate, the first deflector 550 is far away from the second deflector 560 (the angle between the two is enlarged), and the torsion spring 590 accumulates elastic potential energy. After being adjusted to the proper position, the user removes the pressure on the gland 570, and the telescopic elastic member 571 drives the gland 570 to be reset. Without the abutment of the gland 570, the one-way latch 580 protrudes again from the inside of the first deflector 550 under the urging of the return elastic member 581, and the one-way latch 580 abuts against the rack 512 (as shown in fig. 14). In this case, the gravity component of the tv set has a tendency to make the tv set continue to tilt in the same direction, i.e., the deflection piece 530 has a tendency to continue to deflect counterclockwise, but the blocking plane 583 of the one-way latch 580 abuts against the rack 512, so that the first deflection piece 550 cannot deflect counterclockwise, thereby making the deflection piece 530 and the tv set stably maintain in the current position;
similarly, when the television is tilted clockwise, the pressing cover 570 is pressed first, then the television is rotated, and then the pressing cover 570 is released. The change state of the inclination adjusting means 500 is similar to that described above, except that the working portion is changed from the first deflector 550 to the second deflector 560 when it is inclined clockwise;
when the television needs to be turned back, the user only needs to manually tilt the television back to the middle position, at this time, the deflection piece 530 is turned back together, the first deflection piece 550 is no longer pushed by the toggle rod 532, and the first deflection piece 550 starts to be turned back under the action of the elastic force of the torsion spring 590. In the return process, although the unidirectional latch 580 still abuts against the rack 512, the movement direction of the first deflecting member 550 is the same as the direction of the guiding inclined plane 582 of the unidirectional latch 580, so that the unidirectional latch 580 can overcome the elastic force of the return elastic member 581 to perform the avoiding action under the action of the guiding inclined plane 582, that is, the first deflecting member 550 can return smoothly. After the return, the inclination adjusting part 500 is in the initial state again.
It should be noted that, after the television is inclined at a certain angle, under the action of self gravity, the television has a tendency to be inclined further along the direction, for example: after the television is inclined clockwise, the television has a tendency to be inclined further clockwise under the action of self gravity. The traditional structure overcomes the gravity of the television by using friction force, so that the television is fixed at the current position. However, this structure is prone to loosening and is not stable enough. The inclination adjusting part 500 of the invention is more stable in structure and is not easy to loose by utilizing the mutual clamping of the unidirectional latch 580 and the rack 512. And after the television is tilted, the unidirectional latch 580 is clamped with the rack 512, and the first deflector 550 or the second deflector 560 cannot rotate, so as to provide a supporting force for the deflection member 530, so as to overcome the trend of further tilting of the television.
Further, the tilt adjusting member 500 of the present invention has the following features:
first, when the television needs to be tilted or tilted by a larger angle, the user must press the pressing cover 570, so that the unidirectional latch 580 is no longer clamped with the rack 512, and the first deflector 550 or the second deflector 560 can be rotated, so that the television can continue to tilt. Thus, the conditions of violent rotation of the television and false touch rotation can be prevented;
secondly, when the television needs to be corrected or the inclination angle is reduced, the user only needs to overcome the gravity of the television and manually correct or reduce the inclination angle of the television. At this time, the deflection piece 530 is aligned with the television, the first deflection piece 550 or the second deflection piece 560 starts to be aligned under the action of the torsion spring 590, and the unidirectional latch 580 performs the avoidance action until the first deflection piece 550 or the second deflection piece 560 is propped against the toggle lever 532 of the deflection piece 530 again. After the inclination angle is adjusted or reduced, the blocking plane 583 of the unidirectional latch 580 is clamped with the rack 512, the first deflector 550 or the second deflector 560 cannot incline, and the television can be fixed at the current position. That is, when the tilt angle is corrected or reduced, the user only needs to directly rotate the television, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the television can be stably kept at the current position after the operation.
In summary, the metal product bracket 10 based on hardware processing of the invention can effectively avoid the violent disassembly of the telescopic rod by a user, thereby preventing the risk of toppling of the television in the adjusting process and improving the safety of products.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
