Detailed Description
In order to make the present application more clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains, the following detailed description of the present application is made with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments.
In order to solve the technical problem that oil in an oil pan in the prior art vibrates obviously, reduces the lubricating performance of the oil and influences the gas circulation at the back of a piston. The invention provides an oil pan assembly, an engine and a vehicle, which can stabilize the liquid level to a certain extent, effectively inhibit the vibration and the splashing of engine oil, reduce the generation of bubbles, reduce the air content of the engine oil and ensure the normal lubricating performance of the oil. The invention is described in detail below by means of three specific examples:
example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the oil pan assembly 100 provided by the present embodiment includes an oil pan 10, an oil baffle plate 20, and a guide mechanism 30, wherein the oil pan 10 has a housing chamber 11 for storing oil; the oil baffle plate 20 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 11; the guiding mechanism 30 comprises a first guiding part 31 and a second guiding part 32 which are in sliding fit, the first guiding part 31 and the second guiding part 32 are respectively connected to the oil pan 10 and the oil baffle plate 20, namely, the oil pan 10 and the oil baffle plate 20 are movably connected through the first guiding part 31 and the second guiding part 32 which are in sliding fit, when enough oil is injected into the accommodating cavity 11, the oil baffle plate 20 can float on the oil and directionally move under the action of the guiding structure and ascend and descend along with the liquid level 70 of the oil, so that the oil baffle plate 20 is always attached to the liquid level 70 of the oil, and collision does not occur.
In the prior art, the oil baffle plate 20 is fixedly arranged in the oil pan 10, and the oil level gradually becomes lower as the running mileage of the vehicle is continuously consumed within a single maintenance period of the engine. The fixed position oil deflector 20 makes it difficult to achieve an optimal oil deflector effect. If the oil baffle plate 20 is too high, the oil baffle effect is influenced, the gas circulation at the back of the piston is influenced, and the friction work of the engine is not facilitated; if the oil baffle 20 is too low, it may be immersed in the oil and the oscillation of the oil level 70 may not be suppressed.
Compared with the prior art, the oil pan assembly 100 provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the oil baffle plate 20 is raised or lowered along with the oil level 70 and tightly attached to the oil level 70 in the oil pan 10, the oil surface tension is changed, the oil level 70 can be stabilized to a certain extent, the vibration and the splashing of the oil are effectively inhibited, the generation of bubbles and the air content of the oil are reduced, and the normal lubricating performance of the oil and the smooth air circulation at the back of the piston are ensured.
An oil dipstick is generally adopted in the industry to observe the liquid level of the oil in the oil pan 10, but most users do not have the habit of regularly checking the oil dipstick; if maintenance nodes are forgotten, or engine oil of the engine is excessively consumed, or engine oil leakage faults are caused by abnormal faults of the engine, the engine runs under the condition of lacking the engine oil for a long time, and only when the engine oil is lower than the limit capacity, engine oil pressure alarm can be triggered, systematic faults of the engine are easily caused, the service life of the engine is influenced, and meanwhile, the temperature of the engine oil can also be changed. In order to monitor the liquid level condition and/or the temperature of the oil in the oil pan 10, and to prompt the user, in the present embodiment, the oil baffle plate 20 is preferably provided with a liquid level detecting element 40 for monitoring the height of the liquid level 70 and/or an oil temperature detecting element 50 for monitoring the temperature of the oil in real time.
Because the oil baffle plate 20 and the oil pan 10 in this embodiment are movably connected, and the lifting displacement of the oil baffle plate 20 can directly reflect the change of the liquid level, in order to directly utilize the movement characteristics of the oil baffle plate 20, in this embodiment, the liquid level detection member 40 includes a transmitting end 41 and a receiving end 42, and the transmitting end 41 and the receiving end 42 are respectively disposed on the oil pan 10 and the oil baffle plate 20; or the transmitting end 41 and the receiving end 42 are respectively arranged on the first guide piece 31 and the second guide piece 32, so that automatic early warning of the oil level of the engine is realized through preset action conditions, the lubricating performance of the engine is ensured, and the use by a user is facilitated.
The present invention is not limited to the specific arrangement and selection of the liquid level detecting member 40, and any one of the devices available in the prior art may be selected. In one embodiment, the first guide 31 and the second guide 32 are sleeved, and the first guide 31 and the second guide 32 are respectively provided with a contact position sensor, so that the two contact position sensors contact when the height position is set, and the early warning action is triggered.
Because the engine is started at a lower environmental temperature (particularly in winter in northeast China), the viscosity of the engine oil is high, the lubricating performance is reduced, the friction loss is increased, and further the fuel consumption is increased; in severe cases, the engine may not start. In order to solve the technical problems of large friction work, high oil consumption and difficult starting of the engine in a low-temperature environment, in the embodiment, the oil baffle plate 20 is provided with a heating element 60 for heating oil, and the oil baffle plate 20 selectively heats the oil while being in contact with the liquid level 70 to lift and cooperate with a temperature detection element.
In order to increase the contact area between the heating element 60 and the liquid surface 70 and ensure the heating rate, in the present embodiment, the heating element 60 is an electric heating wire embedded in the oil baffle 20. The present embodiment does not specifically limit the arrangement of the electric heating wires, and for example, the electric heating wires may be in a spiral shape, a continuous U shape, or the like in the projection plane of the oil baffle 20. When the vehicle is in cold start, the electric heating wires in the oil baffle plate 20 are electrified to heat the engine oil, so that the temperature of the engine oil is increased, the viscosity of the engine oil is rapidly reduced, the lubricating property is improved, and the fuel oil consumption in the warming process is saved. After the engine runs for a period of time and the temperature of the engine oil reaches the set temperature, a signal is transmitted to the controller 90 through the temperature sensor on the oil baffle plate 20, and the electric heating wire is powered off to stop heating, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.
In order to reduce the weight of the oil baffle 20, in the embodiment, the oil baffle 20 has a hollow structure, and can effectively float on the surface of the engine oil. The oil baffle 20 may be made of a light low-density resin material, and the electric heating wire may be pre-embedded before the injection molding of the oil baffle 20.
Since a certain gap is generally reserved between the first guide 31 and the second guide 32 to ensure stable sliding, in order to ensure smooth guiding and relative movement, in the present embodiment, more than 2 guide mechanisms 30 are provided, and more than 2 guide mechanisms 30 are distributed at intervals.
The sliding fit mode of the first guide 31 and the second guide 32 is not specifically limited in the present invention, and preferably, the first guide 31 is a guide pillar, the second guide 32 is a guide sleeve, and the guide pillar and the guide sleeve are sleeved to maintain the moving direction of the oil baffle plate 20 in the oil pan 10 and ensure that no collision occurs between the oil baffle plate 20 and the oil pan 10 body.
In this embodiment, the liquid level detecting member 40 is two contact position sensors, which respectively form a receiving end 42 and an emitting end 41, one of which is disposed in the guide sleeve, and the other of which is located at the end of the guide post.
In order to reinforce the structural strength of the oil baffle 20 and also enhance the buoyancy, in the present embodiment, a rib 21 is provided on a side of the oil baffle 20 that is in contact with the oil. In the present embodiment, the shape of the rib 21 is not particularly limited, and may be formed in a multi-turn shape, a grid plate shape, or the like.
In order to mount the oil collector 80 so that the oil collector 80 is located in the oil, in the present embodiment, the oil baffle 20 has a mounting hole 22 through which a shaft portion of the oil collector 80 is inserted.
The oil pan assembly 100 provided by the embodiment has the following working principles and beneficial effects:
compared with the scheme that the oil baffle plate 20 is not designed in the prior art or the oil baffle plate 20 is fixedly designed on the oil pan 10, the oil pan assembly 100 capable of stably lifting along with the liquid level 70 is adopted, the oil baffle plate 20 can change along with the change of the actual liquid level 70 of oil, the oil can be ensured to be tightly attached to the surface of engine oil all the time, the optimal position for inhibiting the liquid level 70 from vibrating and splashing can be kept, the surface tension of the engine oil can be changed, the vibration and splashing of the engine oil can be effectively inhibited, the generation of bubbles can be reduced, the air content of the engine oil can be reduced, and the quality of the oil, the service life of an engine and the service life and the performance of a vehicle can be ensured.
When the vehicle is in cold start, the electric heating wires in the oil baffle plate 20 are electrified to heat the engine oil, so that the temperature of the engine oil is increased, the viscosity of the engine oil is rapidly reduced, the lubricating performance is improved, and the fuel consumption in the warming-up process is saved. After the engine runs for a period of time and the temperature of the engine oil reaches the set temperature, a signal is transmitted to the controller 90 through the temperature sensor on the oil baffle plate 20, and the electric heating wire is powered off to stop heating, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.
As the engine oil is consumed or the engine oil is reduced during an abnormal leakage failure, the position of the oil baffle plate 20 is lowered continuously, when the oil level 70 is lower than a certain level, the guide post of the oil baffle plate 20 contacts the bottom of the oil pan 10 (see fig. 3), and a signal is transmitted to the controller 90 through the contact position sensor, so that it is determined that the engine oil capacity is low. Although the normal operation of the engine can be met at the moment, the instrument can remind a user that the engine oil capacity is abnormal, engine oil supplement or maintenance inspection is needed, and certain safety time is reserved.

Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides an engine, which comprises a crankcase and the oil pan assembly 100 in the embodiment 1, wherein the oil pan 10 of the oil pan assembly 100 is connected with the crankcase and closes the crankcase. Because the oil pan assembly 100 with the floating type lifting oil baffle plate 20 integrating the electric heating and liquid level alarming functions is provided, the engine naturally has all the beneficial effects, and other structures not described in the engine can refer to the prior art.
Example 3
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a vehicle including the engine in embodiment 2, that is, using the oil pan assembly 100 provided in embodiment 1, and the vehicle naturally has all the above-mentioned advantages.
