The top of the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 is provided with a detachable double-groove pull rod cam 5, and the double-groove pull rod cam 5 is matched with the brake hoop 3.
The base B is also provided with a hand brake base 24 and a hand brake transmission seat B1, the hand brake transmission seat B1 is provided with a first linkage fork B11 and a second linkage fork B12, the second linkage fork B12 is linked with the first linkage fork B11, the hand brake base 24 is provided with an arc-shaped lock tooth 23 and a rotatable brake handle 22, the brake handle 22 is matched with the lock tooth 23, the brake handle 22 is provided with a rod-shaped brake transverse connecting rod 14, the far end of the brake transverse connecting rod 14 is rotatably connected with the first linkage fork B11, and a manual brake longitudinal connecting rod 10 which is longitudinally arranged is arranged between the second linkage fork B12 and the double-groove pull rod cam 5.

As shown in fig. 2, the dual slot tie rod cam 5 comprises a tie rod 4, wherein the head of the tie rod 4 is provided with a cam 1 and a cam pin hole 51, the cam 1 is matched with the brake hoop 3, and a first bolt 2 is arranged in the cam pin hole 51.
The tail of the pull rod 4 is provided with a manual guide groove 7 and an automatic guide groove 29, the manual guide groove 7 is connected with the manual brake longitudinal connecting rod 10 through a third bolt 8, and the automatic guide groove 29 is connected with the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 through a second bolt 6.
The electric push rod 19, the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 and the double-slot pull rod cam 5 are basically vertical. The fifth pin 20 allows the electric putter 19 to be adjusted to a small extent in the left-right direction. The fourth bolt 18 can offset the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 by a small extent left and right, so that the second bolt 6 can keep a motion track in the automatic guide groove 29 without blocking.
The working process of the remote automatic brake device of the oil pumping unit is described below.
As shown in fig. 3, three modes are available for remotely controlling the automatic brake of the pumping unit through the PC terminal: 1. the remote mode is normally started and stopped, 2. The remote mode is switched to the local mode, 3. The local mode is specifically as follows:
1. remote mode normal start-up and shut-down mode: (1) after the PC terminal presses a starting instruction, the production site loudspeaker sends out warning and alarming sounds 30s, the electric push rod 19 moves upwards after 30s, the brake hoop 3 is loosened, the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 moves upwards, and meanwhile, the upper fixed deflector rod 11 touches the upper travel switch 16, and the electric push rod 19 stops acting; (2) after the PC terminal presses a stop instruction, the electric push rod 19 moves downwards after the delay time is triggered for 20s and 20s by a falling edge signal of a normally open contact of a contactor or a falling edge signal of a passive normally open contact in a variable frequency state in a power frequency state, the brake hoop 3 reaches a locking position, the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 moves downwards, and meanwhile, the lower fixed deflector rod 12 touches the lower travel switch 17, and the electric push rod 19 stops acting;
2. the remote mode switches to the local mode: when the production site switching button is switched from a remote mode to a local mode, the electric push rod 19 is remotely and automatically controlled to move upwards, the brake hoop 3 is opened, and when the upper fixed deflector rod 11 touches the travel switch 16 to reach a release position, the electric push rod 19 stops acting;
3. local mode: the brake handle 22 is pulled tightly, the manual brake longitudinal connecting rod 10 moves downwards, the third bolt 8 slides downwards in the manual guide groove 7 to drive the double-groove pull rod cam 5 to move downwards, and the brake hoop 3 is locked; at this time, the remote automatic brake does not perform any action.
When the manual brake is performed, the manual brake longitudinal connecting rod 10 drives the double-groove pull rod cam 5 to integrally move downwards through the third bolt 8, the brake hoop 3 is locked, and the second bolt 6 above the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 slides along the automatic guide groove 29. When the electric push rod 19 is started, the electric brake longitudinal connecting rod 9 drives the double-groove pull rod cam 5 to integrally move downwards through the second bolt 6 to lock the brake hoop 4, and the third bolt 8 above the manual brake longitudinal connecting rod 10 slides along the manual guide groove 7, so that the characteristics of mutual independence and mutual noninterference of manual and electric brakes are realized.
The remote automatic braking device for the pumping unit automatically brakes after the pumping unit is remotely stopped, the braking is automatically released before the pumping unit is remotely started, when the manual braking is performed in a local mode in field use, the electric braking is in a released state, the manual braking performance is not affected under the double groove effect of the pull rod cam, the device keeps the pumping unit braking system in the original factory state, the problem of remote automatic braking of the pumping unit is effectively solved under the condition that the structure, principle, performance and safety coefficient of the pumping unit are not changed, the intrinsic safety of the pumping unit is further improved, and the field safety production operation is guaranteed.
